My Bunco group rented the home for a long weekend. The weather wasn’t the best but we were all able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor area. Having 3 full bathrooms was awesome! The kitchen table and two living areas were very adequate to support 12 people. Owners are super responsive to questions and concerns. We had a wonderful stay!

Renting property very easy. Owners responded quickly with any questions. Pool was nice. Didn't know it was a salt water pool until we got there, very clean Family had a quiet, relaxing time. Lots of room to spread out. Beds, showers, TVs, all plenty to go around.

Our family of 6 joined another family of 6 and had a great stay. The house slept us all comfortably and we had everything we needed. After spending each day enjoying Guadalupe State Park, the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We enjoyed a campfire and stargazing in the peaceful setting. We highly recommend for families!

We had a wonderful family reunion. There were 14 of us ages, 9 to 95. My dad turned 95 this year and we wanted to do something special for him. The property was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The property was clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The outdoor patio with large table and grill was a plus! The salt water pool was everyone's favorite.Check-in was easy and Wi-Fi worked great.We had a couple of questions while we were there and our host Kristen and Jeff answered us quickly and were very nice. We would certainly stay here again!

Home is big enough for big families. Arrived at check-in to find cleaning crew still cleaning kitchen and had not begun to mop. Pool water was clean but bottom of pool wasn't. After debate with property manager pool service came out and replaced broken pool vacuum. Skylight in 2nd master leaked profusely with rain, unable to fix, manager offered no recourse. House is large and great for a lot of people. It was clean and the property is beautiful. The location is great to visit many hill country sites and towns. vacuum

Overall, this was a great stay and excellent property for our girls retreat! Communication with the host was very good. Due to messy/bad guests who stayed before us, our check-in was delayed. However, the hosts were honest, straightforward, updated us regularly throughout the day, and very accommodating. Because of the delay and inability to use the pool on that first night, the host allowed us to check out late and stay all day. We had few complaints: the pool cleaning vacuum was annoying to deal with and we wished we could have removed it during pool use. Also, the extender pieces for the table weren’t easy to find and were very dirty. Other than that, it was an awesome stay and we would definitely consider it again for future retreats!

6 ladies ranging from age 49 to 70. Everyone was able to find their own sleeping arrangement. The two gathering rooms were large and accommodating. Outdoors around the pool was awesome.

Beautiful quiet property! Loved the salt water pool & the split bedrooms were perfect for our group of four couples. Large den was great for movie night but most of our time was spent outdoors. Great patio area with grill & lots of seating. Close to Boerne which made quick grocery runs easy.

The location and the house was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the bunks and the playroom while the adults enjoyed the main living room. There was plenty of space to roam about in the yard and the pool was a perfect size for our group of 12. The pool was cold because the weather to a shift to colder overnight temps. However we were able to enjoy the patio. One morning we were lucky enough to see deer in the back yard. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of spices to choose from. Everything was very clean and I loved that the light switches were labeled showing which light it worked with. I would like to see the remotes labeled as well if possible. The host was very accommodating and when we had a question they were quick to respond. If you are looking for a great multi family space this is it.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. The back yard was a popular hangout. There was a book with all the information you need. Light switches were clearly marked, which we appreciated. The place was clean and welcoming. There were plenty of spaces to congregate and play games. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Our family of nine had a wonderful time at the 7 Acre Hill Country Estate. House and clean and had a wonderful lay-out. Plenty of room for all nine of us to sleep comfortably, but also big rooms where we could spend time together. The location was perfect for us to travel to San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. The pool and outdoor area were great. Would definitely stay here again.

We go to this area every year during the Fourth of July to float and get away from everything. This house is the best so far in the last 5 years. We had 12 total guests and 10 of us are adults. There is plenty space to roam around inside and outside the house. The kitchen is big enough for us to cook and have 5 others standing in there just talking. The 2 masters with their own bathrooms is perfect for our group. Outside we had the pool to jump in which was very nice. The water was a bit warm due to 100 plus temps outside but very refreshing and clean. We had visitors every night we were there between 6 and 9pm. It was mainly one deer but sometimes there were 3 or 4 others that came out when we were swimming. The house overall was pretty clean. We had a good line of communication with the host. Zero issues while we were there and we will most likely book this again pretty soon. Maybe when it gets a little cooler. You wont be disappointed in this house or with this host.

