Tasteful Country Home on 5 Acres ~ 3 Mi to Lake!

This is a lovely house and a lovely space and a beautiful part of the country. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and cozy!

Two generations of us stayed at the house while our grandsons stayed at Camp Spofford. The location was so convenient for us to attend activities at the camp with only a 10 minute drive. The house was plenty spacious for the four of us. It would easily accommodate six. There is only one bathroom, but that presented no problem for us. The house is clean, quiet, and the beds were comfy. we would stay here again.

Easily walkable to the very lovely village of Westmoreland, but secluded and with a beautiful view, really quiet and user-friendly. Attentive property owners checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, which was kind and made us feel at home. A terrific porch that's warm in the sunshine even in winter, with great views of birds, sky and stars.

A spacious, comfortable, and quiet home perfect for our weekend getaway. The owners were kind and thoughtful--even left us a welcome gift!--and responsive to our needs. The house is well-appointed and well-maintained, including a piano, and handicapped-accessible shower. Great location nearby the lake, wineries, and scenic hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully next time for a longer stay!
