Tulare Cozy and Quiet Home near Sequoia Nat'l Park

This property is clean and roomy, however there are some things that are strange.There is someone living in the garage. (The tenant was quiet and kept to themself.) There are 2 additional ADUs in the backyard with keylocks on them. I don't think anyone was in them, but after hearing someone in the garage, it made me think!There are no hand towels in bathrooms to dry your hands. The towels were stained and not clean smelling. There is no coffee pot.We ended up buying towels and a coffee maker. With more upfront info and a few creature comforts this place could be great!

My employees had a lot of positive comments about their stay at this location. It was convenient to their jobsite, beds were comfortable, and they had room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Communication with the host was also great, and Ines was very accommodating when we had questions. Do note that there is someone living in the garage, but there was no interaction or noise from them. Just good to be aware of, as I had missed that note in the listing and my team was surprised. Thank you!

I met up with my siblings to attend a family reunion in Tulare. The house easily accommodated our group. It was nice all us adults having own room! Air conditioner was set and going when we got there which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Internet worked well. Hopefully, we will be back again!

This property was in a good neighborhood. We arrived & the place was in order, clean & spacious. We were 4 couples & we were all comfortable in the home. Good & clean towels were on each bed with water & snacks on the night stands. When we got there the air conditioner was already on for our comfort because it was pretty hot the day we checked in. Communicating with the owner/manager was easy & quick. We had a little bit of an issue with the alarm making a sound & the manager quickly told us what to do & resolved the problem. Overall we had a great time staying at this place.
