The hotel was good and nice enviroment , in the reception it was top class service but in the resturant it was not so good . I and my mother was eating dinner at the resturant and we think for the price of the buffe its not worth the price i must say .

Truly amazing. The process of saving almost extinct species (snow leopard, Przewalski horses, amphibians, cranes and woodpeckers and many more) is so necessary and done so well here. The habitat is carved into a beautiful mountainside so animals are content and thriving. The hotel had very fine young chefs creating delicious food every day and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. We even spent one superb night in a cabin in the forest! A never to be forgotten time for us.

Vi gillade den hjälpsamma personalen. Vi tycker dock att det var lite klent utbud i restaurangen. Café vagnen var inte tillräcklig. Tv:n på rummet hade bara 2 kanaler trots att det skulle finnas många fler. Parken kändes lite sliten… Saknade en skylt vid parkeringen så man såg att B&B var på samma ställe. Att vi inte var i högsäsong kände man…så antar att det är bättre då.
