We visited Big Bear to celebrate my 36th birthday as a family. The cabin was nice and homey for the 5 of us. We enjoyed hot coco over the fire place and relaxed in the Jacuzzi. The down side was there was only one roll of toilet paper. No trash bags are provided. The instructions for trash disposal are incorrect. When we arrived to the disposal site we were scolded for using the wrong site. There wasn't a broom to sweep up after ourselves. The rooms were not vacuumed prior to our arrival. Overall the stay was good. There is room for improvement. They charge a cleaning fee but yet you have to clean up after yourself and drive the trash to the dump. I would stay again but bring my own toilet paper and trash bags.
