Very great space to stay. We have stayed at Notch estate for 3 years and always love the area. Sad one of the pools was not able to be swam in, but over all great place

They don't cut corners - kitchen is fully stocked - even has baggies, saran wrap, and coffee bar has all the fixings. So close to SDC! Two pools both with gorgeous views. King bed was exceptionally soft. Stocked with board games and books. 2 full bathrooms - one shower, one tub. No dishwasher, but the sink is big and easy to use. Crock pot, pots and pans, dishware all adequate. Extra chairs if you have a large group. Booster seat for infant. Even extra umbrellas for emergencies. Lots of towels and washcloths. Fun remote control fireplace just for looks or heat. Washer / dryer unit was handy. Balcony overlooks woods and is nice for extra seating too. Walk out to your parking spot with no stairs is a nice perk. Curtains cover windows nicely to make for easy sleeping in for the kiddos. Plenty of extra plush blankets and extra pillows too. Great place! Highly reccommend!

It’s a nice small condo with a great view. There isn't a lot of “extras”. No dish washer and the washer is so small that it would only hold a couple items. We knew it was a small washer ahead of time, but didn’t expect it to be that small. Overall it was a good experience. We like staying in Branson West and have stayed at several different places at Notch Estates. It was nice to not have to go up and down stairs, you park right in front of your door.

We stayed 2 nights and it was the perfect, quaint little place to get away. The complex the condo is located in is very quiet and easily accessible. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice and clean condo for a few nights stay. Very limited cooking utensils not even a spatula. The pool next to the condo is not open but there is a pool just up the road. The floors are very squeaky and uneven. So the boards will catch your feet/ shoes.

We had the most amazing stay ever. Everything was great from arrival until checkout. My kids loved the view, hiking the trails, and feeding the birds. I loved sitting on the balcony and taking in nature. The beds were super comfortable and everything was exactly what we needed. Also really enjoyed the decor of the space. Did not have any noisy neighbors. Definitely will be going back and staying again!

Excellent property for a two night stay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. Main bathroom was small but adequate. Play area and pool for kids, we did not find the lake. Perfect place to stay if going to Silver Dollar City!

We always stay at Notch Acres when traveling to Branson. We always go to Silver Dollar City. It’s the most convenient area for traffic and family friendly. This particular condo has been the best one we’ve stayed at so far. Everything was spotless. Very very clean! The king bed mattress topper is so comfortable I messaged the host to find out where I could buy one for my home. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved the room. The only thing we didn’t like was the washer dryer combo. It took forever to do a load of wash. We could only do one day’s of clothes. There was some spiders we killed in the room. We really did love it though. We would stay again.

The property was clean and well-kept. Close to Silver Dollar City and set away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but close enough to enjoy all that Branson has to offer. I especially loved the Christ oriented items throughout the condo. I would describe recommend!

Loved the location. Is away from the all the crowds. Loved that it was close to Silver Dollar City. The place was clean and had everything that I needed to stay. Any issues I had was resolved in a timely manner. Will use again when I return.

This is a great location and clean flat! The only problem we had was not having enough hot water for showers. My daughter took a shower and about 2 hours later I went to take one and had about 4 minutes of hot water and then it went cold. That is my only complaint! It was lovely!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, super close to Silver Dollar City. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy. We are coming back in November and I'm already thinking about booking again.The Barringer Family

My parents and 3 kiddos stayed here with me over fall break and it was a great place to land at the end of the day. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms gave everyone their own space, and the condo was well stocked with the essentials.

We all loved our stay! The washer and dryer came in handy after an overnight leak with the baby in his pack and play we brought. Loved all the amenities provided. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay there again on our next trip. Also great view from the balcony. Thank you for making this a great place to stay!

We only stayed at this property for a weekend but it was great! The selection of games kept the kids entertained. The coffee bar was great for the adults. Very close to SDC! The owner sent an arrival email and also sent a text to verify I had received it. Luckily we had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

We stayed 2 nights and it was the perfect, quaint little place to get away. The complex the condo is located in is very quiet and easily accessible. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay again.

We booked this condo for a quick anniversary trip to Branson. The location was a very short drive to enjoy all the activities, but a very quiet location to lay your head down at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to come back again.

The property was clean and well-kept. Close to Silver Dollar City and set away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but close enough to enjoy all that Branson has to offer. I especially loved the Christ oriented items throughout the condo. I would describe recommend!

Loved the location. Is away from the all the crowds. Loved that it was close to Silver Dollar City. The place was clean and had everything that I needed to stay. Any issues I had was resolved in a timely manner. Will use again when I return.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, super close to Silver Dollar City. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy. We are coming back in November and I'm already thinking about booking again.The Barringer Family

The unit was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with essentials like coffee maker, toaster oven, K-cup machine, microwave, etc. The over-sized covered porch overlooking the Ozark Mountains was our favorite thing. The complex was well-kept and the swimming pool was fantastic for our two grand-daughters. The host was very responsive and check-in and check-out were easy. Overall I would highly recommend this property and the host was exceptional. A 10!!!

This was the perfect location and space for us and our 3 teenage grandsons. The condo is exactly as listed. The beds were very comfortable, the condo very clean and Jewel very responsive. The location was also perfect for us. The complex is only about a mile from Silver Dollar City and just a short drive into Branson. I highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
