Beautiful property! Lots of space and perfect for larger families! We will absolutely be back! Our kids played on the playground and enjoyed watching the cows daily!

Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Plenty of yard for the kids to run around and play. Playground and cows were nice as well. Host was very easy to work with. 5 stars in my families opinions. As long as this place is available it will be our new go to spot when we visit family in Boone.

I think this is the 5th time we've stayed here. It's exactly what we need. It's always clean and Chuck makes updates every year. Chuck is very responsive to any inquiries and is very easy-going. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is very roomy.
