We really loved the location of this cabin - super close and easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy to find and get to. The space was great, perfect for our family. Loved the hot tub! We had a problem with the jets at one point and contacted them and within an hour had somebody coming later that day, but they ended up working again and didn't need it. But greatly appreciated the ease of contact and quick work to fix the issue! The reason for the 3 starts is simply cleanliness - the floors were quite disgusting. While they looked clean upon first inspection, after walking around the house barefoot unpacking we found our feet to be completely black with dirt. From that point on we only walked around in slippers/shoes. Rest of the house was okay on cleanliness, but not quite the standard we expected. So overall we still really enjoyed our stay, but would have been much more impressed with the place if some better attention was given to cleaning.

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable cabin that was well stocked and very nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well along with the pool table. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Smoky Nights. It’s a beautiful cabin perfect for families. We stayed with our two kids (14 & 11) as well as my in-laws. There is a king sized bed on the floor you walk in on where my in-laws stayed. Downstairs there is a king bedroom as well as a queen bedroom. We really enjoyed the gorgeous view from the balcony, the fire pit, the pool table, and the hot tub! The cabin was very clean. The cabin is a small distance up a steep road, but you don’t have to go very far. We made the mistake of “driving up further” to see what was higher up. The road is very narrow and windy. We were very glad we were staying more towards the bottom! Parking is limited. We were in just one vehicle so it wasn’t a problem, but we did have to park parallel to the front door as we have an oversized vehicle that would have hung into the road if we pulled straight in. You wouldn’t be able to fit multiple large vehicles. We would definitely stay there again. It was an easy drive into Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge- we visited all three during our stay. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Upstairs toilet did not flush properly. Pictures need to be updated on website. There is no swing on the balcony. No couch downstairs in the pool room. Also, the balcony on both levels did not seem very safe.

Should definitely add that the pool table is not a full size. Other than that this place was great. The view is awesome and cant really tell there's neighbors unless they are loud but we had no issues with that.

Smoky Nights is a really nice cabin in a great location. Close to pigeon forge and Dollywood, but still feels private. We loved the hot tub and also loved that it wasn't a long drive up a super steep, twisty mountain road to get to the cabin. Taking off one star because the ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work, and the dryer made a loud squeaky sound when in use. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the bear decor throughout the cabin. True Cabin experience! Clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. Step out on the back deck and enjoy the peace of the woods, while there are neighbors, we did not see them from the back or hear them at all. Truly serene. Only issue we had was the hot tub as not all of the jets worked. Owner tried to get someone out to fix them while we were there but they had to be ordered. Other than that, had a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in July and it was beautiful. The cabin was nice and clean, spacious but not too big. When we arrived, the owners were refilling the hot tub, which was used daily. The view is stunning. If you stay and are going out for the day, I would suggest doing any laundry while you're gone, as the dryer had some squeaks but worked great. We didn't see any bears, but there was a sweet mama bird and babys on the top deck. We'd definitely stay again.

We enjoyed spending time at the cabin during our trip. We had planned to mostly eat out but the cabin was so inviting we decided to eat all of our suppers there.. The hot tub was fantastic after days spent doing so much walking. And, of course, the beautiful wood of the interior only added to that mountain experience. This cabin was a perfect choice for us! I was also impressed with how promptly the hosts responded to communications!

Great location and nice cabin - but you need to get different cleaners. Bathrooms were filthy, floors and drains slimy, large black hair ball left in shower recess and screens had presumably never been cleaned. Slimy soap scum in soap holders yet no soap or body wash to be seen. Walking barefoot around the cabin made your feet dirty and sheets in downstairs king were not clean - presumed used by the way they were crunched up below the bedspread. We also could not find any extra blankets - which were needed given the upstairs was hot and downstairs was freezing. There is a recliner chair that needs to be replaced or repaired. Some one has tried to repair a separating arm with half a dozen staples which we did not notice until my young daughter cut her hand open when getting out of it. All in all a disappointing experience for a once in a lifetime stay for visiting international parents.

Cozy clean cabin close to Dollywood. Easy access to main attractions and main roads. Check-in & out very easy. Communication with Hosts was great before and during stay. We had one minor issue with a smoke alarm and a maintenance person was there to fix it the next morning.

To cook the upstairs to at least 70 you must be ok with the down stairs being 60 degrees or colder. So cold that when you shower down stairs the floor because very wet due the hot shower and freezing temp down stairs: But the only way to to run it, if not the upstairsgets very warm when trying to sleep. Also lots of hair left in master bathroom and beds are very old and sunk in in the middle

We loved this cozy cabin! It was very clean when we arrived. We loved the location as it was far enough out of town to feel secluded but also just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We also saw a bear on our second and last day!

Stayed here with our family for a getaway! Cabin was incredibly clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for 3 couples and the view was absolutely gorgeous off of the back deck. As previous guests mentioned, the downstairs is super cold while the upstairs room is pretty warm. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. Location was close to Dollywood and the parkway. Would stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very convenient to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was extremely clean, comfortable and accommodating. I was able to text with the property manager about questions I had prior to our trip. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved our stay at Smoky Nights! The cabin was very well-kept and clean. We enjoyed the views off of the back porch while drinking our coffee every morning. Great location, central to everything without having to drive too far up a mountain. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. Just minutes from Pigeon Forge but as secluded as you want it to be. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We saw a Mama Bear and her two cubs on the last night.

Noticed somethings, such as lampshade and couch are torn and showing wear, property had a lot of trash outside not sure whose property that is. Just looked rough We did have a four legged visitor, who seemed interested in the salt melt left next to shovel at cabin and a camping bag attached to our Jeep. Really loved the cabin very peaceful. Only suggestion I would make is to add tape of color of some sort of the tile landing step, which is the same color as the next landing. Just a thought! Lovely home!

