This spotless roomy apartment is effectively half a house set in the owners’ spectacular back garden , which we were lucky enough to see in Spring. Very private and quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a completely separate house at the back of the main residence but kept very private via some amazing gardens that anyone visiting with some interest in gardening will just love. The house itself is also beautifully presented.

Great location. Stunning garden. Paved area for outdoor play. The chickens were a “hit” with the grandchildren as was the dog. The layout worked well for 3 generations of family.

2 nights here and it was great. The gardens are amazing with a lovely place to sit outside. Listen to the chooks happily doing their thing. The owner was lovely and very welcoming and the cottage was very well appointed with everything we needed. You could walk to the centre of town so very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay, and can highly recommend it.

We stayed in this beautiful place for a night on our way to Melbourne, and we could easily have stayed a lot longer! The grounds are beautiful with your own personal garden area. The host was so lovely and was available to assit my girls in feeding the chickens in the morning and collecting their eggs. We arrived late at night and the host had lights on for us and the place nicely heated and cosy for us. We felt very spoiled. Highly recommend this stay. The place is lovely and many details have been considered.

We stayed the night with 3 kids - 9, 5, and 3, and were impressed by how impeccable the place was. Beautifully styled and very clean. The kids loved the chickens and visiting cat, I loved the washer and dryer that gave me the chance to do some laundry. Communication from Dianne was excellent.

My daughter and I could not believe our eyes. Walking into Dromore, was the highlight of our trip. What a perfect little apartment. In particular all the little extras, like the chocolates in the cookie jar, the coffee machine and the spring water in the kitchen. A huge thankyou to the host. She really gets it and is very generous. So many more things i could mention. The rooms were perfectly decorated and we loved the finishing touches and the beds were super cosy!We loved the garden, and the chooks and the cute fluffy cat that came to say hello.

Very comfortable apartment. Very spacious which we enjoyed being on a road trip with our two teenagers! Just enough space to spread out and relax. Very clean and cosy and very much appreciated the extra touches - fresh fruit and chocolates! Great communication and easy to find. This property delivered everything it promised. Great location, beautifully appointed, quiet and homey. Dianne welcomed and farewelled us, but left us alone in between. The property feels very private even though it is in the backyard of the main house. The only downside was only staying in Port Fairy for one night. It is such a quaint town and worth exploring.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Facility had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Some great notes, instructions, restaurant menus and travel guides in the room which were very helpful. A very cute little guest garden, wish we had more time to relax and enjoy it. Extremely happy that we found this little gem. We stayed on a trip down the GOR from Melbourne. We didn't have much time to explore the town but it really is a beautiful part of the world and we look forward to one day coming back to explore the area more. I do hope that this accommodation is available when we visit again. So glad we found you Dianne, thank you for being a wonderful host :)

The garden was one of the nicest I have ever seen. The house had so many lovely touches - beautiful fresh flowers in the rooms, information about the town, fruit, and everything you need. Happy chickens and a fluffy cat were bonuses. Overall, fantastic. Port Fairy is lovely too.

She really gets it and is very generous. So many more things i could mention. The rooms were perfectly decorated and we loved the finishing touches and the beds were super cosy!We loved the garden, and the chooks and the cute fluffy cat that came to say hello.

The apartment was very clean, warm, and cosy. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and coffee. There is also a friendly cat who is keen for pats. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and check-in was effortless. I highly recommend this property.

The house was beautifully kept and the owner was readily accomodating with our requests; including loaning a couple of random kitchen tools that we requested. We really enjoyed our stay.

Arrived by train & bus. Enjoyed my relaxed stay, slept upstairs, cooked fish, read my books, watched telly, walked a lot, close to the town & beach, found great coffee at Pelicans & Conlans Enjoyed the chooks & pets, found the owner very approachable & shared her love of gardening

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Facility had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Some great notes, instructions, restaurant menus and travel guides in the room which were very helpful. A very cute little guest garden, wish we had more time to relax and enjoy it. Extremely happy that we found this little gem. We stayed on a trip down the GOR from Melbourne. We didn't have much time to explore the town but it really is a beautiful part of the world and we look forward to one day coming back to explore the area more. I do hope that this accommodation is available when we visit again. So glad we found you Dianne, thank you for being a wonderful host :)

Beautiful accommodation and setting. Dianne was very responsive and check in was simple. The furnishings are lovely. Very comfy beds and couches. There are stairs to the bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Kitchen is great with everything one might need. We had a lovely stay and wish we could stay longer!

Dianne was lovely and the accommodation very clean and well presented. It was a slightly bewildering space due to design and not a great deal of natural light. Gardens were amazing!

This is the most incredible place to stay. Port Fairy is also a great place for day trips to the Great Ocean Road and surrounds. Dianne is an excellent Host and we very much enjoyed staying in her property, with everything you would want, and with the most beautiful gardens for a relaxing time. Superb quiet holiday accommodation, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Comfortable beds. Pretty garden and outside space. Good parking for vehicle with roof tent. Really sorry to only be staying one night.
