We do an annual golf trip and this house fit the bill perfectly. It had enough beds, nicely spaced out and have plenty of room to spread out. We have been to many rentals and as far as giving you everything, they really do make the stay great with attention to detail. Everything was very clean and they provided everything, that included garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo , soap etc. They also have a ton of other things like coolers, bikes, fishing rods, games, etc. Highly recommend !!!

The Surf Shack was comfortable and charming. Our two families had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The location was a quick drive to all the best spots in Cocoa Beach. We were able to easily see two rocket launches (one from the driveway and one from the Cocoa Beach pier), enjoy ice cream at the Fat Donkey and drinks at Coconuts. We also ventured into Orlando for trips to Disney World and Universal with no issues, and the location is about half an hour from Kennedy Space Center which was absolutely amazing. Our group also did a night kayaking trip to see the bioluminescence which I highly recommend.The house has enough bikes for a large group, a great outdoor area and pool, and comfortable beds. The only downside to our entire trip was dealing with the Florida mosquitoes. Bring lots of bug spray!

House was perfect size for our family of 11 and had everything we would need. Only issue was the pool heater not working so we could not utilize the pool. The property manager was doing her best to fix the problem, but it was disappointing since it was cooler the end of November and really needed the heater. Otherwise, house was great.

We had the best time at this rental. Everything you need to have an amazing beach trip was included with this house. There were tons of bikes, water gear, and beach chairs/ umbrellas. Everything we needed was at this house. It was clean. Communication was beyond great. The pool area was fun. We had the best week! The beach was a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk and we did both. Disney was only an hour drive and Kennedy Space Center was 30 minutes away. Very close to tons of yummy placed to eat. I would recommend this rental to everyone. I hope we get to go back again soon! This home was everything we could’ve asked for. We were in town to enjoy the nice weather and it was comfortable enough for us to hang around the house enjoying the pool, kayaks and closeness to the beach.

We had the best time at Cocoa Beach Surf Shack. The girls and I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The house was stocked with all our needs including kayaks and bikes. The pool was a wonderful temperature and we loved it. All in all a very good choice for us…

I booked this 6-bedroom, 3-bath home for a group retreat. The layout was great for a group our size, and the kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped. We enjoyed our time overall, but I was surprised by the amount of wear and tear throughout the property—especially considering it was priced similarly to higher-end homes we’ve rented in the past.Both outdoor patios were very dirty upon arrival, and we had to clean them ourselves before guests arrived. The back patio furniture was in rough shape, with several broken pieces and torn cushions. The pool was also dirty our entire stay and appeared smaller than the photos suggested. Back rooms had an odd smell similar to water damage odor. This home has good potential for group stays, but it’s definitely in need of some updates and better upkeep. We made the most of it and still had a memorable retreat, but I’d recommend future guests manage expectations on condition versus cost.

It was such a fun house with heated , pool water across the street to canoe and kayak with furnished equipment, games and activities at the house that we never left that day. Beach access within a mile to Wilson park Plenty of room to prepare meals or just visit and relax around the house.

Very clean and well maintained home. For our family perfectly. Pool is nice and so are the kayaks. Got to watch 2 rocket launches from the backyard as well. Minutes from the beach and lots of food. Would highly recommend this property.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We only had issues with the amount of bugs in the backyard (we were bitten quite a bit!!), the house wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as we would have expected (trash caught in the carpet, main floors were not swept/mopped underneath furniture, food left in the sink strainer, etc). The other issue was that the outdoor trash cans were not taken and emptied prior to our arrival and were overflowing with rotten trash on our first day. The pool was fun even though there appears to be issues with the filter. But the neighborhood was quiet, close to everything and the back porch/bar area was a great place to sit and enjoy our time by the pool!

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities. The house is extremely well equipped. My family and friends I traveled with agreed that this was our favorite vacation rental we've visited. We would love to come back some day.

The house was perfect for our family in every way. The rooms were large and 2 of the 3 bathrooms were renovated. I loved the large kitchen and dining area which enabled our group to all eat together. We would not have been able to do this in a restaurant. We then played games in the living room which were also provided there at the house. There were plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. The backyard was private. We had a few questions and the owner responded immediately and also made some suggestions for viewing the rocket launch and where to eat. Unfortunately, it was chilly but the launch area for the kayaks or paddle board were a 1/2 block away.

We are an offshore powerboat race team and we were there for the Cocoa Beach race. We needed a place for the whole team to stay and be comfortable. They loved the home. Worked perfectly for everyone. Will reserve for next year for sure.

Our family of 12 had an amazing stay at the "Surf Shack". 6 large bedrooms and plenty of room for our family! The BRAND NEW kitchen is absolutely beautiful, the house is very well stocked and location is perfect to the beach. Teresa was a great host and very accommodating. This is a perfect spot for families looking to spend time time together in a beautiful, spacious vacation home. 5 Stars, would highly recommend! We will be back!

The host was very accommodating and it was a turn key stay with hotel amenities. The host answered our requests immediately and addressed the issues in a timely manner. Great place for a family- so many things provided you could never be bored!

