New Waterfront Home - Amazing Views of Lake James and NC Mountains

The views of the lake were beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the deck and taking advantage of the waterfront access, the steps are a challenge for older folks or people with physical disabilities. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely consider coming back. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, answering any questions quickly and making the whole process smooth.The view was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the trip—we really enjoyed spending time just taking it all in.The only downside was that some basic amenities weren’t provided. Things like coffee, shampoo, and other toiletries would have been a nice touch and are something many travelers may expect, especially for a week-long stay.That said, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a great place to stay with just a small opportunity for improvement.

Honestly the best experience with Vrbo rentals! It was gorgeous and clean. We all felt very safe and comfortable. The host communicated with us as fast as possible. I will definitely come back in the future.

The House is as described online. It’s in a beautiful gated and growing lake community. Pros: open living area, great Mountain View, all appliances working. Cons: needs to be equipped more with towels (2 bath towels in ea bathroom, advised to bring extra towels if needed)

The location is unbeatable—right on the lake with breathtaking mountain and water views.The home itself was upscale, exceptionally clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. From the kitchen essentials to the comfortable furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The outdoor space was just as impressive, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.Our host, Andrew, was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect Lake James getaway! We can’t wait to come back.
