Casa Sudano is exactly as advertised. Jean provided updates and great communication from start to finish…definitely one of my best experiences with a host/owner. This place was perfect for us 50-somethings that just wanted some warm sun and a nice pool after exploring and hiking in the area without the world of the Las Vegas strip.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic condo. My wife spent most of her time at the pool and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have a chance, you must stop in at A&M Pasta Lab just steps away in the Village and pick up some amazing pasta and tomato basil sauce.

This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I\'m in Vegas and don\'t want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Lake Las Vegas. The property is gorgeous. The check in process was seamless. The unit itself was spectacular! The VIEW? The view was so beautiful and a delight to just look out at the scenery. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Decor was charming! We loved the autumn touches! Parking garage was never a problem finding a spot. The hosts were easy to communicate with and that was truly appreciated. We 100% want to return again and again!

Booked this 2 bedroom penthouse for a family vacation and it was exactly as described! Views are excellent, location is great, and the amenities are abundant! First thing, this place is a very clean and roomy space which was perfect for our family of four adults. Check in was easy and the host were fantastic and everything that we needed was available. The location was great for us as we spent time in several parks. There were coolers available in the penthouse which we packed each morning as we headed out. Returning in the evening was great and everything was so comfortable that we were well rested each morning ready for more. After a few days of exploring, we spent time just relaxing and being lazy in the penthouse which provided plenty of space and peace and quiet to recharge before heading home. Shopping and food options are plentiful and close along with the Vegas strip being a short drive away as well. The area is quiet and serene with a nice pool for relaxing in the heat of the day or in the evening after a day of fun! We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular! Kids loved the pool, the onsite grocery was nice, and their holiday coffee was perfect! Easy to get to and within 30 mins to downtown Vegas and the Hoover Damn.

This place is as described and it’s beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and offered numerous amenities such as pool, restaurants, grocery, water sports! It was perfect for getting away and avoiding the chaos of the strip yet it’s close enough to run over and enjoy the evening. The host was superb with information and communicating with our group. Highly recommend and will def visit again!

We have stayed for 5 nights in the penthouse. Loved everything!! Million dollars view! It’s so close to LV but very quiet and relaxing pool was empty everyday ( we enjoyed it ) good shopping about 8 min by car , basic grocery 3 min walking Apartment is very spacious, great 2 king size beds , full kitchen, washer/ dryer was wonderful to have in NV heat wave - you will find all cosmetic necessities in 2 bathrooms. Location is ideal if you want to visit LV or many state park to admire natural wonders. Jean is a very caring host would do anything to make guests happy and comfortable-don’t look anywhere else We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it ( we travel a lot with 2 kids / teens and became a little picky about vacation rentals) Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us !

We have stayed for 5 nights in the penthouse. Loved everything!! Million dollars view! It’s so close to LV but very quiet and relaxing pool was empty everyday ( we enjoyed it ) good shopping about 8 min by car , basic grocery 3 min walking Apartment is very spacious, great 2 king size beds , full kitchen, washer/ dryer was wonderful to have in NV heat wave - you will find all cosmetic necessities in 2 bathrooms. Location is ideal if you want to visit LV or many state park to admire natural wonders. Jean is a very caring host would do anything to make guests happy and comfortable-don’t look anywhere else We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it ( we travel a lot with 2 kids / teens and became a little picky about vacation rentals) Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us !

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Lake Las Vegas. The property is gorgeous. The check in process was seamless. The unit itself was spectacular! The VIEW? The view was so beautiful and a delight to just look out at the scenery. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Decor was charming! We loved the autumn touches! Parking garage was never a problem finding a spot. The hosts were easy to communicate with and that was truly appreciated. We 100% want to return again and again!

