Large Modern 5 Bedroom Custom Home

Paid for early arrival but told 30 minutes before that we couldn’t check in early. Only 3 coffee cups and other missing items. No closers to hang clothes. They did bring a hair dryer and soap/shampoo that was missing the next day. Overall it served our needs but missing a few kitchen items.

We visit boise often to see our daughter. We were excited to celebrate her graduation this past weekend and host grandparents and other family members to join us. The property price point and premier host status did not equal our other experiences with Vrbo. We use the service often. The home did not have remote controls to tv’s and asked to down load a smart home app to control home and tv. The app never did work and repeated requests to app, owner and house manager never resulted resolving the issue. The homeowner changed the WiFi for home and gave wrong info. Had to reach out to property manager to resolve and it took over 24 hours to get new WiFi password. Home was dirty and had limited appliances such as coffee pots which we ended up buying. Ice maker was broken and had weird green ice and freezer was dirty as well as rings in the toilets. There were no potholders or other common kitchen items and dirty dishes in the cabinets and spaghetti sauce on the stove. It was embarrassing for us hosting family. Hope it’s a one time experience with this property.

Premium Rentals has a serious problem with this property. This unit was not in shape to be rented. Not only is the dishwasher upper rack broken and inoperable, we have not found the remotes to the family room and master bedroom tv. While searching for the remote under the couch in the family room we discovered a tray with food and a spoon. The theater floor has pretzel crumbs in the carpet. The upstairs bathroom above the kitchen appears to have several spots of snot on the wall above the toilet paper holder. And to top things off it looks like the trash has not been picked up for a few weeks. We are very disappointed and don’t feel we have received the experience and value expected when we booked this property.
