Everything about the house was exactly as expected. There were plenty of things at the house to keep the kids entertained...kayaks, canoe, corn hole etc. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with cooking utensils, pans, dishes, and everything was spotlessly clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. Communication with the owner was spectacular. He was responsive and provided me with a lot of information that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this house for your next family vacation.

Sam was an excellent host! We loved the space and it fit us all so well. Would highly recommend staying here with your friends or family. The house had everything we were looking for!

Beautiful screened porch and deck facing a private cove. Water level was lower than normal, but we all enjoyed the canoe and kayaks from the dock. Dramatic interior with adult space, and excellent kid space downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, trestle table easily accommodated our 8. Lovely, peaceful home. We’d love to visit again!We drove from NY on a Sunday, stayed until Saturday, which worked well with vacation traffic heading to and from NH and Maine.*** Just an additional note, as much as we would have liked to recycle, it would require separating and taking trash to a transfer station. All trash goes into the small dumpster near the road, which was convenient.
