Stayed 9 nights

The host was very accommodating, truly a nice guy and was always available whenever we needed anything. A few things to know for future guests: you get one towel each, so if you’re staying longer, you’ll need to do laundry and bring or buy detergent. There are no dish towels, but the owner does provide paper towels. There are only a few cooking pans and bowls, but if you ask the host, I’m sure he’ll get you whatever you need. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms is a bit loud, so bringing earplugs helps (no big deal). Adding some shelves in that bedroom closet and a couple of nightstands would make the space even better. The internet worked great, and the location was good. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk through town to reach the beach—just head to the bakery at the end of the town, and the beach is right across from it. It’s a little tricky to find at first, but once you know the route, it’s easy.Overall, it’s a value-priced place, and the host really does his best to make your stay comfortable. Next time, I’d personally spend a bit more for a spot with an ocean view, but this stay was still a good experience.

Stayed 2 nights

We were excited to have our family join us in Rincón. Our plan was to get something that would be walking distance from the house to the beach. Especially, traveling with our 2 kids. Based on looking at the map, we found appeared to be exactly what we wanted, a house walking distance to the beach. Once it was close to checkin, we received the address and to our surprise the location was NOT where it was advertised on the map and it was NOT walking distance to the beach the address was a mile or so away from the beach. I felt mislead. I’m not sure if it’s VRBO’s fault or the home owner. The house was nice enough. However, we are a family of 6 and according to the description it would accommodate all of us. We didn’t have enough towels, plates or cups. For example - they advertised beach towels and there was 1 and 4 white bath towels. So 5 total towels for the entire house. No hand towels, no wash cloths. 5 total spoons and a 5 cup coffee maker. When we asked for extra towels, we received 3 extra towels. We had to go out and purchase beach towels. This was our first negative experience with VRBO.

Stayed 3 nights

From walking in to a very very clean home, to AC in every bedroom, to a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, everything was FABULOUS! I would choose to stay here again. Communication was prompt. We could have stayed there all week, three nights were all we had time for. WiFi booster made it so wifi was fast everywhere in the home.
