We stayed at this property to celebrate my mother's birthday, and it was perfect for our family. With 12 adults and 2 children under 3, everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated- simple yet elegant, not cluttered. The kitchen was well sticked with everything we needed, and the pool house became the heart of our gathering- where we cooked, and spent most of our time together. The pool itself was lovely and well maintained. Everything in the house worked and we never needed to contact anyone during our stay. There are a lot of charming small towns around for visit and grocery shopping. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

Nice space for a big group. We spent most of our time in the farm house because that is where the majority of the group slept. Pool house is very nice and spacious.

We really enjoyed the house. We did not realize though how often the power goes out at this location so losing electricity for the first day was a let down especially when hosting so many people. This caused an issue for a few of us who were working remotely and caused a scare for the food in our fridges and we were told to limit water usage. The house does have a landline so we were able to contact the rental office. It did seem like the house was prepared with flashlights but the batteries were dead. Luckily the electricity came back on just before nightfall. Gorgeous location but a reminder to people that it is located in a remote location so as long as it’s not windy or storm, it’s great.

Definitely a cute space. We did have fun. That being said, it's a bit like we were given a minefield and told not to step on anything. The pool house has an entire wall of doors opening to the pool...that you are told not to open at any time. Sound restrictions are unreasonable...I got a giant pile of texts saying our music was too loud indoors when people could easily talk over it at normal volume. A decibel meter next to the pool showed 50db...a quiet office...and no neighbors were anywhere near that close. The sound thing was especially interesting since there is a rooster that will wake you up at dawn everyday, but apparently that's OK. Hiking trails are cute. Beware there are several "bridges" (i.e. planks of wood over some decent sized drops) without handrails. Also, the movie screen in the pool house isn't attached to anything. If you pull on it to bring it down, it could very easily come crashing down on someones head. Pool house floor is pretty dirty. Pool house bedrooms have bathrooms outdoors. Anyways. We did have a good weekend. Not sure if I would stay again, but was enjoyable.
