The house was very comfortable. Lots of space for our family weekend. We enjoyed the game room, jacuzzi and lounging in the living room. The chair lift on the stairs was a bonus. We were able to bring my elderly mother and not worry how we would get her up and down the stairs. Lots of reviews say the house is “outdated” but we found it cozy and inviting. The large dining room table offered plenty of room for family game night as well. Hosts were very nice and made sure we had all the contact info for a local person in case we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy but also felt like home. We were able to relax and grill out after a fun day at the track. Ubers from this location were easy to get. It was easy to safely get around to where we were going. We had a small issue with the hot tub that the owners promptly got on. We appreciated the stay and would stay here again

Easy check in process, the host was very responsive. House was clean and nice, it’s very vintage. The only thing I would say is the hot tube wouldn’t get hot but other than that it was a pleasant stay and in a great neighborhood.

My opinion as well as my guest we had a great time because we were together. The house was very old, wall paper peeling, the lift didn’t work, there was no shower or bathtub downstairs. Me and the guest aren’t petite so to speak so the top bunk was not used because no one could get up there that was made for a very small child. The lift was the reason for this property only to find it inoperable. So that guest with bad knees totally suffering climbing stairs. The hot tub very outdated and overwhelmed with bleach so we didn’t utilize it after one guest jumped out of it. The TV in the living room area was travel size. I will in the future go inspect before spending money. This is my experience go for yourself yours maybe different. I understand the historical momentum inside the house that was ok but other than that really no great impression on us.

The house was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had all the dishes, pots , pans and utensils needed to prepare a great meal. The outside fire pit was very nice because it was a little cool out. Hot tub very nice. We all really enjoyed our stay.

There were ants crawling on the kitchen sink. The plush carpet is old dirty warped, and needs replaced. The hot tub was warm and had mold inside the tub. House was stale and musty, air had not been turned on so the house did not seem to be rent ready. The showers were hot and perfect.

We had a great trip....the family loved the house....only thing is that the inside of property is a bit out dated an sum decoration weird...there is diffently no dock with water like on pictures not sure what thats about...but over all not bad for price an big families...close to downtown...

8 family memebers get together in Hot Springs every year. We have for over 40 years . We experienced good and bad rentals. This house was one of the best. Great location. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Easy check in process, the host was very responsive. House was clean and nice, it’s very vintage. The only thing I would say is the hot tube wouldn’t get hot but other than that it was a pleasant stay and in a great neighborhood.

Spacious and comfortable! Host really cares and goes all out to ensure a positive experience. I know some reviewers have commented that the property is dated—if your ideal place looks like a hotel room, this is not it. But if you’re looking for a quiet, charming vibe (like staying at your aunt’s house), you’ll feel right at home. (Or better—honestly, the living room furniture is more comfortable than my house, lol). It is also super convenient to anything you want to do in Hot Springs without being in the middle of the downtown chaos. We loved the game room and hot tub. If you’ve got teens/young adults, this house will keep them busy and off their phones and engaging. We loved it!

Great place for our little getaway….very spacious with all of the room available! Perfect location for what we wanted to do. We would definitely book again in the future :)

Had a great time with our 12yr and 14yr old. Enjoyed the games, hot tub, s’mores with the fire pit. Nice neighborhood and close enough to national park.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy but also felt like home. We were able to relax and grill out after a fun day at the track. Ubers from this location were easy to get. It was easy to safely get around to where we were going. We had a small issue with the hot tub that the owners promptly got on. We appreciated the stay and would stay here again

The house was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had all the dishes, pots , pans and utensils needed to prepare a great meal. The outside fire pit was very nice because it was a little cool out. Hot tub very nice. We all really enjoyed our stay.

This house is very well kept up and full of surprises as we looked around. We came up unexpectedly needing a stapler and, sure enough, there was one available. The location was excellent for our needs to go back and forth to the Convention Center. The assortment of kitchen supplies was awesome and all 7 of us slept really good in the very comfortable beds.
