2/2 Penthouse, Clearwater Beach, 801 Avalon!

Primary complaint was very noisy. Walls were paper, thin you could hear everything in adjacent suites and in the hallway. Cleaning people were incredibly noisy early in the morning. So much so we had to complain to the front desk. When we asked the cleaning people if they could be a little quieter they literally propped the door to the suite they were cleaning open and turned the music up even louder. Crazy!!! Front desk people were great!!! Great location too. If you’re a sound sleeper you’ll be fine.

The host was welcoming, wonderful and very attentive. The rental unit was excellent and spotless. Reception and all other service staff were fantastic. We had a terrific stay.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Great location. Layout of the building is so weird, it has wasted space which could have been expanded condos. Hence the weirdness of our room with a "private" detached balcony. I had no idea what that was until we saw it. The only way to see the gulf. Also weird when you are sitting their in your underwear and the neighbors are walking by! Also, neighbors were using it one day, so not real "private". The 200 a day "incidental" hold is ridiculous.

The only downside was a daily fee, not optional, for beach towels and chairs, plus a daily parking fee.

Beautiful location and cozy condo. Very easy check in and check out.
