The home was clean and had everything we needed! Brad was easy to get ahold of. Perfect for 6 adults!

The "Farmhouse" was very, very clean and comfortable. .The description was very accurate. With 2 lounging areas, we had plenty of room to sit & relax. The kitchen has lots of storage space and was stocked with the basics needed for meal preparations. The beds were comfy. The house was across the highway from the railroad tracks and we enjoyed counting the railroad cars and engines needed to pull the long line of railroad cars. The location was great for activities in Sioux City with eating places in close proximity. We encourage anyone, looking for a clean economical place, to check out the "Farmhouse." We would gladly rent it again.

The house was great, plenty of space and very close to our event. If you are bowling at the USBC Iowa state bowling tournament in Sioux City, i highly recommend thid property.
