Redtail Haven: Your Gateway to Nature's Bounty

This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay while we took in the beautiful Pennsylvania Grand Canyon scenery. Inside and outside we enjoyed our time with friends. Easy distance from Wellsboro, where there are great places to shop and eat! I will recommend this spot to friends!

The Home was everything we hoped for. Very clean and comfortable! We were able to prepare most of our meals in this well equipped kitchen. The first three days that we were there was 90. Air-conditioning was great. Then we had a day that dropped in the 50s. The furnace was great. It’s just a very nice home. We spent quite a few days fishing on Hammond Lake. We visited Lyman Lake, the Ice Mine, Wellsboro and Galeton. There is a lot to see and do in this area. Well worth the trip. We plan on going back again.

Very clean - nicely equiped for cooking - however, the can- opener did not work so we left it on counter to be replaced. I would also suggest getting non-stick pans for easier cleaning.

Felt like home away from home with all amenities we could need. Communication with owners was fantastic and thankful for them taking time to stop by and check on us as the unexpected winter snow storm came through. The views in the area were amazing and we’d love to visit again in the Spring or Fall.