We had an *epic* Easter break at the Cocoa Beach Surf Shack. This is by far the most well appointed home we’ve ever rented. They thought of everything - several bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, games and more. There was something for everyone in the family to enjoy! This home is VERY well stocked and we easily sat down for Easter dinner for 12. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen. Every utensil and appliance was available! The location is fantastic - a quiet mid-century style Neighborhood with a beachy vibe. It’s a short 10 min walk to the beach and plenty of parking if driving. Publix is close by and it’s 10 min drive to the iconic Ron Jon Surf Shop. Best part… we were able to view *2* rocket launches from the beach! That was incredible! Thanks to the host Teresa for making the process so easy and enjoyable. I Highly recommend the Surf Shack!

Host was very accommodating for any needs or requests. Space worked great for our two families…plenty of space for everyone & the outdoor space was really nice & big. If you need a perfect house in perfect condition…keep looking, but if you need a big space with a pool & other amenities, this is your place. If we weren’t renting during peak week, i would feel like we overpaid.

We had the best time at this rental. Everything you need to have an amazing beach trip was included with this house. There were tons of bikes, water gear, and beach chairs/ umbrellas. Everything we needed was at this house. It was clean. Communication was beyond great. The pool area was fun. We had the best week! The beach was a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk and we did both. Disney was only an hour drive and Kennedy Space Center was 30 minutes away. Very close to tons of yummy placed to eat. I would recommend this rental to everyone. I hope we get to go back again soon! Thank you for the best week!

Our family came together and we had an amazing time at this place. The house was perfect for our family. Clean, huge, many fun toys. Pool was clean and awesome. We would come back here again. Close to everything. Thank you for the memories we made. The host was very helpful.

The house was perfect for our family in every way. The rooms were large and 2 of the 3 bathrooms were renovated. I loved the large kitchen and dining area which enabled our group to all eat together. We would not have been able to do this in a restaurant. We then played games in the living room which were also provided there at the house. There were plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. The backyard was private. We had a few questions and the owner responded immediately and also made some suggestions for viewing the rocket launch and where to eat. Unfortunately, it was chilly but the launch area for the kayaks or paddle board were a 1/2 block away.

Everything was great, we’ve stayed at this property twice now because the first time exceeded our expectations, the house has everything we needed and then some. The host contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed and even made us aware of surrounding activities going on. I would highly recommend this property to anyone in the area.

We stayed here before heading out on a Disney Cruise. The house was great and the amenities were just what we needed. We were also able to walk over to beach and watch a rocket launch! The owners were easy to communicate with and handled everything perfectly. Great stay!

Very clean and well maintained home. For our family perfectly. Pool is nice and so are the kayaks. Got to watch 2 rocket launches from the backyard as well. Minutes from the beach and lots of food. Would highly recommend this property.

House was just what we needed to have four generations together to celebrate. Easy access to beach, stores and restaurants. Lots to do at house, pool and bikes were a big hit. Large kitchen so we could cook and still be together. Would definitely recommend.

The Surf Shack was comfortable and charming. Our two families had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The location was a quick drive to all the best spots in Cocoa Beach. We were able to easily see two rocket launches (one from the driveway and one from the Cocoa Beach pier), enjoy ice cream at the Fat Donkey and drinks at Coconuts. We also ventured into Orlando for trips to Disney World and Universal with no issues, and the location is about half an hour from Kennedy Space Center which was absolutely amazing. Our group also did a night kayaking trip to see the bioluminescence which I highly recommend.The house has enough bikes for a large group, a great outdoor area and pool, and comfortable beds. The only downside to our entire trip was dealing with the Florida mosquitoes. Bring lots of bug spray!

We had the best time at Cocoa Beach Surf Shack. The girls and I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The house was stocked with all our needs including kayaks and bikes. The pool was a wonderful temperature and we loved it. All in all a very good choice for us…

It was such a fun house with heated , pool water across the street to canoe and kayak with furnished equipment, games and activities at the house that we never left that day. Beach access within a mile to Wilson park Plenty of room to prepare meals or just visit and relax around the house.

Property is wonderful. Great space for a family get together like ours. Pool was great, really enjoyed the outside shower. House is fully stocked - we needed nothing! Will definitely stay again.

The house was clean, well-stocked, and nice. Upon arrival, we found a few broken items, which I immediately reported to the property manager via the phone number she provided. However, even though there was no immediate need for repair, I never received a response, even an acknowledgement of my message.The house is large and spacious, providing ample room for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it perfect for preparing breakfasts each morning. The bikes were a nice touch, although they could benefit from some updating and repairs before the next renters arrive. Fortunately, bike pumps were available for inflating flat tires. The beach was a bit further away than anticipated, so we didn't make the bike ride. We were busy with baseball, so our time was limited. Overall, the house and location were good, but the price might be a little high given the distance to the beach.

Huge house with lots of room to spread out. House is very well equipped for almost anything you want to do at the house or local adventures. Back yard and pool were great. I would suggest adding artificial turf as the dirt and grass get in the pool. Also, the mattresses are on the firm side. The property is very conveniently located in the area with so many things to do and great beaches and the river. We watch a rocket launch, and it was amazing.

The house is perfect for a gathering of 6 or more people. You can hang at the outside bar by the pool or in a very large kitchen and living rooms. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. The house is well stocked with dishes, glasses and all the beach accessories a large party needs All and all it was an enjoyable stay for me and all my friends.
