This is a happy little cottage near a small stream. The house was wonderfully clean, decorated in happy friendly colors and very comfortable. It is situated close to many attractions and a great spot for bicycling up to the Blue Ridge, or if you are not that ambitious, staying on the quiet roads in the bottom of the Shenandoah valley. A set of great porches for watching the sun rise or set really enhanced our stay. We were expecting a bit more of a creek, the canoe would be good for kids to play with in the shallow swimming hole, but not really for a paddling trip. The creek is beautiful, a fun spot for splashing and catching sunfish.

This place is Super Cute and a great getaway. It was just my wife and I so the small space was perfect. Great fishing particularly with ultra light gear. Lots of smallmouth, bluegill and even a few Red Eyed bass. The host us very nice. The only thing to note is if you are over 6'5" tall, the ceilings might be too low.

If you want to get away to the country this place was amazing. We were shocked at how well they transformed the trailer into a fun, comfortable, spacious rental. The best was heading to the creek on the property to sit and listen to the water - watching the cows come down for a drink. If it would have been warmer we definitely would have utilized the canoe and water equipment provided

The house is so cute! I loved the diner feel of the kitchen and the overall vibe of the place. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to the area. Easy to find and then easy for us to get to Skyline drive, Luray and Front Royal. oh, and my son loved fishing in the creek!

We had a great stay. Storm came through and we lost power for about 12 hours. Stayed in communication with the owner and the stay was still super smooth and we had a great time. The fishing was excellent after the waters calmed down from the storm!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cabin! It was in a peaceful spot far enough from town to feel secluded, yet close enough for a quick trip to the grocery store, the caverns, or Shenandoah National Park.The retro decor is a delightful touch—colorful, nostalgic, and super well done. The deck overlooking the pond was the perfect spot to have breakfast and coffee.Sarah was a very helpful and personable host! She even checked in on us the day after travel because I had let her know we had trouble with our rental car! Highly recommend this cabin for for a relaxing and stylish escape near all the best of Luray!

Great place to stay and relax. We came to VA for high school graduation. This little place was perfect for spending a day with our grandkids while we were there. We all enjoyed playing by the water and just being together.

The property was great! We went canoeing and hung out in the creek with the cows quite a bit. Pretty secluded with only one neighbor across the street. It's completely renovated and you can tell a lot of work was put into the property. My only complaint was that only 1 of the 2 ACs were running when we arrived and it was only set at 79. We arrived after a long day of hiking at SNP, hoping to cool off, shower, and relax, but it took 7 HOURS to get the trailer to a reasonable temperature, and it wasn't until the NEXT MORNING that the bedroom finally cooled off. Nothing worse than sweating all day, taking a shower, drying off, and then immediately starting to sweat again.

We have stayed at many vrbos and this place was absolutely wonderful! The creek and land in the backyard was like being in the middle of nowhere. Quiet and fresh air. Our pup loved the cows and creek. If we would have been there at a warmer time the creek would have been great time to use the paddle boat and canoe that is supplied. The trailer when we first pulled up made me think twice about we might be getting into BUT do not judge a book by it’s cover. The trailer was all updated and was brilliantly decorated w fun decor and had all we could need! Host was accessible. Only issue with the surround area was poor cell phone signal. So we could not make calls but the wife was strong

The property was very cozy, neat and clean. Sarah was a great host. Located between Luray and Front Royal, we were able to visit both towns as well as the Shenandoah River State Park. We will definitely be back!

This little getaway was perfect for my dog and I. It is within 20-30 min of two separate entrances to Shenandoah. It was clean and had everything we needed. You would never guess you were staying in a trailer.

We enjoyed our stay so much and are so grateful for such a good experience with our first vrbo! They had every possible amenity you could think of and then some. The property manager was so kind and helpful, the home was clean and fun, and we were even lucky enough to be greeted by the cows across the river when we first arrived. Nothing but good things to say about our stay, and we would love to go back!

We loved the house!!! It was so peaceful and quiet; the creek was also a wonderful added bonus! The house was clean and had all the amenities of home. The host went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Before we even arrived, she texted to let us know that she had left an extra heater because we were supposed to have some cold nights during our stay. She even texted a couple times to check on us throughout our stay! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone that asked!!

5 stars… location was ideal & quiet, home was adorable & clean, amenities were not overlooked and made it feel like home after a long day hiking! This spot was perfectly located between 2 main towns with great food and drinks and close to SNP main entrance as well as near highways to quickly get to other entrances… if u know skyline drive you will understand the need to get there quickly to see a sunrise and sunset!!!! And our pup was able to enjoy this vacation with us and the host made every tiny accommodation to make us all feel welcome!

