Very nice, clean, new hotel. Price was below expectation. Breakfast was well organized. Room has that European feel with no closets but lots of hooks for hanging stuff up. Unique fresh brew coffee machines and sparking water dispensers available in the lobby.

Friendly and professional staff. Great hot breakfast with egg omelet and sausage sandwich. Wish there were waffles. Clean and modern room and lobby. Comfortable and good design! No pool, but it saves you some cost. Great value for north Austin / Round Rock area.

Clean quiet very basic hotel. That being said, we arrived at about 2 am for check in and there was no parking available except 1 space for diamond preferred guests. We circled the back side and decided we would take that spot because it looked a little sketchy parking across the street. When we checked out, the manager was talking to a police officer in the parking lot. His back window busted out. He as parked in the space directly behind us. I explain to him our cars cameras might have captured the incident and I’d be glad to take a look. He said no and explained he was parked across the street, exactly where we decided not to park. The area didn’t look ghetto, just a bit sketchy. Park in front if you can.

The property was clean, and comfortable, and rhe coffee in the libby was great. Our only concern was the overnight parking with a 24-hour Waffle House, and a convenience store right there, so there was a lot of foot traffic all night (it was the weekend, so weekedays mat be better.)

The hotel was very nice and clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient with a Waffle House in the same lot and a gas station next door that also sells breakfast. Great stay overall!

Hotel staff very friendly and hotel is very clean. Washer/dryer available which is great for traveling families/sports. Grab n go breakfast was much better than I anticipated and staff did a great job keeping it stalked every morning we were there. They also have a cool coffee machine that grinds and brews each cup along with a filtered water machine and hot water machine which is much better than those thermal carafe dispensers that provide watered down coffee. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. We were on 11 minute drive Kalahari resort. The complimentary breakfast is grab and go with cereal muffins fruit etc. we had a double queen room which was clean and also had a mini fridge. There is no coffee in the room but there is complimentary coffee tea and filtered water in the lobby 24/7.

So clean and the staff was above and beyond friendly. We encountered several different front desk staff and all were so friendly and personable. The cleaning staff were impeccable and did more than what we expected. Will definitely stay again!

We had a 15 hour travel day called for late check in. Staff was great. Room had overly strong smell of cheap men’s cologne, we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. Woke up in the morning to find dirty used hand towel in bathroom, and ok cleanliness nothing like the other IHG hotels we stayed at along the way on this trip. Had originally planned to extend our stay but this was about for us to move hotels.

I loved the clean, sleek look of the hotel. Everything was well cared for. My only negative comment was that the mattress was a little worn and there was a small amount of mold on the wall above the shower.

Clean, safe, quiet, and conveniently located hotel with comfortable beds. My only cons are that the breakfast was underwhelming (no eggs, pancakes, waffles), and the TVs do not offer streaming apps, although you can screen mirror from your cellphone. Would stay here again because it is the perfect halfway point between Austin and Georgetown!

Loved our stay.Accommodated a late requested room change to the first floor near the handicapped parking as one guest was in a wheelchair.Room was a good size, A/C very effective quiet.Shower- water strength was also strong without loss of hot water.Beds very comfortable.Blackout drapes a big plus.The odd thing was no closet but hanging area above small seat. area.Might be an issue for business travelers with suits etc.Also no microwave in the room but fridge . Room was quiet as well. .Lobby area 24 hour access to individually brewed coffee which was deicious and filtered water.Breakfast selections good,no waffle machine, fruit was fresh ,multiple juices ,yogurt,bagels,muffins. Staff were very helpful,pleasant.The young lady at check in actually brought the luggag e cart out to the handicapped area!! THANKS!! Conveniently located to Round Rock Amphitheater. Loved this new hotel and will definitely return

We only stayed for 1 night, but we genuinely enjoyed our visit. The room was very clean, and the modern design was a nice touch. The only downside was that the air conditioner made a humming noise throughout the night whenever it was on. The breakfast options were also great, though there weren’t many hot items available. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