I highly recommend Casa Sudano for your Lake Las Vegas getaway! The location is perfect, with nice views of the lake and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Casa Sudano was very clean and welcoming. Jean was very communicative, and the check-in process was smooth. I cannot say enough great things about this property and especially communication with the owner, Jean. My son and I were in town for his lacrosse tournament at Heritage Park (just a ~10 minute drive from this location) and couldn't have been happier with our stay in this condo. Extra clean, super comfortable, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beautiful property throughout!! Special thanks to the owner Jean for the kind message about the lacrosse tournament and especially for making the property available well in advance of our arrival after a 12-hour drive from Denver!! We were in town for a youth lacrosse tournament. It was a great quiet place to stay. Very comfortable, decent food in the area, a nice pool, comfortable beds, good kitchen. We had some personal issues (not related to the rental) and the owners went out of their way to help us out. Next time I am back in the area I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Amazing hidden gem approximately 25 minutes from downtown Las Vegas. Beautiful views of the lake and mountain with in an Italian like community setting. We were impressed with how quiet and not overcrowded the area was as well. Joe and Jean do an excellent job with hosting and maintaining a beautiful condo. We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo, beautiful home and well cared for. Close to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam( highly recommend the tour) and just a short drive to the LV strip. Valley of Fire NP is a bit over an hours drive but totally worth it, absolutely beautiful scenery!

Booked this 2 bedroom penthouse for a family vacation and it was exactly as described! Views are excellent, location is great, and the amenities are abundant! First thing, this place is a very clean and roomy space which was perfect for our family of four adults. Check in was easy and the host were fantastic and everything that we needed was available. The location was great for us as we spent time in several parks. There were coolers available in the penthouse which we packed each morning as we headed out. Returning in the evening was great and everything was so comfortable that we were well rested each morning ready for more. After a few days of exploring, we spent time just relaxing and being lazy in the penthouse which provided plenty of space and peace and quiet to recharge before heading home. Shopping and food options are plentiful and close along with the Vegas strip being a short drive away as well. The area is quiet and serene with a nice pool for relaxing in the heat of the day or in the evening after a day of fun! We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular! Kids loved the pool, the onsite grocery was nice, and their holiday coffee was perfect! Easy to get to and within 30 mins to downtown Vegas and the Hoover Damn.

This place is as described and it’s beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and offered numerous amenities such as pool, restaurants, grocery, water sports! It was perfect for getting away and avoiding the chaos of the strip yet it’s close enough to run over and enjoy the evening. The host was superb with information and communicating with our group. Highly recommend and will def visit again!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic condo. My wife spent most of her time at the pool and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have a chance, you must stop in at A&M Pasta Lab just steps away in the Village and pick up some amazing pasta and tomato basil sauce.

This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I\'m in Vegas and don\'t want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.

Extremely clean, peaceful, well appointed and interesting. Gorgeous views of the lake and mountains also kept us entertained watching the rowers, scullers, paddle boarders,, and morning humming birds. Although we stayed only 3 nights , we never left the village area. We walked to the Sonresa Grill and Rossa Luna (really interesting and good), enjoyed live music by the Lake and jazz at the Speakeasy, and grabbed milk, eggs, bagels Peet’s ,etc. at the small but well run, decently priced market. Pools were big, clean and pleasant, The Italian village was all within easy walking, and was friendly with many families and even feeling of community. Condo bldg. well run with friendly staff. Host was extremely helpful. We go back and stay longer,

Property is beautiful, just as listed. Pools were great and right next to the Village to enjoy live music and shops. Highly recommend. Owners extremely helpful and quick communication.

We loved everything about Casa Sudano! This was one of our favorite vacation rentals. The view is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub as well as our morning walks. It is a beautiful area. The condo is very clean, spacious and well stocked. Twenty to thirty minutes to downtown depending on traffic. We even took an uber one night. The airport is about 20 minutes away. Joe and Jean are excellent hosts and very responsive. They’ve thought of everything. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a month long stay every winter.

Best place to stay!!!! I hope my daughter has another dance competition there again I will definitely book this place! So close to everything I didn't need a car or Uber eats!!!!

Don’t hesitate on this one. I have nothing bad to say and if anything, they are underselling th location. Great dining is within the complex and you have a variety of things to do that don’t include casinos.
