The Dunes: NEW GAME ROOM, Heated Pool + Spa, BBQ

The location was close to restaurants, grocery and i10. The layout was great open concept. New appliances and well stocked house. The pool and hot tub were nice and the outdoor seating and TV were great. Nice gas fire pit for the chilly evenings. The only worth mentioning negative for us was how hard the kitchen chairs were (metal), and how soft and very low the couch was. For anyone older (50), the couch was very difficult to get out of. One of us thought it was super comfortable and 3 of us didn't even want to sit in it.

Our group of girls had the best weekend celebrating our friends bachelorette party! The home is spacious and we were able to decorate everything exactly how we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen items and the large island and large table were perfect for setting up food and drink bars and shared eating spaces. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable with large beds and the couch and roll away beds were a perfect addition for extra guests! There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets so everyone was more than comfortable!! Then there was the outside pool area - AMAZING! The painted wall and special touches and details made lounging outside so cute and perfect! The pool, hot tub and fire pit were so relaxing and they even had a nice side yard with cornhole! The booking process was super simple and Josh even shared decor and transportation recommendations as well as offered to grocery shop and pre stock the kitchen. He was extremely responsive and super helpful! This communication continued into the checkin process and throughout our entire stay. I would 10/10 recommend staying here!
