The apartment was absolutely perfect! Chris and Samantha were so great to work with. They provided very detailed information not only about the apartment, but about the area as well which made the visit very stress free. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need for our time in Boston. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck with a view of the harbor to have our morning coffee and watch the city come to life. It was also a great retreat after a day of adventuring. This North End apartment is blocks away from parts of the Freedom Trail and close to the harbor walk. We were able to walk to Boston Commons to the start of the Freedom Trail with ease, as well as the Public Garden and Library. If you want to catch a ride share, there was little to no wait time. You are close to so many amazing restaurants, markets and bakeries. We especially loved Bova just a couple or blocks away and Monica's Mercato. If you are coming to Boston for a getaway, stay here to experience all Boston has to offer with the comforts of home!

Good sized unit, very nicely decorated and equipped, owners live downstairs and were very helpful with suggestions. Roof top deck with view of the harbor. Must use 2 flights of narrow stairs to the unit. 10 minute easy walk to North Church, Freedom Trail. Highly recommend!

What a great place in the North End! Samantha and Chris were such gracious hosts and the place was super! It was spotless, quiet, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed. The roof deck and views were icing on the cake! I’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is perfectly located to explore everything that Boston offers. The rooftop offers a nice vantage point to finish the evening with a drink. Highly recommend this property!

We've stayed in many vacation rentals; this is one of the best. Fantastic location, walkable to everything in the North End, Freedom Trail, etc. Although it's "in the middle of it all" the unit is still quiet. And it is quality throughout. Well updated and supplied. Love the rooftop outdoor space.

What a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the North end… Apartment was beautifully furnished, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Although it was unusually rainy and cool during our stay, we were able to use the amazing rooftop deck and hot-tub one night. Samantha and Chris were so kind and easy to communicate with. We so enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place for our stay in Boston. Very clean, very quiet, and the roof terrace was great. We enjoyed dipping in the hot tub during the evenings. The host provided very detailed instructions and check in was a breeze. Great location near all the attractions and the train station. I forgot some clothes and the owner went so far as to mail them to me. Above and beyond! I would stay here again without hesitation. Everything about it was perfect.

Location is perfect in so many ways. Easy walking to so many of the top sites to visit. Before you even arrive the hosts have put together great information in a welcome packet. Instructions on how to use everything in the apartment and a plethora of places to dine or visit. The space is compact but well-equipped and the rooftop deck with comfy furniture, table with umbrella and hot tub was a treat. Looking out at the harbor is just so cool. You do have to navigate steep stairs to get in and out and the internet reception was a bit spotty at times but honestly, we’d stay there again (and again) in a heartbeat. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Incredibly clean and convenient to the North End. Easy to walk to the waterfront the Old North Church and delicious Italian food. The hostess was super helpful with suggestions. Well designed apartment. The listing accurately describes the stairs to the apartment. We highly recommend this host and the apartment l.

Great location to explore the north end of Boston. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood a few short blocks from the North Church, Freedom Trail, and a vast number of outstanding restaurants. We were there for five days and never needed to rent a car (As long as you’re willing and able to do some walking). The owners were easy to work with and the unit was spotlessly clean. Would definitely want to stay there again if we visit Boston again!

We really enjoyed our week at Chris & Sam's apartment. The place looks exactly like the photos, was super clean, had plenty of paper products, everything you need in a kitchen, and, of course a roof top deck with a river view! The hosts were helpful and communicative throughout the process. We knew we wanted to stay in the North End for easy access to all the restaurants. As it turned out, it is the perfect location from which you can get anywhere in about a 15 or 20 minute walk. Many tours we took originated at the Long Wharf which made catching the busses easy. The Freedom Trail is just minutes away, and the Faneuil Hall Marketplace is just a bit farther. The couple of times that we did a ride share worked out well. One of the things that I appreciated was that the neighborhood and all the North End seemed super safe to walk in. The hosts leave a book with suggestions on places to eat and visit, as well as how the appliances in the apartment work. Access to the unit was easy and the building is very secure. We highly recommend you stay here!

Samantha & Chris are the kind of host you hope for! They were readily available to anytime we had a questions. Well before we arrived, they provided us with a comprehensive guide to the property and how to find it, as well as nearby parking, restaurants, and points of interest. They even included the interesting history of the location of their building. The apartment is ideally located, light, quiet, and comfortable. It is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need, including a desk which we needed for remote work. The roof deck is lovely. The weather wasn't quite warm enough to spend a lot of time there or use the hot tub, but we hope to make a return visit when it's warmer! All round, this is one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had. Thank you so much Samantha & Chris!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat! The layout was perfect for us, and the kitchen was so well-appointed. They thought of everything!! We loved the view of the water, and the quiet surroundings. And, the restaurants: the biggest reason we wanted to stay in the North End. There is no lack of restaurant choices. And, it was such a close proximity to the places we love to visit while in Boston. We are in Boston every 6 months, and this place will certainly be bookmarked for us to remember each time!