We were a group of 8 adults (age 39-68)and 6 children (age 8-14). There was plenty of space for everyone. I can honestly say that the pictures of the property do not do it justice. The kitchen/dining area is larger than pictures depict. The same thing goes for the bunk room. All of the kids slept comfortably. Having 2 master suites was fantastic and we appreciated having fans in these rooms! The pool and outdoor space were so nice. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around. We were able to spot deer on the property on several occasions. The location is great. One day we went to the Blue Hole in Wimberley then hit Dripping Springs for lunch at the Salt Lick. We had dinner on the Riverwalk one evening. Everything we wanted to do was an hour drive max. The only negative comment from the group was that the temperature couldn’t be kept lower than 75. I get the reasoning for it, but 75 in the middle of the day with so many people was stifling. I would suggest having more fans to help keep it cooler inside. Overall, this is definitely a place we would book again. It is a rare gem that easily accommodated our large family.

Nice home, comfortable, has everything you need for the first couple of days, but you might need to shop if you are staying longer. You will not be able to control the thermostat, but texting the owner to change the temperature is not that difficult. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold to swim.

The home was perfect for our group that traveled to TX for a family event. The way they had the rooms (sleeping arrangements) split on either side of the home to accommodate different groups of guests was wonderful. Great kitchen area for everyone to gather in and be able to eat meals together.

The house was very roomy. As it appeared to have additions going across, the bedrooms were spread out. The only suggested improvements would be replacing the old refrigerator with one with an ice maker. The sink is right next to it. The outher would be adding loovered doors or a barn door between the dining area and the room with the bunk beds. The young chrilden slept next to the main area.

We are a party of 10 college friends (73-75 yrs of age) who get together every year for reminiscing and catching up with each other. We really enjoy the Hill County since our college days were spent in San Antonio at Incarnate Word College. The Bergheim property was ideal being 1 story and various options for sleeping (2kings, 1 queen, 2 twins and 2 bunk beds). The back yard area was a great area to sit and visit. The common areas kitchen and living rooms were very comfortable. It was also large enough that we weren't on top of each other. I would definitely recommend the property.
We are a party of 10 college friends (73-75 yrs of age) who get together every year for reminiscing and catching up with each other. We really enjoy the Hill County since our college days were spent in San Antonio at Incarnate Word College. The Bergheim property was ideal being 1 story and various options for sleeping (2kings, 1 queen, 2 twins and 2 bunk beds). The back yard area was a great area to sit and visit. The common areas kitchen and living rooms were very comfortable. It was also large enough that we weren't on top of each other. I would definitely recommend the property.

This was the perfect house for our 3 families to stay together for a wedding weekend. The house is close to Park 31, where the wedding took place, and the house had ample space for all 9 of us. It could have even fit more! The hosts were quick to respond to any question we had which was appreciated. We do feel families should be aware that there is not a door which separates the bunk room from the living room/kitchen. Since bunk rooms are usually occupied by kids, this could pose an issue with getting littles to go to bed before adults who might want to hang out in the living room as we did.

6 ladies ranging from age 49 to 70. Everyone was able to find their own sleeping arrangement. The two gathering rooms were large and accommodating. Outdoors around the pool was awesome.

My Bunco group rented the home for a long weekend. The weather wasn’t the best but we were all able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor area. Having 3 full bathrooms was awesome! The kitchen table and two living areas were very adequate to support 12 people. Owners are super responsive to questions and concerns. We had a wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful place to stay at! The property manager was so nice even left us a little gift when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the pool and so did the adults, and so many towns were close to the area so if we wanted to go out or needed something from the store it wasn’t a far drive. Over all we loved it and hopefully we can stay again soon!

The owners of the home were very accomodating to our needs from the beginning to the end! The location was close enough to stores where you go go grab what you need and come back quick so you wouldn't miss out on anything going on while you are away! The main focal point for us was the fire pit. Recommend bringing out extra chairs if you have more than 6 people that will be by the fire. We stayed with 12 people from my grandmother to my teenage nephew and niece. Everyone had their space to retire to at the end of each night. We stayed from Friday to Sunday. My family was already talking about coming back out to this exact location during warmer times to enjoy the pool! Cannot say enough good things about this place and the home owners that assisted us. We WILL be staying here again in the future!

