This was the first time I used Vrbo and was very pleased. The room and sitting garden was very quaint. Mary Ann was very thoughtful with lots of things such as stocking some breakfast items, juice, coffee and a bottle of wine. She was also very quick to respond with any questions/concerns prior to arriving as it was the week with all the massive flooding. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden and also looking out to see all her birds and squirrels being fed by her. Reminded us of home. I also enjoyed giving her cat Kenko chin scratches when she had him tied out front!

This is my third time staying at this beautiful spot tucked away like the Enchanted Garden. So quiet, beautifully landscaped and entertaining to watch the birds, squirrels, chipmunks. It’s beautifully appointed from the fireplace in the bedroom, heated floor and towel racks in the bathroom, etc. MaryAnn leaves a bottle of wine for her guests ; always a nice surprise. I look forward to my next stay I don’t think anything could compare.

I would have to say that our stay in the Garden Studio in downtown Burlington was probably our best VRBO experience ever. Mary Ann was so gracious and provided many special comforts for her guests that were far above our expectations. The studio is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The adjacent garden area is a delight; we were able to sit out there and enjoy our breakfast and start our day with such peace and serenity. I can definitely say that there was nothing lacking to make our stay there absolutely perfect. If we travel back to Burlington, we will try to make that our base of operation while visiting.

We loved everything about the Garden Studio! Mary Ann was a great host and her attention to detail in noticeable. A very nice stroll to all the downtown restaurants and activities. The property is a well maintained and peaceful setting with a nice courtyard. The unit was exceptionally clean and no clutter. We had everything we needed including some great coffee. We would love to return.

The bed is very comfortable, the kitchenette worked great for breakfast with a frig, microwave and coffee pot. The bathroom has heated floors and towel bars. The room was very clean. The garden has a nice seating area with birds enjoying the garden. It was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We made the trip to Burlington for a wedding. The location of the Garden Studio was perfect and the space was beautiful….inside and out!! We arrived and met Mary Ann our wonderful host who showed us to the studio located along a path filled with plants and flowers. The studio has everything you would need while away from home….from the iron and ironing board that we needed before the wedding to the kitchenette stocked with fresh coffee beans to grind and yummy granola and the fridge had milk, orange juice and a nice chilled bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! Such a treat! The bed was also very comfortable and loved waking to the birds squirrels and chipmunks outside in the garden oasis. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again soon…such a gem!

This is a simply beautiful studio attached to a lovely home with gorgeous plantings and a comfortable outdoor space to relax in. Impeccably outfitted with everything you need, quality finishes. We had a wonderful stay!! The place was beautifully maintained, spotless and had so many extra touches that made our stay very special. The bed is extremely comfortable and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom and fireplace. The location is perfect. Close to many fabulous restaurants and bars. This was a great getaway to relax and we can’t wait to visit again!! We highly recommend to any and all. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend. The place was extremely clean and neat with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our snowed in weekend. It was very close to Church St, which was great since we couldn’t drive anywhere due to the snow. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this property. It is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have yet to stay in while in Burlington. Lovely quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Very, very clean, well appointed, fireplace in the bedroom, heated towel racks and bathroom tile floor; not to mention a beautiful bottle of wine which greeted me upon arrival. The kitchen also included a fresh bottle of orange juice an a bottle of half and half. A lively little backyard space filled with flowers, birds, sweet spaces to sit, chat, or just enjoy the sound of birds. If you’re going to Burlington, this is the place to stay!

This VRBO was awesome! Super clean, spacious, and full of awesome amenities! My fiance & I loved the fireplace, the heated towel warmer & floor in the bathroom, and comfy king size bed! Mary Ann thought of everything to make us feel relaxed and at home, especially a well-stocked kitchenette. This is a simply beautiful studio attached to a lovely home with gorgeous plantings and a comfortable outdoor space to relax in. Impeccably outfitted with everything you need, quality finishes. Excellent location, central yet quiet, easy parking.

I think this is the fourth or fifth time I’ve stayed here. All I can say is that it’s perfect! I don’t think I ever want to stay anywhere else. It’s pristine, quiet, comfortable, great location. If you go there, you will be, delighted. Thanks again MaryAnn for a wonderful day.

My wife and I did a weekend getaway to Burlington and this place was perfect. Just as advertised- super clean and comfortable. Host was wonderful with suggestions on where to eat. Super close to everything! Highly recommend.

Nice place, clean and spacious for a studio. Nice neighborhood. About 15-20 minute walk to waterfrint or Church Street shopping. We'd stay again.

Lovely place in the center of downtown Burlington, near the University. Very quaint and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and lake. Would stay here again next time I am in Burlington. Mary Anne was very nice and responsive.

This cottage studio was a gem - maybe the best kept secret in Burlington! So close to UVM campus and within walking distance to downtown. Everything was well thought out, and the details (heated floor in bathroom, fireplace, light breakfast foods, etc.). We've already booked this for next year!

Amazing place to stay and within walking distance to downtown. Extremely comfortable accommodations from the bed, fireplace, wine in fridge, and coffee beans from her sons farm in costa rica. We loved it and will stay here again in the future!

Milk, OJ, wine in the fridge! The milk was the BEST surprise with morning coffee! LOVED the apartment and everything about it. So glad we chose this! I wish my home was like this.

This was the first time I used Vrbo and was very pleased. The room and sitting garden was very quaint. Mary Ann was very thoughtful with lots of things such as stocking some breakfast items, juice, coffee and a bottle of wine. She was also very quick to respond with any questions/concerns prior to arriving as it was the week with all the massive flooding. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden and also looking out to see all her birds and squirrels being fed by her. Reminded us of home. I also enjoyed giving her cat Kenko chin scratches when she had him tied out front!

For a return trip to Burlington, we chose a VRBO rather than a hotel, what a great decision! Our room was immaculate and well appointed - down to the heated bathroom floor. We were treated to milk, orange juice, granola in addition to a lovely bottle of Chardonnay upon arrival. In addition, there was a beautiful garden area which we unfortunately did not get to use due to the weather, but enjoyed seeing the many birds, chipmunks and squirrels there. Mary Ann is a gracious host and provided all the information we needed for our stay.

We loved everything about the Garden Studio! Mary Ann was a great host and her attention to detail in noticeable. A very nice stroll to all the downtown restaurants and activities. The property is a well maintained and peaceful setting with a nice courtyard. The unit was exceptionally clean and no clutter. We had everything we needed including some great coffee. We would love to return.

It is such a lovely room! Bathroom was very clean and nicely supplied with bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There were multiple options for parking. Sitting in the chairs outside the front door, I was thoroughly entertained by a blue jay, two grey squirrels and a chipmunk! The chairs and bed indoors were very comfortable. There was the delicate bubbling of an outdoor fountain in the courtyard. The refrigerator had milk, orange juice, maple syrup and wine! There were even floor and towel warmers in the bathroom. It was very elegant for a single room.

Great property...would definitely stay here again. Nice walking distance to downtown and lakeside spots. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Excellent communication from the owners. Beautiful courtyard to sit in to enjoy a coffee or adult beverage. Very quiet street. Didn't have any problems finding parking.
