I can’t say enough about this place. They have all the amenities you need for the beach!! Perfect for a family getaway!!! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, jogging trails and sites. The property is clean with a great patio to drink coffee in the morning and relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. If you are looking g for a worry free, fun and clean getaway, this is perfect.

We loved everything about our stay! Location was lovely and within walking distance of every great restaurant, shop, coffee shop, library and beach near by. The view was breathtaking every night. A must stay for anyone visiting San Clemente! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and small dog. The kid loved all the games and jacuzzi time here! Can’t wait to tell our our family and friends about it.

I’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rental properties and this one went above and beyond all the others I’ve stayed at. The amenities and all the things provided, along with the owners checking in was just like staying with friends as they say their motto is. It was a beautiful condo with all we could need, in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was so nice having access to beach chairs and towels and sand toys, etc, so we didn’t need to pack it all. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Had everything you could possibly want! Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hot tub was awesome. We used the games, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds and linens were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Kitchen also had everything you need and want, even a multicooker. It was so nice to walk to dinner on Del Mar rather than trying to find a parking spot for our big car. We will definitely go back! Cathy and Pete were very friendly and helpful. They are pros!

Peter & Kathy’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy some family time. The location is great - walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping- and the amenities are outstanding, especially the hot tub! It’s also a great home base to explore all the OC beaches.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was so much more than my expectations. Everything was so nice and clean and beautiful. And the amenities!! You will not want for anything. The bikes and the chairs and the towels and the beach toys for young and old were wonderful. And the games were perfect and I had so much fun playing with my grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of appliances and dishes and cooking supplies. And the view.. You could see the ocean and it was wonderful! The location was unbelievable. So close to shops and restaurants and go the other way to the beach. I did not manage to use the trolley but the stop is right in front of the house. If you don't want to walk or drive down to the beach, the trolley is a great alternative. The hosts were very attentive and I appreciated the emails with information for that part of the trip. Saved alot of time not having to search for information. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! You will not regret booking this!

We absolutely loved the condo in San Clemente!! It was clean, cozy and perfect for our family. The hot tub and outdoor patio were a fav for our crew. We watched the sunset and sunrise from the amazing view! The beach is just a short walk down the hill and they provide you with everything you need. Also you are steps away from all the shopping and dining. We had the best pizza at Pizza Port for dinner and then Chaupain pastries and quiche for breakfast. Will definitely be visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has excellent amenities and it’s a wonderful location just south of the main drag in San Clemente and a very short walk down to the San Clemente beach and pier area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked probably the best kitchen in a rental that I’ve ever been in in terms of quality dishes and cookware. The living room is very nice. The bathroom is nice the beds are nice. The ceiling fans are very powerful keeping you cool. I love how they provide you with some free drinks and they have tons of things to take down to the beach. The hot tub was great. There was something wrong with the gas fireplace outside, but we didn’t let them know about it until the day we were leaving because it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The only other comments I would say in terms of things that could be improved would be the outdoor table needs replaced from water damage. Washer and dryer on the deck but work great. Overall great place. Very attentive hosts for issues. Also great early check in time. 2pm.

The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown San Clemente. The unit, however, needs to be updated. The furniture was very old in the unit and on the porch. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was very dated and gross.

Perfect location so close to the ocean with a trolley stop right outside. We loved the deck with jacuzzi, fire bowl and plenty of comfortable seating. There were 3 of us and having 2 queen beds in one room plus the king in the other meant that everybody had their own bed - not to mention a very comfy bed! Best of all were the amazing hosts - so responsive and helpful - they went the extra mile to make us comfortable - even put up a Christmas tree for us! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Best location ever! Just steps to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, wine cafes, shops…and 5min walk to an amazing beach trail. Property mgmt thought of everything; fantastic internet, great tvs, comfy beds, updated beach vibe. Loved looking out on the little town from the large deck. A great place to just escape for R&R.

The hot tub was great. There was something wrong with the gas fireplace outside, but we didn’t let them know about it until the day we were leaving because it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The only other comments I would say in terms of things that could be improved would be the outdoor table needs replaced from water damage. Washer and dryer on the deck but work great. Overall great place. Very attentive hosts for issues. Also great early check in time. 2pm.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has excellent amenities and it’s a wonderful location just south of the main drag in San Clemente and a very short walk down to the San Clemente beach and pier area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked probably the best kitchen in a rental that I’ve ever been in in terms of quality dishes and cookware. The living room is very nice. The bathroom is nice the beds are nice. The ceiling fans are very powerful keeping you cool. I love how they provide you with some free drinks and they have tons of things to take down to the beach. We spent the Christmas holiday in this lovely spot. The hot tub was warm and the windows open when we arrived and a Christmas tree to put our gifts around was a nice touch. The deck was a great space to relax with the hot tub and outdoor tv. The location was nestled between town and the beach with a park across the way for our dog. The host was very responsive - we hoped to extend as we were having such a great time but it was already booked for the next group. We definitely recommend and hope to return!