The house, host, and the property were all amazing. I can't speak highly enough for the service. We noticed the coffee pot had a crack in it upon arrival. We weren't worried about it but I let them know. They were there before our morning coffee with a new one ready to go.

My family wanted to get a way for a little vacation to celebrate my cousins graduation to Texas Tech. The host was amazing in communicating and the home was beautiful. We had kids, teenager and adults on thai trip and the space worked for us all. Great layout and the pool was a great way to cool off the whole stay! The home was clean and spacious. It was a great place to stay and the whole family loved it!

We had a wonderful family reunion. There were 14 of us ages, 9 to 95. My dad turned 95 this year and we wanted to do something special for him. The property was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The property was clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The outdoor patio with large table and grill was a plus! The salt water pool was everyone's favorite.Check-in was easy and Wi-Fi worked great.We had a couple of questions while we were there and our host Kristen and Jeff answered us quickly and were very nice. We would certainly stay here again!

Home is big enough for big families. Arrived at check-in to find cleaning crew still cleaning kitchen and had not begun to mop. Pool water was clean but bottom of pool wasn't. After debate with property manager pool service came out and replaced broken pool vacuum. Skylight in 2nd master leaked profusely with rain, unable to fix, manager offered no recourse. House is large and great for a lot of people. It was clean and the property is beautiful. The location is great to visit many hill country sites and towns. vacuum

Overall, this was a great stay and excellent property for our girls retreat! Communication with the host was very good. Due to messy/bad guests who stayed before us, our check-in was delayed. However, the hosts were honest, straightforward, updated us regularly throughout the day, and very accommodating. Because of the delay and inability to use the pool on that first night, the host allowed us to check out late and stay all day. We had few complaints: the pool cleaning vacuum was annoying to deal with and we wished we could have removed it during pool use. Also, the extender pieces for the table weren’t easy to find and were very dirty. Other than that, it was an awesome stay and we would definitely consider it again for future retreats!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. It was only a short 15 minutes drive into Boerne, Texas. The property manager was most helpful and answered my questions promptly. After a fun day in Boerne, we relaxed in the pool in the beautiful back yard.

Went to Bergheim to see family - this house was a great find! Rooms were big and spacious. Pictures do not do this place justice! Great communication with the property manager too, frequent updates and they sent emails with local suggestions too. About 30 minutes from San Antonio. Can’t wait to go back!

Our family of nine had a wonderful time at the 7 Acre Hill Country Estate. House and clean and had a wonderful lay-out. Plenty of room for all nine of us to sleep comfortably, but also big rooms where we could spend time together. The location was perfect for us to travel to San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. The pool and outdoor area were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet property! Loved the salt water pool & the split bedrooms were perfect for our group of four couples. Large den was great for movie night but most of our time was spent outdoors. Great patio area with grill & lots of seating. Close to Boerne which made quick grocery runs easy.

Perfect setting for our family to reunion with our 3 daughters and their families. Unfortunately, the weather was too cool for the pool, which was so nice. Had all the cooking utensils and pots and pans we needed. Thank you for supplying such a wonderful home. The location is perfect and central to so many attractions in the San Antonio area and then back to the secluded rental.

This was the second consecutive year my family has stayed at this property. We had more than enough room for our three grown children and their families. The pool was perfect! we were in the best location to do all the things we wanted to do around San Antonio while still having our privacy. Great hosts- super easy to communicate with, which is always a blessing when you are staying in someone else’s home. we will definitely be back next year!

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely and spacious. My family and I had plenty of room. The check in process was a breeze. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and a huge plus was the baby high chair on property. We did encounter some cleanliness issues throughout the house that were brought to the host’s attention. All in all, we would recommend and also hope to be a return guest!

Only improvements would be:Master bed was very hard and metal bed frame would squeak with every movement made it hard to get sleep.Exhaust fan and light in master bathroom went out.Few lights out in master bathroom.
