The property if very central to downtown Bentonville, just a block off the square. As others have mentioned, you should expect some street and local noise. For us, it was not a problem. The unit is well furnished, and I appreciate the basic stock (of coffee, for example) as well. We experienced a maintenance issue on the first evening, and it was resolved the next day. All and all, we had a great stay, and would consider this property again.

What a fun place to visit. Enjoyed all the cafes, modern conveniences, the historic feel. Most of all enjoyed the biking trails. Would stay here again!

My family stayed over the weekend. The place is great. The only issue was that it was a little loud from cars driving by for my toddler to sleep, no fault of the host. If you have little kids I might recommend staying a couple blocks off the square. Other than that the place was great!

This property is beautiful with amazing amenities. It is dead center downtown and is walking distance to just about everywhere/everything!
