Hands down one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including pool and beach things. Location was perfect for us (we stopped at the Costco on the way in). We toured Aulani next door and was so glad that we chose to stay here. We will be back for sure.

Ko-Olina is a great facility. Far enough from, yet close enough to downtown. Plenty of food options and beach options. Also, a great area to walk or go for a run. Exercise facilities are clean and have plenty of equipment. The check in process was very easy with good parking facilities. The unit was clean and well-appointed with beach towels, chairs, etc. and the kitchen had everything needed. All bathrooms had welcome toiletries to help with easy arrival. Maria was great and made check in and check out easy. I forgot an item and with a simple call was able to coordinate with Maria for it to be FedExed to me--great service.

This condo and property is perfection. Came with the whole family including 2 adults, 3yo, 8yo and 9yo. The 2 bedroom was great, two older girls shared the 2nd bed and the condo had a pack-n-play we set up for the little guy to nest down in. Great to have our own living space, kitchen, lanai and washer/dryer. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful property, awesome lagoon pool, koi ponds and beach lagoon! We didn’t want to go anywhere else, definitely coming back!

4 of us stayed in this 2 bed/2 bath listing, it felt like home and was plenty of space for our week-long stay. We had a great time and enjoyed the location and amenities of this property, including the pool/gym/koi pond/beach access. Check in and check out was easy, having an assigned parking spot in the garage was also a big plus. Would recommend this listing and will be back in the future!

This was a fantastic property and we had a perfect vacation. Large condo with modern and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and private bed/bath suites with three bedrooms, and excellent shared facilities. The pools were ideal both for lap swimming and for puttering around and the complex is next to the nicest of the four artificial lagoons (the others are very crowded). We could not have asked for a more wonderful place and reccommend it without reservation

We really enjoyed our stay at your place. One of our favorite things was the lanai. We loved how the sliding doors connected the lanai to the kitchen and living space. The pools, hot tubs, and beach were amazing. We had a very relaxing stay.

This Hawaii vacation exceeded expectations! Traveling as a large family, this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo had something for everyone. We love the two pools (one larger family pool with zero-entry beach area for kids and one quiet pool), the beautiful beach right outside the gate, the Koi ponds, the on-site bar, and the close proximity to other resorts (Aulani, Four Seasons, Marriott). The beach was calm and quiet, with plenty of space for kids to explore. The pool has plenty of beach chairs and seating areas, with a spot to order drinks and snacks. The condo itself is high end, with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large deck. We loved walking to the other resorts for meals and a shopping center for groceries/meals/stores. This was a big hit with our family and we can't wait to go back.

We love beach villas. This is our second visit. Love location and short walking distance to beach. Love that stores - Costco Safeway, Down to Earth Walmart are so close. We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

I was extremely impressed with the condo. It had (almost) everything we need to make the most of our trip. We were welcomed with a gift basket which was a lovely surprise, and it included a perfectly ripe pineapple which ended up being a lifesaver since we surprisingly couldn\'t find ripe pineapples at any of the local stores. The master bedroom was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I want to buy it haha. The kitchen and Lanai were fantastic, we cooked great meals every night. Safeway and Costco are 10 mins away. While we did come prepared with spices, the kitchen was fairly well stocked with a variety of spices, oil, rice etc, likely left by previous guests. There are 3 hot tubs, a lap pool, a normal pool, and a pool bar, which are all immaculate. BBQs are tough to get access to since there aren\'t very many and everyone wanted to use them, but it wasn\'t a problem for us. Live music every night by the bbqs/bar was also an awesome touch. The facility itself is not very busy and we never had to compete for access to anything (chairs, beach space, gym equipment, etc). If you walk over to the neighboring resorts you will appreciate how peaceful this condo is in comparison. Snorkeling at the lagoon is fantastic. I\'ve snorkeled a lot and while it is small, I saw a really surprising amount of fish and variety. It\'s also very beginner friendly, regardless how rough the surf is, the lagoon is calm. It is possible to snorkel outside of the lagoon, but be careful, it is absolutely not for beginners. One "downside" is that everything shuts down at 9pm. Like pools, hot tubs, gym, etc. Not the end of the world, but I would have preferred 10. One area for improvement is that the non-serrated knives are almost all nicked up/dull/useless and the honing tool has been damaged to the point it doesn\'t work. Don\'t plan on any precision cutting.... Tons of beach towels and the checkout procedure is the easiest I\'ve ever experienced. The bidet changed my life haha Would love to stay here again.

We had a great Stay. Maria was very responsive. They had all the amenities they listed plus coolers, a wagon, life jackets, beach toys, chairs and towels. There were spices and an array of pots and pans! Thank you!

