HUGE 5BR, 4.5BA, 3 King Suites, Dog Friendly!

The location was perfect. We were a short walk to mountain dog coffee and a short drive to valle crucis and grandfather. The house accommodated our large family extremely well and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch sipping coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The property manager was great, answered quickly all our questions and always tried to make it right for us. we had a couple of situations like shower clogged and other stuff but didn't create major problems as the prop manager was always providing solutions.

We all had a great time. Love this area of North Carolina. Just had an issue with the cleaning crew. We arrived about 15 minutes before check in and the cleaning crew was still there. Since we were slightly early we drove around the area and came back at check in time. We waited for about 20 minutes for them to leave and finally went into the house. We were told that they still needed to finish vacuuming and to scrub the floors. We looked around told them to just finish vacuuming and not to scrub the floors as they didn't look bad. We wanted to get unloaded as a storm was on its way. Finally 50 minutes after check in time, they left. We found several counters were not wiped down in the kitchen and the refrigerator/freezer was not cleaned. Not the owners fault, but an inconvenience to us. The rest of the cabin was in excellent condition. Yes, I would recommend this cabin.

Perfect huge house with everything you could need. It was our last stop in a 33 day journey around the country and was a 9th VRBO rental we used during the trip. It was the best way to end our journey as it was the best rental we had by a large margin. We even extended our trip two extra nights and the owner was very responsive and helpful in the process. The beds were great and even though the four of us like different degrees of soft versus firm we were all happy. All the game tables were in perfect working condition as was everything in the house. If we are ever in the area again we would absolutely rent this house again. We all loved it.