Nice clean hotel. On my last night there a faulty smoke detector went off causing a fire alarm that evacuated us all at 1am, i had to be up at 330 and made for a rough night. I came down to check out at 3am and the hostess was the kindest person, went out of her way to be apologetic abd offer to reimburse for that night without me even asking. I wasnt mad anymore. Having staff like this is what makes peiple come back. She was excellent

We were in a family road trip, and reserve 2 rooms, one was handicap. When we arrive at the hotel they said that the handicap room was out of service and they don't have more handicap rooms. The receptionist was SUPER NICE, and help us thru the third party that we made the reservation, and after 1 hour in the phone, finally they accommodate us in an other hotel .

The staff is very friendly and quick to help with any questions you may have! Antwan i think his name is, assisted with finding stores i needed in the area, and the proximity a to gas station and shopping was fabulous!!! We really loved the all day hot coffee as well!🙌😁 Over all a great stay!!! We'll be back!!!

We loved the hotel's location near Dell Diamond and the easy access to the highway. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Meche, along with the other two ladies from the housekeeping staff on the 3rd floor, who were great. We also want to highlight the kindness of the gentleman at the front desk during check-out. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the quality of the mattress, which was similar to the one my wife has at home. We didn't miss our bedroom thanks to the quality of the mattress, and despite the noise from the altered muffler systems of some cars and trucks, it's something we're used to living near busy roads like those in Atlanta. Nice and beautiful view from the Window Room 302. 1k stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This appears to be a really new hotel in a developing area just off of I-35. We were going to an event in Austin, but wanted to stay north of the city to help with our drive back the next morning. I chose this hotel based on great reviews, and it did not disappoint. Everything is still clean and new. The lobby has a nice snack area and places to refill water and make coffee. The room was spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable. TV and WiFi both worked well. They are currently building a Waffle House right behind it, and there are convenience stores within walking distance. And then just down the street is an HEB with restaurants in the same shopping center. The front desk workers were all incredibly friendly and checking in a little early was not a problem. Great value for the price!

Clean quiet very basic hotel. That being said, we arrived at about 2 am for check in and there was no parking available except 1 space for diamond preferred guests. We circled the back side and decided we would take that spot because it looked a little sketchy parking across the street. When we checked out, the manager was talking to a police officer in the parking lot. His back window busted out. He as parked in the space directly behind us. I explain to him our cars cameras might have captured the incident and I’d be glad to take a look. He said no and explained he was parked across the street, exactly where we decided not to park. The area didn’t look ghetto, just a bit sketchy. Park in front if you can.

The property was clean, and comfortable, and rhe coffee in the libby was great. Our only concern was the overnight parking with a 24-hour Waffle House, and a convenience store right there, so there was a lot of foot traffic all night (it was the weekend, so weekedays mat be better.)

Clean, safe, quiet, and conveniently located hotel with comfortable beds. My only cons are that the breakfast was underwhelming (no eggs, pancakes, waffles), and the TVs do not offer streaming apps, although you can screen mirror from your cellphone. Would stay here again because it is the perfect halfway point between Austin and Georgetown!

The staff was great - courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice - nice tea selection and good coffee. We had to check out a little early and it was handled without a hitch. This is one of my favorite hotels

It was definitely clean me and my husband enjoyed that. We love the breakfast. It was excellent more than just bagels. Eggs and sausage wow potatoes wow of course your regular cereal, bananas that kind of thing but they went all out. Love it.

Overall experience was great Nice staff great breakfast and very clean. however most of the light bulbs were out and not working had to get a maintnence to put new light bulbs. Another downhill is this hotel did not have a pool.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was pretty good too the oatmeal bar was pretty cool. The beds were pretty comfortable. My only complaint was the mini fridge was really small and you wouldn't even know it was there unless you really searched for it. But the dove products in the bathroom were great. And the walk in shower was amazing!! After a day at typhoon texas it was the perfect resting spot. And it's right by a waffle house and a Dutch Bros lol.
