The property is in a lovely location

Great location in a small village with restaurant/pub and walking distance of Chipping Norton. Plenty of parking and reasonable gardens which do need tidying. Lounge only had soft seating for 6 people but a large table for 13. Disappointed that there was only a domestic four hob cooker and oven and domestic size fridge. Surely a large American style fridge is needed and a six burner hob for 12 people. Saucepans were short of lids and roasting trays were poor. Downstairs toilets didn’t flush well and the drain below the kitchen window overflowed with waste water onto the patio. It’s a great house but it does have issues that need attention. There should be better provision for recycling. The dry waste recycling bin was full of general waste and looked like it hadn’t been collected for some while. We bagged our recycling and took it home. The adjoining annex was super.

Big and clean property. Perfect for a family trip.

Had a great time at Windrush, it was perfect for my large group of friends, especially the big front garden. Thank you so much!
