Split level Beach Garden apartment with amazing sea views and private garden

A beautiful apartment on a stunning stretch of coast, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pevensey shops a very short walk away with pretty much every thing you need. The beach hut and garden are lovely, and great place to enjoy the sunset with a nice glass of wine! The apartment has everything you need and has a well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be comkng back soon!

Beach Garden apartment is all you could ask for good value family fun at the seaside. The location is literally 30 paces from the beach, and when combined with excellent sea views from the lounge/diner and upper bedroom it all adds up to a fun family holiday by the sea. The split level apartment is well appointed with excellent kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities. And there is plenty to do and places to see nearby in the locality for children and adults!

Lovely, well kept property, although we had not realised it was a first/second second floor maisonette. The stairs made things a bit difficult for my husband with physical problems but the younger family members were fine. The top floor suite was stunning and very special. It was much enjoyed by my daughter and her family although we all kept gatecrashing to sit on their balcony as the view was stunning. To have two balconies was pretty special. The positioning right by the beach along with the views and the garden summer house made the holiday really relaxing. Due to the heat it was perfect sitting in the summer house everyday and soaking up the sun with a gentle breeze - just what my husband and I needed while the others explored, swam in the sea and made the most of it. We would be happy to come again as the hosts were excellent.
