Enjoyed the house, pool table and slept like a rock

This a great house with pool and game room. Close to shopping, gaming, the dam and a short 30 minute ride to the strip. Fantastic communication and response from the owners.

Convenient location between the strip and Hoover Dam. We loved the pool and game room!

My family went to Vegas for a weekend away. We wanted to stay off the strip but still be close enough to go in for an evening. This house was perfect! We had a few kids with us that loved the game room, the pool, and the outdoor games! There were plenty of rooms and space for us to hang out! The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks. The host was great with communication. 5/5! We would absolutely stay again!

Our family came from all over to meet in Vegas for an early family Christmas. We loved having the property to ourselves and all the family friendly games and the pool. We had the pool heated since it was December and it was wonderfully warm. We loved the location and how easy it was to get back and forth to/from the strip, our hosts were very communicative and checked in on our stay and gave great reminders! We will stay there again the next time we take a group to Vegas.

Please just know that the pictures of this home are old. That's really the biggest thing. I wish I had taken more pictures to post. The carpet throughout the house is very stained and dirty looking. There are many things broken and stained at this point. We were disappointed that the lawn was not cut, the plastic adirondack chairs by the pool were broken, like actually missing bolts. Only one of the four felt safe to sit in. The other pool lounge chairs are very stained. The cornhole game was not usable either as all the beanbags were falling apart. The living room furniture is all cream colored and all very stained as well. One of the chairs had a broken leg and the bottom cushion zipper was broken, making this chair unusable as well. In an apparent oversight by housekeeping, there were no garbage bags for our stay and no kitchen towels at all. There were no bath mats or rugs. We were able to enjoy the pool table, but both the basketball game as well as the arcade game were broken. The home had enough bedrooms for our family and it was overall clean, just not well taken care of or maintained. I communicated my disappointment about these issues and Joyce responded very politely and seemed to take the feedback well. She offered to buy us some drinks or breakfast, but I would have appreciated at least a partial refund. I hope the issues are actually addressed. The price we paid was WAY too much for the quality that we got.

We had a great time and the kiddos loved the game room. Home was very clean and beautiful and bright. Host was very responsive with any and all issues and resolved fast. The only downside is no music allowed to be enjoyed while enjoying the beautiful weather and pool.

We were in town for our son’s graduation from PA school. This gave us a great home base and a fun place to eat and visit. We really enjoyed the variety of games available!

Location to things to do was good, it is right off the Main Street but we did not spend a lot of time in the house. Everything was good and inline with the pictures and description.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our short visit to Vegas. The owners were easy to work with, responded to questions timely, and their house was super neat and, more importantly, clean! We would definitely stay here again and recommended it to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is conveniently located just 30 minutes from major casinos. Although the house is slightly smaller than it appears in the pictures, it was spacious enough for two families. The pool was very clean and a lifesaver during the hot days. Overall, the house was clean, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. However, the floors and carpets were dirty, leaving our socks filthy, possibly due to previous guests wearing shoes inside. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide beach chairs and a large umbrella outside. Additionally, the kitchen could benefit from more cutlery and plates. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our family if 11. Everything was perfectly clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Joyce was quick to respond to my texts. A lovely experience to say the least. Exceeded my expectations.

From check in to check out, our whole stay was seamless and great communication from the owners.Checking in was super easy, being provided with all the information ahead of time was really great to familiarise ourselves with everything. The home was super spacious and had everything we needed and more for a family of 7.The home was super close to grocery stores and the highway making it super easy to get to Las Vegas and shopping outlets.During our stay we realised the kettle wouldnt boil and Joyce had a new kettle delivered the same day no questions asked, we honestly had a flawless stay! 10 out of 10 for everything.Thanks again from our big Australian family.

The house is close to everything. The kids enjoyed the game room and ourdoor games. The house is very cozy, after long ourdoor activities it always nice to come back and relax and make it feels home. The host was very help with the instructions was easy to follow and she responded very quickly. I will highly recommend it.

We rented this for family and ourselves over our wedding week and it was a great spacious home

The kitchen is large and the outdoor space was a great place to hangout because the living room space is very small for a house with that many bedrooms and bathrooms. Take note of the garage not being available if that’s important to you. It was an easy ride to Boulder City and Lake Mead area. Host was very attentive and checkout was simple.

The property was exactly as described. They thought of all the little details (including lots of qtips that were needed after all the swimming). The checkin/checkout process was easy to follow and nothing I wouldn't do before leaving anyone's house (some hosts have so many requirements when checking out). The property manager was in constant contact and responded quickly to each message. I highly recommend this property and this host. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning to head back early next year!

Some girlfriends got together to see the Eagles and also watch some basketball at a cigar bar. House was just right for us to get some much-needed downtime from the frenzy of the strip. It was also perfect to have a chill pool day. The process of check in and check out was very smooth and we did have one opportunity to call the property manager, and they were extremely responsive.
