Great overall experience! Convenient access to Avellanas and Playa Negra. Accommodation safe and well maintained. Our unit was perfect for a family of four. Recommending to our friends that are heading to the area.

Host was very responsive, house was everything we needed. Good location, easy 5 minute drive to Playa Avellanas , 15 minute drive to Playa Negra and 30-40 minute drive to Tamarindo. We had a great stay. Enjoyed the Costa Rican wildlife right from the property. We were able to see both howler monkeys and macaws. Magnificent French coffee and bakery across the street.

We really liked our stay here. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Very large place, full kitchen, was super big for the two of us. Could definitely fit two couples or a family easily. Pool was nice too. Close to the beach and some great eating spots. Close to drive to excursions and Tamarindo.

We stayed for 9 nights and had a wonderful visit! Great location just a few minutes from the beach and even closer to several great restaurants. Highly recommend!