Wow, what a great place. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. The house is laid out perfectly - and for only one bedroom - this place is pretty spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and just such a great use of space. Great communication and easy to get in and out. We had a great time in the city being so close to everything the north end has to offer. We will be back!

We really loved our stay! The private rooftop hot tub and the comfortable accommodations were so nice!. The location is great and we loved walking around the North End. Samantha was very helpful and pleasant. We would love to stay there again. Thank you!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the subway system. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I loved this stay so much. It's conveniently located to tons of restaurants. The owners are super responsive when you need them and the view from the deck is amazing! If I'm ever back in Boston, this is where I'll stay.

What a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the North end… Apartment was beautifully furnished, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Although it was unusually rainy and cool during our stay, we were able to use the amazing rooftop deck and hot-tub one night. Samantha and Chris were so kind and easy to communicate with. We so enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our week at Chris & Sam's apartment. The place looks exactly like the photos, was super clean, had plenty of paper products, everything you need in a kitchen, and, of course a roof top deck with a river view! The hosts were helpful and communicative throughout the process. We knew we wanted to stay in the North End for easy access to all the restaurants. As it turned out, it is the perfect location from which you can get anywhere in about a 15 or 20 minute walk. Many tours we took originated at the Long Wharf which made catching the busses easy. The Freedom Trail is just minutes away, and the Faneuil Hall Marketplace is just a bit farther. The couple of times that we did a ride share worked out well. One of the things that I appreciated was that the neighborhood and all the North End seemed super safe to walk in. The hosts leave a book with suggestions on places to eat and visit, as well as how the appliances in the apartment work. Access to the unit was easy and the building is very secure. We highly recommend you stay here!

The apartment ln Little Italy was amazing. Great location to local restaurants and attractions. Chris and Samantha were amazing hosts and very helpful to my husband and me. They had a great book that was well done listing restaurants, attractions and how to work certain things in the apartment. This is an amazing property and would stay here again.

This was a perfect place for our stay in Boston. Very clean, very quiet, and the roof terrace was great. We enjoyed dipping in the hot tub during the evenings. The host provided very detailed instructions and check in was a breeze. Great location near all the attractions and the train station. I forgot some clothes and the owner went so far as to mail them to me. Above and beyond! I would stay here again without hesitation. Everything about it was perfect.

We were there for graduation. This place was great for walking most places - historic sites, restaurants etc. a wonderful place to be! Great hosts. Very receptive and communication was excellent.

Location is perfect in so many ways. Easy walking to so many of the top sites to visit. Before you even arrive the hosts have put together great information in a welcome packet. Instructions on how to use everything in the apartment and a plethora of places to dine or visit. The space is compact but well-equipped and the rooftop deck with comfy furniture, table with umbrella and hot tub was a treat. Looking out at the harbor is just so cool. You do have to navigate steep stairs to get in and out and the internet reception was a bit spotty at times but honestly, we’d stay there again (and again) in a heartbeat. 5 stars, highly recommend!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Chris and Samantha were so great to work with. They provided very detailed information not only about the apartment, but about the area as well which made the visit very stress free. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need for our time in Boston. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck with a view of the harbor to have our morning coffee and watch the city come to life. It was also a great retreat after a day of adventuring. This North End apartment is blocks away from parts of the Freedom Trail and close to the harbor walk. We were able to walk to Boston Commons to the start of the Freedom Trail with ease, as well as the Public Garden and Library. If you want to catch a ride share, there was little to no wait time. You are close to so many amazing restaurants, markets and bakeries. We especially loved Bova just a couple or blocks away and Monica's Mercato. If you are coming to Boston for a getaway, stay here to experience all Boston has to offer with the comforts of home!

Great location to explore the north end of Boston. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood a few short blocks from the North Church, Freedom Trail, and a vast number of outstanding restaurants. We were there for five days and never needed to rent a car (As long as you’re willing and able to do some walking). The owners were easy to work with and the unit was spotlessly clean. Would definitely want to stay there again if we visit Boston again!

Best location to explore all of Boston. We walked everywhere and took the transit and Lyfts as well a few times. Small but super functional and relaxing space. Hot tub was a bonus and perfect weather to boot! Thank you!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is perfectly located to explore everything that Boston offers. The rooftop offers a nice vantage point to finish the evening with a drink. Highly recommend this property!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. So bright and cheery and super clean. Samantha and Chris are incredible hosts and A+ on communication. This adorable apartment could not be located any better if you want to stay in the North End. Super easy access to the airport. We highly recommend this property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the subway system. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This little place is a gem. Easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, bakeries, and historical sites in the North End. Loved the rooftop patio with harbor views. Close to north station for a day trip to Salem. Owners are very helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay. Host provided wonderful directions on everything to use in unit and also left recs for area. Location was perfect and unit was clean and comfortable. We had room to spread out and use of rooftop deck and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.
