Lovely 2 bedroom Town Home - Close To It All!

The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of items. Hosts are very welcoming and always there if you need anything. They were very accommodating as well.

Nice place to stay that is very close to downtown for sporting events.

Exactly as described. Not the fanciest place, but it was a nice warm place to sleep on our trip. Neighborhood is a little of the rough side but did not feel unsafe just a bit run down. Location, location, location, walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium.Property management was great, so kind and thoughtful. They were available for any help or questions, but to be honest we didn’t need much as it was a seamless process. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Indy.

The location to Lucas Oil Stadium may be tempting, but I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere, unless you are a gtoup of guys just looking for a place to crash after drinking too much. There are holes in the walls, outlets cracked and hanging from walls, the water never hears up in the shower, just look elsewhere. The property manager seemed friendly enough, thats about it.
