This was second time staying in this same unit. Loved it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful stay. Beach in front of condo is great. Soft sand, clean,and not packed. Condo owners provide a ton of stuff including beach umbrellas, chairs,and various beach toys. Air conditioner in unit works great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Our family of 7 including 2 grandparents, Daughter and husband, a 3 year old and a 5 year old,and a 17 year old all had a wonderful vacation.

Sandcastles condo complex is wonderful. Pool is perfect. Condo nice. The only down side was the ocean view. Construction material and port-a-potty was our view. We knew there was going to be construction, but had hoped for a better ocean view

The condo was as advertised and the online pictures were accurate. It is well stocked with everything needed. Great view from the 6th floor balcony and were able to clearly see SpaceX launches at Cape Canaveral. Very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Beds are comfortable. Pool area is very nice and easy access to beach. Owners very friendly. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

This condo is perfectly stocked and ready for a great stay on the beach! The pool is heated which was great since we had seasonally cooler weather but could enjoy the pool even at 64 degrees and cloudy! The beach access was great, not too crowded. We felt safe and were able to relax. We would stay here again, no doubt!

Great condo. Everything was as advertised. Great view. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby. Great location. Clean. The only down fall was there is only 1 key to get in to the pool or beach but we made it work. Would stay again

Upon arrival to our condo we noticed that the key to access the pool/hottub and beach was missing. We contacted Vacasa right away; to which they replied that they would send someone at 9am the following morning with a key. We also mentioned that there were multiple areas of the condo that were never cleaned. Change and dirt behind and under couches, mold, sand and dirt in shower and bathtub, closet filled with sand, there was dust caked to the ceiling above the stove hanging right over our food being cooked. Extremely disappinting housekeeping service. We were told housekeeping would get in touch with us right away to come and clean everythjng up for us. In the 3 weeks that we were there we never heard from housekeeping once. Back to the key issue. We have 3 children that were on vacation with us, they wanted to enjoy the amenities that were promised in the information of the reservation. Vacasa never got in touch with us the following day, no one showed up to bring us the key. Vacasa gave us the run around for 5 straight days. We had NO access to the beach, the pool or hottub for 5 straight days on a family vacation with 3 kids. What an absolutely ridiculously disappointing stay. Vacasa was completly disrespectful, did not care about our needs and didnt care that we had no access for 5 days of our stay. Do not book with Vacasa they are a disgrace to the rental industry. We asked for compensation and all they offered was 80.00, which doesnt even cover one night. Just horrible

There is plenty of space to spread out and the view (if you can look past the construction) was lovely. The only downsides were unclear check-in instructions and the single key to access the pool and the beach (which also requires the key on return.) Overall, great stay!

The condo is exactly as it is listed. Everything you need is provided, so no need to pack extra! The building was quiet, the pool was heated, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Communication with the owners was great. The condo is very spacious and feels like home.

Convienient, comfortable,amenities well placed. Work being done on condo. Information given to us by VRBO very inaccurate. Unable to use oceanfront balcony for over 2 1/2 weeks without moving balcony furniture in an out each day. Did not sign up for that. Dissapointed that the last phone call I made was not returned. VRBO called us on our way to Florida to tell us about the 2 options we had. Right hand not Knowing what left hand doing. In the end was not able to have full use of condo without lifting chairs and tables in and out. We are retired and the 2 friends are handicapped. Never had an experience like this.

This condo has it all. I loved the view, beachfront and beautiful. They had so much amenities. They had five adult beach chairs, two kid’s chairs, two kid life jackets, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, tennis rackets, shovels, dish soap, shampoo, lots of toilet paper, and more. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They even had a sauna in the community room. The only problem we had was everything at the condo was locked and we only had one key for several adults. The beach was locked so coming AND going required a key. We had to come back and forth to unlock the door for everyone. I don’t mind it locked, it was just difficult to plan and make sure everyone could get in and out of the places they wanted to. Definitely worth another trip to this condo.

We got there at specified time. Opened the door and place hadnt been cleaned yet. Beds not mad, kitchen with stuff all over. We ended up standing in the parking lot waiting for 2 hours while housekeeping cleaned from 4-6 . Mold in queen bedroom and smells really musty. door and nothing had been cleaned. Beds still unmade

The view and location was great and it was enough room for 6 people. Place desperately needs maintenance. Toilet seat in master bath held on by only one bolt. Kitchen 3 way switch works half the time. Ridiculous trying to hook up tv and finding remotes. Found dishes in cupboards that weren't even cleaned before being put back.

Upon first glance, this property seems nice, spacious, and as described. However, after a few short hours, it's clear the floors are dirty and need mopping, there were crumbs left behind and when we tried to use the vacuum it died, there are rusty kitchen utensils (can opener), limited cookware, sand in the pullout sofa bed so we had to change the sheets before we could sleep there, only 2 trash bags, a missing smoke detector (back plate there, but no unit), not enough bath towels or wash clothes, and overall in need of updating. The pros of this condo were the location, beach access, and enough room to sleep our party of 8. We would not stay here again.

Large corner patio but workers below all week and so not a nice view of rubbish and weeds. Also can’t see beach, but can see water. 2nd floor really not high enough. Condo looks clean and cute when first walk in but then we see where it needs good deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable, but carpet needs cleaned in the bedroom. Tried to run sweeper and beater bar didn’t spin. So very skeptical on how clean carpet really was. Trash can area dirty. Also lots of crumbs In silverware drawer. There was a coffee mark on counter by coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and towels were really good! In dining room the wall was all banged up from people pushing their chairs against the wall. Only my husband and I stayed there and we never used the dining room, but big table for a family. The couches are on wooden legs so can see underneath and it was dusty! Just time for some update and TLC

Everything listed is accurate! The view from the balcony is awesome, you are on the second floor so it's the dunes and the ocean. Condo was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the easy access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Will stay here again.

