The location cannot be beat if you want the option of walkability to the marina and Liv’s. Communication was direct and easy. Parking can be tight if you have more than two cars or larger ones. Great for dogs when the backyard fence is repaired. Note no dishwasher and first floor bedroom and bathroom doors are bifold and don’t close very well. Primary is well done and great space but is loft like with no door. Overall great spot with all you need.