The cabin was great! There were a few accommodations that would make it prefect. There were no mirrors anywhere but In bathroom. Also, it was cold during our stay, however, the top floor was very heated while the bottom floor was extremely cold. Either a separate unit or controls for bottom floor would make the stay more comfortable.

The cabin itself was great, it was everything it was advertised to be. The space was great for our group. Our one complaint would be the regulation of the thermostat for heat and A/C. it would go from roasting upstairs to freezing, and the downstairs was cold all the time. That being said, WE should have taken the time to call. The one issue we had with the tub being very slow to drain - communication & response time was great. The owners should address the door size to the utility area in the 1/2 bath downstairs, it is not very suitable for such a wonderful cabin.

Staff were super helpful- location was great. Wish kitchen had silverware for more than 4-5 people. Had to hand wash to get a meal prepared and served. Beds a little lumpy but hot tub was perfect- also wish lower level had a rocker or two! Chairs not fit for pondering

Our favorite part of the cabin was the view and the fire pit. The cabin has everything you need and it’s probably the nicest one we’ve been in. This is our third trip to the Smoky Mountains.

We selected this cabin because of the price and location. We got so much more/. The cabin was in great shape and had a terrific view, plus it was located super close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. My family played while I worked from the cabin- so the WiFi was fast enough to support my Teams calls and downloads. The company called us to help support, and we’re super helpful. Truly a 5 star stay.

The cabin was in great shape and had a terrific view, plus it was located super close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. My family played while I worked from the cabin- so the WiFi was fast enough to support my Teams calls and downloads. The company called us to help support, and we’re super helpful. Truly a 5 star stay.

We really loved the location of this cabin - super close and easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy to find and get to. The space was great, perfect for our family. Loved the hot tub! We had a problem with the jets at one point and contacted them and within an hour had somebody coming later that day, but they ended up working again and didn't need it. But greatly appreciated the ease of contact and quick work to fix the issue! The reason for the 3 starts is simply cleanliness - the floors were quite disgusting. While they looked clean upon first inspection, after walking around the house barefoot unpacking we found our feet to be completely black with dirt. From that point on we only walked around in slippers/shoes. Rest of the house was okay on cleanliness, but not quite the standard we expected. So overall we still really enjoyed our stay, but would have been much more impressed with the place if some better attention was given to cleaning.

Cozy clean cabin close to Dollywood. Easy access to main attractions and main roads. Check-in & out very easy. Communication with Hosts was great before and during stay. We had one minor issue with a smoke alarm and a maintenance person was there to fix it the next morning.

We had a fantastic time staying at Smoky Nights. This was our second time booking through Red Door Getaways and we were very pleased again. The cabin was very clean, very conveniently located and we will definitely stay there again when we come back to Pigeon Forge.

We stayed for 4 nights in July and it was beautiful. The cabin was nice and clean, spacious but not too big. When we arrived, the owners were refilling the hot tub, which was used daily. The view is stunning. If you stay and are going out for the day, I would suggest doing any laundry while you're gone, as the dryer had some squeaks but worked great. We didn't see any bears, but there was a sweet mama bird and babys on the top deck. We'd definitely stay again.

We enjoyed spending time at the cabin during our trip. We had planned to mostly eat out but the cabin was so inviting we decided to eat all of our suppers there.. The hot tub was fantastic after days spent doing so much walking. And, of course, the beautiful wood of the interior only added to that mountain experience. This cabin was a perfect choice for us! I was also impressed with how promptly the hosts responded to communications!

We loved this cozy cabin! It was very clean when we arrived. We loved the location as it was far enough out of town to feel secluded but also just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We also saw a bear on our second and last day!

Stayed here with our family for a getaway! Cabin was incredibly clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for 3 couples and the view was absolutely gorgeous off of the back deck. As previous guests mentioned, the downstairs is super cold while the upstairs room is pretty warm. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. Location was close to Dollywood and the parkway. Would stay here again!

Smoky Nights is a really nice cabin in a great location. Close to pigeon forge and Dollywood, but still feels private. We loved the hot tub and also loved that it wasn't a long drive up a super steep, twisty mountain road to get to the cabin. Taking off one star because the ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work, and the dryer made a loud squeaky sound when in use. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. Just minutes from Pigeon Forge but as secluded as you want it to be. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We saw a Mama Bear and her two cubs on the last night.

We loved the property! Very relaxing atmosphere, and had everything we needed. Close to the Pigeon Forge strip, and an easy drive to Gatlinburg. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The cabin was exactly as described and beautifully appointed. Everything was in working order and we had no issues. It was relaxing sitting in rockers on the main level covered deck enjoying the Mountain View. The lower level is considerably colder than the main level. Fortunately, heavy blankets were available. And It would be nice to have a couple of comfy chairs on lower deck and not just the barstools. We loved that the cabin felt secluded but was conveniently located close to pigeon forge attractions. Our dog loved his daily visit to Patriot Park.

The cabin was in a nice location; convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. The layout worked well for our group, the fire pit area was nice. A couple of amenities didn’t seem to be working like the bubble hockey and a couple of hot tub jets, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was clean, nothing damaged or broken. View off the porch is excellent, and the cabin is off the main roads but close enough you can get to most anything in Pigeon Forge in 5-10 minutes. Minor inconveniences such as no laundry pods for a week long stay when dishwasher detergent is provided and ill fitting sheets in the upper bedroom were annoying, but by no means took away from the rest of the cabin. Overall, this was a five star experience! Host was amazing and the check in / check out process was smooth!

Cabin was amazing!!! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. I love that it is pet friendly. I love that they had a Christmas tree up for our stay. I do recommend if you are staying over 3 days to add the garbage pickup. We didn't realize how much trash we accumulated. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely return to stay.