Absolutely no upkeep on this villa. Marks all over the walls. Holes in the bed sheets. Total of two clean bath towels in master bathroom. Empty bottle of cascade was left under the kitchen sink upside-down. Broken trashcan in the kitchen.

The check in was delayed to 5:30 pm as the property was not cleaned yet. Had a repair issue on day one. Our host did not meet us at the greeting desk however we were charged excessive hosting fees. The location was not ocean view as described, blocked by the roof of another building. The host and reservation fees were excessive. I would not be staying at this property in the future.

Our stay started with a small problem-one of our rooms was not made up. Maria was amazingly responsive and took care of it immediately. She called in a second cleaning crew, bought and laundered new sheets for the bed, and gave us a bag of coffee and a bottle of prosecco to make up for it. She went above and beyond! The unit was beautiful and clean. We will definitely book again. Thank you Maria!

The unit was just as advertised. No surprises. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay away in Oahu. The lagoons are beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset from the private beach. Would love to come back.

Beautiful unit, great property, very chill and not busy. The unit itself was spacious, clean, modern, and classy. Having all the the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms was a huge bonus and made the stay extremely easy and enjoyable. This is one of the most beautiful locations on the island.

Room was not what I saw on vrbo and room needs a great deal of work. Furniture from 3rd hand store . One bench cut my leg. I have never rented a place in any Island that did not provide cleaning services every 4 days except this one. No amenities, such as soap for washing clothes or clean the rooms. Carpet badly stained and very worn. Would never recommend this unit .

The condo was everything we could have asked and more. After driving all over the island, we won't stay anywhere else if we come back. It was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. Family friendly, felt safe, but didn't seem anywhere near as crowded as the neighboring resorts. The pools were gorgeous, easy access to the beach, and the tiki bar by the pools was great. The washer and dryer are mini ones and as such, the dryer doesn't do a great job, but we packed way more clothes than we needed anyway. Maria was very easy to reach when we got here, and I have no doubt if we had needed her at any point she would have been right there. If you are looking for a place to stay on Oahu, I can't recommend here enough!.

We loved everything about this rental. The area was beautiful! We loved being able to walk to the beach lagoon instead of having to drive. The rental was spacious and comfortable for our whole family. We were on one side and our daughters were on the other side so we all had privacy. The units were quiet, you couldn’t hear anyone or anything from the other units. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very relaxing and peaceful.

It is a nice apartment but it is a little too dark at night. The mater bedroom bed has a frame bigger than the mattress and the room is not the big. So, it is very easy to hurt people's leg.

This condo was just as advertised!! We had plenty of room for our family of 7 and the beach was just a short walk away. Our lanai overlooked one of the swimming pools and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out there every day!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Ko Olina Beach Villas. This unit is on the second floor and we enjoyed the ease getting to/from, but some might feel the view is limited, especially from two of the bedrooms.

This Hawaii vacation exceeded expectations! Traveling as a large family, this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo had something for everyone. We love the two pools (one larger family pool with zero-entry beach area for kids and one quiet pool), the beautiful beach right outside the gate, the Koi ponds, the on-site bar, and the close proximity to other resorts (Aulani, Four Seasons, Marriott). The beach was calm and quiet, with plenty of space for kids to explore. The pool has plenty of beach chairs and seating areas, with a spot to order drinks and snacks. The condo itself is high end, with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large deck. We loved walking to the other resorts for meals and a shopping center for groceries/meals/stores. This was a big hit with our family and we can't wait to go back.

The condo itself is wonderful. Located on the 2nd floor made it is super convenient. Loved sitting out on the balcony each morning in the open air. The surrounding property is gorgeous! Pool is so nice, with lots of seating options and we loved the tiki bar! The condo is located inside a resort area so there are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We loved this place so much! A

We visit Ko Olina every winter and this was our first time at the Beach Villas. The property and condo are absolutely beautiful - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo came very well equipped, from everything in the kitchen to beach supplies. We had exactly what we needed to prepare meals as if we were at home and there were chairs, snorkel equipment, a wagon, ice chest and children’s life vests for beach outings. Beds were extremely comfortable and condo was very clean. Plenty of nice towels, bedding, etc. We loved being able to open the wall of windows on the lanai and leave it open all day. The unit is situated perfectly so that the lanai is shaded for the vast majority of the day - a big plus for me. It is above the quiet pool, which is actually quiet. Very nice! The building is designed with plenty of elevators, so you never have to wait for one and there is very rarely someone else on the elevator. There were two elevators that serviced our portion of the building and only 5 condos on our floor. This kept the hallways very quiet. Just an overall very nice, well-maintained property. Also, parking was a breeze with a dedicated parking spot and a parking lot that wasn’t crowded. Our hosts were amazing to work with. So friendly, helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and I hope the unit is available when we make our plans for next year’s visit.