This cozy space has everything you need! There were frequent check ins from our host to make sure it was all going well, which was greatly appreciated and the space was well kept, absolutely adorable, and looks just like it did online. We very much enjoyed our long weekend there and if we are in that area again will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at Sara’s place. Place is at a perfect location, the communication was super easy and quick, the place is very clean and has everything you need, very cute and cozy. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

We loved our stay! The check in process was easy and the cabin was so cute. It was stocked with many of the necessities such as cooking utensils and towels. If we come back to Luray we will definitely be staying here again!

The host contacted us first… that’s a first!!! Home was ready early for us & a simply perfect space it was!!! Clean, cozy, picture perfect outdoor space, & all the little extras that make you feel right at home!!!! Sheets that scream vacation are a must and yep that was an A+ too!!!! The creek and the quiet was a great start and end to the weeks worth of hiking at SNP! It was a great location close to 2 entrances and close to 2 major towns with great food and brewery’s!!!! Book fast because everyone we know wants to visit this creekside retreat so it’s gonna fill up!!!!!

My wife and I took an extended weekend trip to this lovely listing and it was a perfect size for the both of us. We really appreciated the detail with the decor, the size, the amenities, and especially the location when it came to Luray and Shenandoah state park. This is the third place we have stayed near Shenandoah (a favorite getaway for us) and the first one we would consider coming back to. We really loved having a local connection in case anything happened (and nothing did), and the ease to get to the park and home after long days of hiking (we hiked 4-6 hours each day we were there).

This tiny house was bigger than we thought it would be, particularly between the two main beds. We were happy to be able to fit a pack and play there during the day for our almost-2-year-old, and move it to the living room overnight. Our contact for the property was also very responsive via text message.We were sad to miss the cows and frogs this time, but very happy to have a bright and cheery place to call home during a cold and cloudy weekend. We still managed to feed the goats at Massanutten Country Corner, picnic at Birdsong Gardens, and brunch at Mimslyn Inn, so a great weekend overall!

We were happy to be able to fit a pack and play there during the day for our almost-2-year-old, and move it to the living room overnight. Our contact for the property was also very responsive via text message.We were sad to miss the cows and frogs this time, but very happy to have a bright and cheery place to call home during a cold and cloudy weekend. We still managed to feed the goats at Massanutten Country Corner, picnic at Birdsong Gardens, and brunch at Mimslyn Inn, so a great weekend overall!

We have stayed at many vrbos and this place was absolutely wonderful! The creek and land in the backyard was like being in the middle of nowhere. Quiet and fresh air. Our pup loved the cows and creek. If we would have been there at a warmer time the creek would have been great time to use the paddle boat and canoe that is supplied. The trailer when we first pulled up made me think twice about we might be getting into BUT do not judge a book by it’s cover. The trailer was all updated and was brilliantly decorated w fun decor and had all we could need! Host was accessible. Only issue with the surround area was poor cell phone signal. So we could not make calls but the wife was strong

The host contacted us first… that’s a first!!! Home was ready early for us & a simply perfect space it was!!! Clean, cozy, picture perfect outdoor space, & all the little extras that make you feel right at home!!!! Sheets that scream vacation are a must and yep that was an A+ too!!!! The creek and the quiet was a great start and end to the weeks worth of hiking at SNP! It was a great location close to 2 entrances and close to 2 major towns with great food and brewery’s!!!! Book fast because everyone we know wants to visit this creekside retreat so it’s gonna fill up!!!!!

This was a quiet, scenic and well appointed property. Our host was even kind enough to offer assistance when my car needed a jump. Something she found was happening from the neighbor. Great sense of community, great hospitality. The cows on the adjacent property behind the creek would walk down and graze and drink from the creek. It was magic. Thank you again.

We loved the house!!! It was so peaceful and quiet; the creek was also a wonderful added bonus! The house was clean and had all the amenities of home. The host went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Before we even arrived, she texted to let us know that she had left an extra heater because we were supposed to have some cold nights during our stay. She even texted a couple times to check on us throughout our stay! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone that asked!!

We had a great stay. Storm came through and we lost power for about 12 hours. Stayed in communication with the owner and the stay was still super smooth and we had a great time. The fishing was excellent after the waters calmed down from the storm!

