My husband and I came with my mom for a family trip. This property is super convenient to everything and walkable to most of the strip. It’s also far enough away from the nightlife that it’s quiet. It’s clean and cozy and has all the amenities of a home. We will definitely be back in the future!

What a wonderful little cottage! Even in the off season (December), we loved our stay and the town. The property was very clean and welcoming. It's fully stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed watching movies in the cozy living room every evening. We especially loved that we could bring our dogs. We look forward to hopefully returning in the summer. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice off season visit for one night stay. Needed a dog friendly place to spend the night. This cottage fit the bill. Very pleased with the cottage. Pricey for one night stay, but worth it for us. Thank you to the host.

This cottage was one of our favorites, we travel with our dog. It was clean and had lots of amenities. Close to the strip and other local attractions. It rained a lot while we were there , plenty of space to sit and hangout. Nice to have a washer/dryer available. Also a small enclosed front porch where you could sit while it was raining.

this is a great cottage in a neighborhood where my granddaughter and i feel very safe. it is also close to the strip. bonus is that the cottage has a washer and dryer, not need to take Geneva sand home!!!

This cabin fit 5 adults comfortably for a night when we were set to go on a walleye fishing trip the next early morning. It was perfectly located so we could walk around the tourist strip of Geneva on the Lake the afternoon before. Very clean, affordable and the communication from the property owner made everything a breeze. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Great space, very clean, very well stocked, and nice little touches around the place. Anthony was a wonderful host and quickly responded to all my questions and kept us well informed about check in and check out. Close walk to the strip and nice and peaceful around the house. This was our 2nd stay at the Little Oasis. It was the perfect location for our return home to Ashtabula for our annual family reunion. The cottage was very cozy and clean. And the communication between the Property Manager was very professional and prompt.

The place was clean, well supplied. It was close to the wineries. We went downtown Geneva on the lake and had a great time. Check-in process was very easy. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes, this one rates right up in the top five.

We had a great stay. Anthony was easy to work with and the property was true to the listing. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a busy weekend. We were in town for a swim meet at the Spire. It was a quick and easy commute to the pool.

The cottage was super cute and well kept. It has 2 bedrooms one with a queen and the other 2 twin beds. It’s updated and stocked with all the things you would need. It is close to the strip but far enough away it’s not noisy. The host was responsive when I sent a message and very helpful. Would stay again!

What was supposed to be a girls winery and GOTL trip, turned into a weekend getaway for my husband and I, after my friends bailed. I thought about cancelling the booking, but I’m glad I didn’t because we had a great time.The place was clean, stocked with water and coffee and essentials. It was easy to find and check into. Walking to the strip was easy and the neighborhood was super cute and quiet! We loved that there was a little back yard area to sit out. Having the foyer would definitely make it a pet friendly property although we didn’t bring a pet.It was about 20 mins to all of the wineries and fishing spots that we enjoyed and we had fun walking to the strip. The bed was comfortable and it would be great for a small group getaway. Would consider coming back with my family too!