Well stocked with everything you need for a beach-y family vacation. --towels, sand toys, cart, beach chairs etc. It was also wonderful to have a nicely stocked kitchen so we cooked a lot of our meals. Check in was 4pm but our flight arrived earlier. They kindly accommodated our schedule and checked us in at 1 pm--very appreciated by tired travelers! We walked to the Four Seasons, Aulani, and Marriott via the connected foot paths. We much preferred the beach/lagoon nearest the complex (Beach Villas at Ko Olina)--not crowded at all compared to the other nearby lagoons. We had a lovely vacation and hope to return soon. Also appreciated the quick, responsive, and easy communication with Maria.

Ko-Olina is a great facility. Far enough from, yet close enough to downtown. Plenty of food options and beach options. Also, a great area to walk or go for a run. Exercise facilities are clean and have plenty of equipment. The check in process was very easy with good parking facilities. The unit was clean and well-appointed with beach towels, chairs, etc. and the kitchen had everything needed. All bathrooms had welcome toiletries to help with easy arrival. Maria was great and made check in and check out easy. I forgot an item and with a simple call was able to coordinate with Maria for it to be FedExed to me--great service.

We enjoyed our stay at the villas at Ko Olina. The accommodations were wonderful. The resort staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The only downside was that we were not able to pick the unit we wanted to stay in. The website would not allow us to do that so we couldn’t see where our location was going to be. I would recommend VRBO make edits to the website so that people Can choose their unit location, i.e. beachfront or otherwise. Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and needs. The unit was in excellent condition. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

The check in was delayed to 5:30 pm as the property was not cleaned yet. Had a repair issue on day one. Our host did not meet us at the greeting desk however we were charged excessive hosting fees. The location was not ocean view as described, blocked by the roof of another building. The host and reservation fees were excessive. I would not be staying at this property in the future.

Our stay started with a small problem-one of our rooms was not made up. Maria was amazingly responsive and took care of it immediately. She called in a second cleaning crew, bought and laundered new sheets for the bed, and gave us a bag of coffee and a bottle of prosecco to make up for it. She went above and beyond! The unit was beautiful and clean. We will definitely book again. Thank you Maria!

Beautiful unit and property, Ko Olina is our favorite! Owner made check in so easy and messaged me the night before to let me know the unit would be ready early! One small issue but the response was so quick and fixed almost immediately! Will definitely returning in the near future!

This propert is 10/10. Maria was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Check in and parking were a breeze. The property exceeded my expectations. There is everything you need to get started. Target is a 10 min drive and there is a shopping area walking distance as well. The pools are lovely. (Those with kids be mindful- the quiet pool is no joke about being quiet.) The lagoon pool is awesome and gets more sun. The beach is wonderful. If you aren’t into the busy big city feel of Waikiki, this is the perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend Maria’s property to anyone who is on the fence. We will certainly be back!

We love beach villas. This is our second visit. Love location and short walking distance to beach. Love that stores - Costco Safeway, Down to Earth Walmart are so close. We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

We stayed in Maria’s place with 4 adults and 2 children. It worked out perfectly. The Ko Olina Beach Villas have so many good amenities with kids, it was our second time, we love it so much. Was a little upset by check in, had to wait for the front desk to reach owner and to be able to go up to our villa. After a long day of travel with kids it was frustrating having to wait 30 minutes when I was assured check-in was at 4. Kitchen was very basic and lacking some good plasticware. Could afford to invest in some better kitchen supplies. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and the wagon was helpful for bringing groceries up. Nice to have a washing machine. Pack your own dryer sheets if you plan to do laundry.

Hands down one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including pool and beach things. Location was perfect for us (we stopped at the Costco on the way in). We toured Aulani next door and was so glad that we chose to stay here. We will be back for sure.

We loved everything about this rental. The area was beautiful! We loved being able to walk to the beach lagoon instead of having to drive. The rental was spacious and comfortable for our whole family. We were on one side and our daughters were on the other side so we all had privacy. The units were quiet, you couldn’t hear anyone or anything from the other units. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very relaxing and peaceful.

This condo was just as advertised!! We had plenty of room for our family of 7 and the beach was just a short walk away. Our lanai overlooked one of the swimming pools and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out there every day!

