House hadn’t been opened for the season when we arrived. Dead wasps and dirt over the floor, dust on all the counters, sink not functioning. Only reason we got access to the property was that the doors were all unlocked. The code for the lockbox to get the house key didn’t work. I relayed this to the lister and then the owner. All they said was it should work. No other key or solution was provided. Two days later someone (I believe the owner) came and “fixed” the sink (it was still broken but working at least). They waived the cleaning fee but no consideration of my labor doing the job for them or the massive inconvenience of a non functioning sink during Easter. House was nice although I don’t think the builder measured a single doorway before buying doors as almost none of them meet or close properly.

Great spot, beautiful home, exceeded our expectations. Two couples stayed the weekend for a wedding in town. Beds were very comfortable!! We would definitely return.

House is just as it appears, gorgeous and beautiful inside & out. House was immaculate and ready for us upon arrival. 6 adults went up for some fall riding in NH and had a blast staying here. Kitchen is stocked all you need is your food & coffee. Plenty of plates, silverware pans bowls utensils tp washer dryer etc....we got wood for fires at night and it was amazing. Check in & out was simple and Mike was a pleasure to talk to the day before we left. No problems what so ever in renting this home, is in a great spot and worked perfectly for us. Gave friends the rental info as most were blown away at where we stayed on vacation, 5 out of 5 stars for sure!
