Such a great house! Highly recommend! Nice quiet neighborhood-fenced in backyard was perfect for our stay with our 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter. Spacious & immaculate. Owner very nice- could not have been more accommodating. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

John was a great host and responded to all our questions. The house was clean and comfortable and was a short drive to Fenwick beach, the marina, and Main Street shops and restaurants.

Lovely house with comfy couches and large backyard. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and along the coast. Close to town for restaurants and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood (at least in late May!).

This location was perfect. We had a death in our family in Guilford Connecticut and I needed a place nearby for myself and other out of town family. Commute was easy each day to Guilford. The house was charming, immaculate. The close proximity to the beach was great. I walked each morning to see the sunrise. A great time for reflection. Sunrises did not disappoint. Thank you John for being a great host. Your home was exactly what we all needed. I’m looking forward to returning in the future.
