Quaint shared backyard with a small outside high top for morning coffee. Host provides towels, beach towels, chairs, coolers, plates, and anything else you would want. Perfect layout and comfortable bungalow with a backyard area to enjoy. Very short walk to beach. Short drive to river for kayaking through the mangroves. Hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

Such a wonderful stay! Maria Elena and Stu were very responsive and wonderful hosts. The backyard and landscaping at the house is gorgeous! And 5min walk to the beach! Amazing location. Very quiet and cute apartment with a full kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I were in Cocoa beach for 2 days, and this place was perfect. Its cozy for sure, but for a short stay it wasnt a problem for us. The location was great; just a block from the beach and a few miles away from "downtown" bussle. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, which was amazing. The rental was stocked with everything we needed for the beach as well (coolers, towels, umbrella, chairs) which was great! The umbrella had some damage to it which we dealt with the best we could, but I did let Elena know when I saw her outside watering plants. We had a little trouble getting the key out of the lockbox so I did call Stu, and he called me back in less than 3 mins. The hosts were great, very friendly and accessible if needed. If we stop back to cocoa beach, we know where to go! Thank you Elena and Stu!!

Stu and Maria Elaina are welcoming hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The unit is clean and cozy with all the amenities you could want. Loved the location, steps to the beach and close to downtown and all the restaurants. Stu and I became quick friends with our shared passion for water sports which he was very helpful with providing me gear and location suggestions. We plan on returning soon!

Lovely property, spotlessly clean, well equipped and kitchen has everything you need . Bed very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Within easy reach by car of downtown Cocoa Beach. Good shuttle bus service close to the property. Plenty to do in the area and further afield. Stu and Marie Elena are perfect hosts, very friendly and ready to help but not intrusive , thank you for your kindness. This is our second visit to the bungalow. Highly recommended.

We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

Everything went well - good communication, listing was accurate. Place is small, but comfortable. I worried about one air condition unit to keep the place cool, but it worked well for all rooms. Very clean and well-stocked both for the kitchen and water activities.

2nd time we’ve stayed at this gem. Perfect location, as we needed to go to Melbourne & Titusville. The hosts are friendly & close by if you need anything. Glad we met them this trip. Great location, quiet, close to the ocean. Their place was clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed & a lovely space out back to enjoy.

My son and I stayed here for our vacation. The hosts were very nice and they had everything we needed! My son said the pull out couch was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It was nice that everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. When we visit this area again (we enjoyed our visit so much we are definitely planning another trip) we will definitely stay here!

a block to the ocean and a block and a half to an inlet off the river to see manatees! easy to view the atlantic sunrise, and swim in ocean. perfect size accomodations for me and 2 teenagers, with the couch for one. nice to be a short distance from the down town area of cocoa beach, to promote peacefulness, but close enough for easy access. I did however turn the wrong way onto the one way road... there are signs literally everywhere. Hosts were wonderful!

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Stu and Maria Elena were great! Very responsive! The unit was perfect for me. It had the basics and a super comfortable bed 😂! The beach is “right around the corner.” If you’re looking for clean, cozy, and low key this is the place. I look forward to my next stay!

I brought my son here and it was a great little place for us and it’s close to the beach, which is where we spent all our time! The owners were very kind and great communicators.

Stu and Maria Elaina are welcoming hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The unit is clean and cozy with all the amenities you could want. Loved the location, steps to the beach and close to downtown and all the restaurants. Stu and I became quick friends with our shared passion for water sports which he was very helpful with providing me gear and location suggestions. We plan on returning soon!

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Stu and Maria Elena were great! Very responsive! The unit was perfect for me. It had the basics and a super comfortable bed 😂! The beach is “right around the corner.” If you’re looking for clean, cozy, and low key this is the place. I look forward to my next stay!

We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

My daughter turned 21 and wanted to go on a road trip with me, as I live in Europe and she lives in the States. We wanted a relaxing place to just spend time together and catch up. The apartment was perfect. It was clean with great proximity to the beach and a variety of other activities and restaurants. The management was attentive, yet respected our privacy. It was a memorable and great trip. Hopefully we will return someday for another visit.

This sweet bungalow was clean with everything you would need for a stay in Cocoa Beach. A very short walk to beach access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access in and out. Very responsive hosts. Quaint shared backyard with a small outside high top for morning coffee. Host provides towels, beach towels, chairs, coolers, plates, and anything else you would want. Parking spot guaranteed right outside unit. Don’t sleep on this gem!!

Perfect layout and comfortable bungalow with a backyard area to enjoy. Very short walk to beach. Short drive to river for kayaking through the mangroves. Hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

Such a wonderful stay! Maria Elena and Stu were very responsive and wonderful hosts. The backyard and landscaping at the house is gorgeous! And 5min walk to the beach! Amazing location. Very quiet and cute apartment with a full kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I were in Cocoa beach for 2 days, and this place was perfect. Its cozy for sure, but for a short stay it wasnt a problem for us. The location was great; just a block from the beach and a few miles away from "downtown" bussle. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, which was amazing. The rental was stocked with everything we needed for the beach as well (coolers, towels, umbrella, chairs) which was great! The umbrella had some damage to it which we dealt with the best we could, but I did let Elena know when I saw her outside watering plants. We had a little trouble getting the key out of the lockbox so I did call Stu, and he called me back in less than 3 mins. The hosts were great, very friendly and accessible if needed. If we stop back to cocoa beach, we know where to go! Thank you Elena and Stu!!

a block to the ocean and a block and a half to an inlet off the river to see manatees! easy to view the atlantic sunrise, and swim in ocean. perfect size accomodations for me and 2 teenagers, with the couch for one. nice to be a short distance from the down town area of cocoa beach, to promote peacefulness, but close enough for easy access. I did however turn the wrong way onto the one way road... there are signs literally everywhere. Hosts were wonderful!

Property was clean, easy walk to the beach, everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals in. Close to downtown Coco Beach, easy to get to the Kennedy Space Center. I would stay again!

Lovely property, spotlessly clean, well equipped and kitchen has everything you need . Bed very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Within easy reach by car of downtown Cocoa Beach. Good shuttle bus service close to the property. Plenty to do in the area and further afield. Stu and Marie Elena are perfect hosts, very friendly and ready to help but not intrusive , thank you for your kindness. This is our second visit to the bungalow. Highly recommended.

It is a perfect home away from home spot. The owners are extremely friendly. We were able to check out late on our last day. Started our day off im the ocean before leaving. A block away from the beach. Great restaurant choices. You also have an adorable lizard neighbor. We named him Bob, so say hi to him.

Our stay was great. Owners were very communicative and accommodating. Located a block from the beach was just the perfect distance. Beach items were available for use and worked perfectly. Highly reviled to anyone looking for a place to stay that’s near a quiet portion of the beach, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city.

This place is perfect for a beach weekend! The house has all the beach essentials- cooler, chairs, towels etc. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is yourself! The beach access is a couple minutes walk down the street. The house is a few miles away from the downtown area which we liked- the beach was less crowded and quiet at night. The owners were super friendly and always responded fast.