I’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rental properties and this one went above and beyond all the others I’ve stayed at. The amenities and all the things provided, along with the owners checking in was just like staying with friends as they say their motto is. It was a beautiful condo with all we could need, in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was so nice having access to beach chairs and towels and sand toys, etc, so we didn’t need to pack it all. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

This was hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. The unit had everything we needed and more! They truly have thought of everything! It was in a great location within walking distance to all of the cute shops and restaurants. There was a arts and crafts show across the street (every first saturday of the month) and the Farmer's Market on Sundays. So many things to do in the area and within walking distance of the beach. We had no complaints about the place and have already recommended it to all of our friends. The only problem is we don't want everyone to know about this hidden secret so we can come back!!! The hosts were amazing and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location so close to the ocean with a trolley stop right outside. We loved the deck with jacuzzi, fire bowl and plenty of comfortable seating. There were 3 of us and having 2 queen beds in one room plus the king in the other meant that everybody had their own bed - not to mention a very comfy bed! Best of all were the amazing hosts - so responsive and helpful - they went the extra mile to make us comfortable - even put up a Christmas tree for us! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Had everything you could possibly want! Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hot tub was awesome. We used the games, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds and linens were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Kitchen also had everything you need and want, even a multicooker. It was so nice to walk to dinner on Del Mar rather than trying to find a parking spot for our big car. We will definitely go back! Cathy and Pete were very friendly and helpful. They are pros!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was so much more than my expectations. Everything was so nice and clean and beautiful. And the amenities!! You will not want for anything. The bikes and the chairs and the towels and the beach toys for young and old were wonderful. And the games were perfect and I had so much fun playing with my grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of appliances and dishes and cooking supplies. And the view.. You could see the ocean and it was wonderful! The location was unbelievable. So close to shops and restaurants and go the other way to the beach. I did not manage to use the trolley but the stop is right in front of the house. If you don't want to walk or drive down to the beach, the trolley is a great alternative. The hosts were very attentive and I appreciated the emails with information for that part of the trip. Saved alot of time not having to search for information. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! You will not regret booking this!

I can’t say enough about this place. They have all the amenities you need for the beach!! Perfect for a family getaway!!! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, jogging trails and sites. The property is clean with a great patio to drink coffee in the morning and relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. If you are looking g for a worry free, fun and clean getaway, this is perfect.

We loved everything about our stay! Location was lovely and within walking distance of every great restaurant, shop, coffee shop, library and beach near by. The view was breathtaking every night. A must stay for anyone visiting San Clemente! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and small dog. The kid loved all the games and jacuzzi time here! Can’t wait to tell our our family and friends about it.

This was a great fit for us (3 adults, plus 3 kids ages 1-6). The place was really lovely and really well fitted out with games and toys the kids loved and lots of baby supplies that saved me a ton of space packing. The location is really wonderful with a trolley stop literally right outside the door. I agree with my 6 year old, when he said "This is nice. We should stay here more."

Peter & Kathy’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy some family time. The location is great - walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping- and the amenities are outstanding, especially the hot tub! It’s also a great home base to explore all the OC beaches.

Best location ever! Just steps to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, wine cafes, shops…and 5min walk to an amazing beach trail. Property mgmt thought of everything; fantastic internet, great tvs, comfy beds, updated beach vibe. Loved looking out on the little town from the large deck. A great place to just escape for R&R.

You won't be able to find a better location if you desire to stay in San Clemente. You can walk to the beach, you can walk to any meal of the day, including drinks, and you are front and center of any shopping and the best of what San Clemente has to offer.

We were initially worried about the location on the main road in San Clemente but it was actually quite quiet at night and with the bedroom window closed we didn’t hear anything. The benefit was that it was so nice to walk out onto the street and have everything within a short walk- coffee, shops and restaurants. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful time at a wonderful place! We had a few issues but the hosts were quick to fix. The location in proximity to both the beach and main st. were amazing, and the amenities like the bikes, umbrellas, hot tub and fire pit made it everything we could want.

This was an amazing place! Pete & Cathy have thought of every detail and the condo was very well equipped. And the location is fantastic, easy short walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. This is my new go to place whenever I visit San Clemente!

Wonderful experience for our family getaway! The house was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. We spent much of our time relaxing on the balcony in the hot tub with ocean views. The proximity to the shops and ocean was super convenient. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
