Peaceful Wood Haven at Mill Ridge

All the amenities are in good condition. Cozy home, well decorated and appliances are of high quality. Enough board games and activities to keep everyone occupied.

Nice cabin that is close to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk.

So to start things off, to get here was stressful enough (which we know isnt your fault, we arent blaming you) but when we finally got here, we were surprised to find that the state of the house was terrible. Most of the beds weren’t made, with the sheets and pillows on the floor, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, and trash was everywhere. I am staying here with 4 children, one a 5 month old baby, and the house isn’t in hygienic condition to even stay at this house with the children. I have multiple pictures of everything to prove this. The sheets were on the floor, so i don\'t think thats considered "clean". Do not bring anybody here tomorrow since today we had (and still have to) clean up the house to be able to sleep here. We had to disinfect beds, bathrooms, even kitchens, because at this point, we feel that everything could be contaminated. As i said earlier, i have the photos, so i will be giving a complaint to Expedia and my bank about this incident.

The house was beautiful, exactly what we expected based on the pictures. We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot to hangout with friends and go to Sugar Mountain.