This cozy space has everything you need! There were frequent check ins from our host to make sure it was all going well, which was greatly appreciated and the space was well kept, absolutely adorable, and looks just like it did online. We very much enjoyed our long weekend there and if we are in that area again will definitely be back!

It was in a peaceful spot far enough from town to feel secluded, yet close enough for a quick trip to the grocery store, the caverns, or Shenandoah National Park.The retro decor is a delightful touch—colorful, nostalgic, and super well done. The deck overlooking the pond was the perfect spot to have breakfast and coffee.Sarah was a very helpful and personable host! She even checked in on us the day after travel because I had let her know we had trouble with our rental car! I don't have enough positive things to say about, both, this property and the host, Sarah. I came here for a little weekend getaway in nature with my sister and my pup this past weekend. The home is just as cute, if not cuter, than it looks like in the photos. What made our stay even better was having such a responsive and kind host. The home is fully equipped with everything you can think of (we made several meals without missing any necessities) and it was extremely clean. I highly recommend staying here! My sister and I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Sarah!

We had a great time staying at the property with our dog. We were in town to do some hiking in Shenandoah national park and this was the perfect location that gave us easy driving access to the park and then a comfortable place to hang out after a long day of hiking. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I took an extended weekend trip to this lovely listing and it was a perfect size for the both of us. We really appreciated the detail with the decor, the size, the amenities, and especially the location when it came to Luray and Shenandoah state park. This is the third place we have stayed near Shenandoah (a favorite getaway for us) and the first one we would consider coming back to. We really loved having a local connection in case anything happened (and nothing did), and the ease to get to the park and home after long days of hiking (we hiked 4-6 hours each day we were there).

The house is so cute! I loved the diner feel of the kitchen and the overall vibe of the place. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to the area. Easy to find and then easy for us to get to Skyline drive, Luray and Front Royal. oh, and my son loved fishing in the creek!

5 stars… location was ideal & quiet, home was adorable & clean, amenities were not overlooked and made it feel like home after a long day hiking! This spot was perfectly located between 2 main towns with great food and drinks and close to SNP main entrance as well as near highways to quickly get to other entrances… if u know skyline drive you will understand the need to get there quickly to see a sunrise and sunset!!!! And our pup was able to enjoy this vacation with us and the host made every tiny accommodation to make us all feel welcome!

The property was great! We went canoeing and hung out in the creek with the cows quite a bit. Pretty secluded with only one neighbor across the street. It's completely renovated and you can tell a lot of work was put into the property. My only complaint was that only 1 of the 2 ACs were running when we arrived and it was only set at 79. We arrived after a long day of hiking at SNP, hoping to cool off, shower, and relax, but it took 7 HOURS to get the trailer to a reasonable temperature, and it wasn't until the NEXT MORNING that the bedroom finally cooled off. Nothing worse than sweating all day, taking a shower, drying off, and then immediately starting to sweat again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. This is actually one of my favorite areas, not far outside of Luray. You are out of the way, but still plenty close to town, and Skyline Drive 😊 My husband said this was his favorite place that we have stayed at to date. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I stayed here over a weekend to explore Shenandoah National Park. We were about 20 minutes from accessing Skyline Drive and less than 15 minutes from Luray Caverns. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and kitchen utensils if you're in a cooking mood. Several games and lots of DVDs to choose from (in addition to a smart TV). It was rainy and cold during our stay so we didn't spend much time by the creek, but it's a cute, peaceful little area. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! The check in process was easy and the cabin was so cute. It was stocked with many of the necessities such as cooking utensils and towels. If we come back to Luray we will definitely be staying here again!

This little getaway was perfect for my dog and I. It is within 20-30 min of two separate entrances to Shenandoah. It was clean and had everything we needed. You would never guess you were staying in a trailer.

We so appreciated all the care taken in decorating the residence. The retro trailer theme was very cute and attractive. The place was clean and had many nice touches, like extra towels, blankets and the kitchen was well appointed. The outdoor setting was restful and beautiful; we enjoyed watching the wildlife and a variety of birds. The porch and grill added to our stay. The proximity to local attractions was also a big plus.

The property manager was so kind and helpful, the home was clean and fun, and we were even lucky enough to be greeted by the cows across the river when we first arrived. The house is so cute! I loved the diner feel of the kitchen and the overall vibe of the place. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to the area. Easy to find and then easy for us to get to Skyline drive, Luray and Front Royal. oh, and my son loved fishing in the creek!
