Part of a long trip. Near the beach. Very dark a dingy hotel. With steep steps no breakfast, no parking, shared fridge, only a couple of restaurants near by. Didn’t open our blinds for the three days we were there. No view other than close up windows.

The property was awesome! The studio we stayed in was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only complaint would be the WiFi kept going out a lot during our stay. I also loved how they had beach passes and city parking permits available as well made our stay painless!!! Definitely will be booking here again:)))

Room was very worn - toilet seat chipped, stains on ceiling, carpet very worn, fridge/freezer in room did not work. There is no thermostat in the room either. It was cold during the night and there is only a sheet and very thin duvet on the bed. There is an exhaust fan above a two burner cooktop that banged loudly in the wind all night long. Not a very comfortable stay. No on site parking - we were able to park two streets over, but I imagine it could be an issue in season (we travelled in early March).

I was told it will be first floor. When i got to the property i was more like in the basement. No one to talk to. Check in was by email. Horrible door was unlocked i got to the property. No patking. I had to pay for a parking permit. I will never. I pay almos $300 for the night.

I didnt like how the studio was not advertised as a basement unit or that there was a mini van parked inches from our entrance/window. My husband also hit his head in the entrance so hard that it knocked the lense out of his glasses. There should be yellow caution sign or some type of warning when stepping down and we are fairly short compared to most. The floors were not only dirty but very sandy. Other than that the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Well maintained area and great location right off the beach. Would be nice to add another hook on the shower curtain so it closes with ease. Parking situation is OK when there id available parking.

Great location. Check in and out process were smooth. Nice to be able to rent a parking permit right at the cafe (good breakfast there too!). Room was clean and quiet.

This hotel was very unique in it's own way. You are given a code to get inside and an envelope is prepared with your name and key to your room. There was no Staff, but you really don't need anyone. The room was up a couple flight of stairs, but it was a fun experience. Parking is the only complaint I would have because there is limited parking and if you miss out you have to park a couple blocks away. Other than that, my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything needed was provided and everything was so neat and clean. Location is fabulous for walking the boardwalk. I absolutely loved it all. Thank you.

Overall it is a good and safe area. Although there was no one to tell that my towels had stains on them and to change it. As well as the shower curtains which was dirty. Other then that it was a ok stay for 2 nights.

Bathroom especially the shower was way too small trying to get in. Basically did not shower for part of the time. Would indicate or show picture of bathroom for the future. However, would stay there again just a different room. Loved the location and area

They never sent check in instructions.. it took me 40 min through travel agency’s help to get in contact with them ,on the day of check in.... they never returned my calls, or email.. floors were uneven,bed was shaky. Felt like earthquakes at times. Extremely noisy, you could hear every single word of neighbors. Would not stay again. Poor customer service .

A unique house/hotel very close to the beach in Ventnor City. Lots of dining & shopping within walking proximity. The hotel is clean overall while the room we stayed in was clean, but dated with the carpet and bathroom. The room was on the small side and especially the bathroom which anyone of any real size would have some difficulty using it. The location is fabulous less than a block's walk to the boardwalk and just a little further to the beach.

John does an amazing job of keeping a quality property clean inside and out. Even his corner cafe is great…it’s our favorite affordable getaway at the shore. Beach chairs provided is a nice touch, and he’s always available to help if a problem arises. Don’t hesitate…nice, easy, affordable and clean.

Part of a long trip. Near the beach. Very dark a dingy hotel. With steep steps no breakfast, no parking, shared fridge, only a couple of restaurants near by. Didn’t open our blinds for the three days we were there. No view other than close up windows.

John does an amazing job of keeping a quality property clean inside and out. Even his corner cafe is great…it’s our favorite affordable getaway at the shore. Beach chairs provided is a nice touch, and he’s always available to help if a problem arises. Don’t hesitate…nice, easy, affordable and clean.

A unique house/hotel very close to the beach in Ventnor City. Lots of dining & shopping within walking proximity. The hotel is clean overall while the room we stayed in was clean, but dated with the carpet and bathroom. The room was on the small side and especially the bathroom which anyone of any real size would have some difficulty using it. The location is fabulous less than a block's walk to the boardwalk and just a little further to the beach.

Great location. Check in and out process were smooth. Nice to be able to rent a parking permit right at the cafe (good breakfast there too!). Room was clean and quiet.

Lovely place to stay for all seasons. Close to casinos and beach block. Close to several good restaurants. I say here whenever I am in AC.

I just spent a sunday night to Monday morning at the hortel (went to beach Sun then checked in later in day) , just me, and had a wonderful time! My room was #6, it was very clean and had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom (tiny shower for a tall person but still manageable!). The room had a roku tv and wifi, it didnt have its own fridge but there was a common area mini fridge in hallway by my room, which was great. The owner was so helpful when I initially had trouble with they key and then managed to accidentally lock myself out of the room while bringing my stuff in. The owner was at the cafe next door and came right over! The hotel is half block from the beach and boardwalk! I took a walk on the boardwalk and Ventor fishing pier before I left, it was great! The beach was very accessible! A couple great restaurants for dinner are literally right around the corner! And the Owner owns the North Beach cafe & creamery across the street! I had delicious ice cream and then breakfast the day I left.

Great location! Nucky's Speakeasy just 2 blocks away for a delicious dinner and drinks after check-in. The North Beach cafe right on the corner for breakfast and iced coffee in the morning. The beach and the boardwalk are right there afterwards. Stayed in room #9, clean, cool, and quiet. Almost afraid to book again as everything was just right. Only issue is finding proper parking thats not to far. The pay to park doesn't have an overnight rate, though I'd be willing to pay it. Max is 2 hours, so you got to hunt. Makes the 1st drink really good when you find a spot you dont have to move from for the night.

Their corner restaurant was great! We had an issue with our key and they arrived in 2 minutes to help us. They were nicer than nice. The people above us were so loud and very inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel.