This property was exactly as it was advertised to be. The complex is in a sweet spot between major resort hotels. The hotels were very busy and crowded but ours was much quieter and less crowded, very relaxing. The accommodations are first rate to include high end furnishings and a beautiful dinner room. Many great family dinners and game nights on the stunning dining table. The pool complex offers many choices and the pool bar and live music was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotels were very busy and crowded but ours was much quieter and less crowded, very relaxing. The accommodations are first rate to include high end furnishings and a beautiful dinner room. Many great family dinners and game nights on the stunning dining table. The pool complex offers many choices and the pool bar and live music was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and gorgeous condo. Everything you would need for Perfect vacation is there cookware, snorkeling, gear, suntan lotion and beach umbrellas complete with a wagon owner beautiful to interact with. We would definitely stay there again

This Hawaii vacation exceeded expectations! Traveling as a large family, this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo had something for everyone. We love the two pools (one larger family pool with zero-entry beach area for kids and one quiet pool), the beautiful beach right outside the gate, the Koi ponds, the on-site bar, and the close proximity to other resorts (Aulani, Four Seasons, Marriott). The beach was calm and quiet, with plenty of space for kids to explore. The pool has plenty of beach chairs and seating areas, with a spot to order drinks and snacks. The condo itself is high end, with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large deck. We loved walking to the other resorts for meals and a shopping center for groceries/meals/stores. This was a big hit with our family and we can't wait to go back.

The condo itself is wonderful. Located on the 2nd floor made it is super convenient. Loved sitting out on the balcony each morning in the open air. The surrounding property is gorgeous! Pool is so nice, with lots of seating options and we loved the tiki bar! The condo is located inside a resort area so there are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We love beach villas. This is our second visit. Love location and short walking distance to beach. Love that stores - Costco Safeway, Down to Earth Walmart are so close. We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

We visit Ko Olina every winter and this was our first time at the Beach Villas. The property and condo are absolutely beautiful - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo came very well equipped, from everything in the kitchen to beach supplies. We had exactly what we needed to prepare meals as if we were at home and there were chairs, snorkel equipment, a wagon, ice chest and children’s life vests for beach outings. Beds were extremely comfortable and condo was very clean. Plenty of nice towels, bedding, etc. We loved being able to open the wall of windows on the lanai and leave it open all day. The unit is situated perfectly so that the lanai is shaded for the vast majority of the day - a big plus for me. It is above the quiet pool, which is actually quiet. Very nice! The building is designed with plenty of elevators, so you never have to wait for one and there is very rarely someone else on the elevator. There were two elevators that serviced our portion of the building and only 5 condos on our floor. This kept the hallways very quiet. Just an overall very nice, well-maintained property. Also, parking was a breeze with a dedicated parking spot and a parking lot that wasn’t crowded. Our hosts were amazing to work with. So friendly, helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and I hope the unit is available when we make our plans for next year’s visit.

I was extremely impressed with the condo. It had (almost) everything we need to make the most of our trip. We were welcomed with a gift basket which was a lovely surprise, and it included a perfectly ripe pineapple which ended up being a lifesaver since we surprisingly couldn\'t find ripe pineapples at any of the local stores. The master bedroom was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I want to buy it haha. The kitchen and Lanai were fantastic, we cooked great meals every night. Safeway and Costco are 10 mins away. While we did come prepared with spices, the kitchen was fairly well stocked with a variety of spices, oil, rice etc, likely left by previous guests. There are 3 hot tubs, a lap pool, a normal pool, and a pool bar, which are all immaculate. BBQs are tough to get access to since there aren\'t very many and everyone wanted to use them, but it wasn\'t a problem for us. Live music every night by the bbqs/bar was also an awesome touch. The facility itself is not very busy and we never had to compete for access to anything (chairs, beach space, gym equipment, etc). If you walk over to the neighboring resorts you will appreciate how peaceful this condo is in comparison. Snorkeling at the lagoon is fantastic. I\'ve snorkeled a lot and while it is small, I saw a really surprising amount of fish and variety. It\'s also very beginner friendly, regardless how rough the surf is, the lagoon is calm. It is possible to snorkel outside of the lagoon, but be careful, it is absolutely not for beginners. One "downside" is that everything shuts down at 9pm. Like pools, hot tubs, gym, etc. Not the end of the world, but I would have preferred 10. One area for improvement is that the non-serrated knives are almost all nicked up/dull/useless and the honing tool has been damaged to the point it doesn\'t work. Don\'t plan on any precision cutting.... Tons of beach towels and the checkout procedure is the easiest I\'ve ever experienced. The bidet changed my life haha Would love to stay here again.

We had a great Stay. Maria was very responsive. They had all the amenities they listed plus coolers, a wagon, life jackets, beach toys, chairs and towels. There were spices and an array of pots and pans! Thank you!

The unit was just as advertised. No surprises. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay away in Oahu. The lagoons are beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset from the private beach. Would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the villas at Ko Olina. The accommodations were wonderful. The resort staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The only downside was that we were not able to pick the unit we wanted to stay in. The website would not allow us to do that so we couldn’t see where our location was going to be. I would recommend VRBO make edits to the website so that people Can choose their unit location, i.e. beachfront or otherwise. Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and needs. The unit was in excellent condition. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