This condo was great. Had everything we needed! Had large patio doors that overlook the beach & ocean. Loved hearing the ocean while having coffee on the deck. You could also hear the ocean from the master bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! Layout of the was wonderful, allowed privacy for people in each bedroom. Communication with Mr Jolly was excellent. Highly recommend!

Sandcastles condo complex is wonderful. Pool is perfect. Condo nice. The only down side was the ocean view. Construction material and port-a-potty was our view. We knew there was going to be construction, but had hoped for a better ocean view

The condo is exactly as it is listed. Everything you need is provided, so no need to pack extra! The building was quiet, the pool was heated, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Communication with the owners was great. The condo is very spacious and feels like home.

Great complex, great location, not crowded, unit had anything you could want for a beach trip. The interior furnishings were different than what was pictured on VRBO. We would stay there again.

This condo was great. Had everything we needed! Had large patio doors that overlook the beach & ocean. Loved hearing the ocean while having coffee on the deck. You could also hear the ocean from the master bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! Layout of the was wonderful, allowed privacy for people in each bedroom. Communication with Mr Jolly was excellent. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with family! The condo was clean, beautiful view at a great property. Had a bad experience with the Vacasa management team- lied about helping to resolve a simple issue with an additional key.

Our family vacation was Fabulous due in large part to our Tremendous accommodations! I had pleasant abd responsive interactions with the Host from prior to check-in through check-out. It was a truly wonderful stay and the only real problem was it came to an end. Thank you!

Upon arrival to our condo we noticed that the key to access the pool/hottub and beach was missing. We contacted Vacasa right away; to which they replied that they would send someone at 9am the following morning with a key. We also mentioned that there were multiple areas of the condo that were never cleaned. Change and dirt behind and under couches, mold, sand and dirt in shower and bathtub, closet filled with sand, there was dust caked to the ceiling above the stove hanging right over our food being cooked. Extremely disappinting housekeeping service. We were told housekeeping would get in touch with us right away to come and clean everythjng up for us. In the 3 weeks that we were there we never heard from housekeeping once. Back to the key issue. We have 3 children that were on vacation with us, they wanted to enjoy the amenities that were promised in the information of the reservation. Vacasa never got in touch with us the following day, no one showed up to bring us the key. Vacasa gave us the run around for 5 straight days. We had NO access to the beach, the pool or hottub for 5 straight days on a family vacation with 3 kids. What an absolutely ridiculously disappointing stay. Vacasa was completly disrespectful, did not care about our needs and didnt care that we had no access for 5 days of our stay. Do not book with Vacasa they are a disgrace to the rental industry. We asked for compensation and all they offered was 80.00, which doesnt even cover one night. Just horrible

Convienient, comfortable,amenities well placed. Work being done on condo. Information given to us by VRBO very inaccurate. Unable to use oceanfront balcony for over 2 1/2 weeks without moving balcony furniture in an out each day. Did not sign up for that. Dissapointed that the last phone call I made was not returned. VRBO called us on our way to Florida to tell us about the 2 options we had. Right hand not Knowing what left hand doing. In the end was not able to have full use of condo without lifting chairs and tables in and out. We are retired and the 2 friends are handicapped. Never had an experience like this.

This was second time staying in this same unit. Loved it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful stay. Beach in front of condo is great. Soft sand, clean,and not packed. Condo owners provide a ton of stuff including beach umbrellas, chairs,and various beach toys. Air conditioner in unit works great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Our family of 7 including 2 grandparents, Daughter and husband, a 3 year old and a 5 year old,and a 17 year old all had a wonderful vacation.

The condo was as advertised and the online pictures were accurate. It is well stocked with everything needed. Great view from the 6th floor balcony and were able to clearly see SpaceX launches at Cape Canaveral. Very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Beds are comfortable. Pool area is very nice and easy access to beach. Owners very friendly. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Lovely home away from home. Appreciate attention to detail. Enjoyed the view, pool, and beach access. My kids had a blast! We were able to see a rocket launch and the owner texted when to be ready. Rainy day we went to a local arcade pay to get in and play anything for as long as you want which was neat. Had a nice lunch at a Japanese grill walkable from the arcade. Enjoyed door dashing food options recommended on the kitchen counter. Close to all the things. Elevator was very nice to use. Would recommend!

Everything listed is accurate! The view from the balcony is awesome, you are on the second floor so it's the dunes and the ocean. Condo was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the easy access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Will stay here again.

Our group of 5, stayed for 4 nights to do some sightseeing before our cruise. It is the perfect location and everything was great. We really appreciate you arranging the spectacular lightning storm our last night. We sat on the balcony and oohed and ahhed for several hours. If we are ever ever in this area again, or know anyone traveling this will be the place to stay. Thank you

Location is great. On the beach with beautiful view. Close to town and groceries. Clean and comfortable. All the things you need for fun. We enjoyed beach chairs and umbrellas and a cooler, the pool and the bicycles. Even viewed a Space Launch from the balcony. Owners very helpful and available for questions. It was a really nice time at the beach!

We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises with a magnificent beach view! The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week! Very clean condo with beach extras like chairs, cooler, beach towels etc… everything you need for a relaxing trip! We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family!
