Very unique quaint studio right in downtown Georgetown. It’s on the 3 floors so be in shape for stairs no elevator. We really enjoyed the location right in the heart of downtown. Only a few complaints floors very squeaky, so in the middle of the night i would wake my husband going to the bathroom & the street was loud at night sirens every nice it’s just down the street from the ambulance. We live in the middle of no where so we are use to quiet. Next stay I hope to get the 2nd floor apartment that is the back of the building so would be quiter. But those are my dislikes someone else might not mind that.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, especially getting to sit at the windows, looking down on Main Street, and watching the Christmas parade without having to be in the crowd. Several reviews commented on noise from the courthouse bell tower and traffic. Only once during my three-night stay was I awakened by anything. That happened to be emergency vehicles from the fire station around the corner. I went right back to sleep in the comfortable bed, though. Other reviewers have commented on the creaky floorboards. I found them to be reminiscent of my grandmother’s old farmhouse; not bothersome at all. I also couldn’t have asked for any warmer welcome from the property host. The very minor critique of the property is not anything the property owner can control, which is parking at the door. Arrive before 7:30 PM and you’ll have to park behind the building, which means a further distance to carry your belongings in and up to the third floor (stairs, no elevator). This wasn’t a big deal for me but could be for others. I will definitely consider staying at this location again.

We found our accommodation roomy and well appointed. We wanted an historic location to better appreciate Georgetown where our greatgrandmother grew to adulthood. We had great space to spread out and even the option for laundry, which we did not yet need. Restaurants were close by and parking plentiful, although we needed to move the car during the day due to regulations. We highly recommend unless climbing 2 long flights of stairs would be a problem.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was just perfect for our long anniversary weekend. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, easy parking and was very private as we were the only ones on the top floor. If you need to visit Georgetown this is the rental you want! We will definitely visit again!

Great loft apartment. It was furnished really nicely and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was great with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Just a heads up that its on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs.

The loft was lovely. We spent 4 nights there, and 3 of them were spent falling asleep on the super deep and comfy L-shaped sofa. Perfect amount of space for a couple.The neighborhood is filled with intriguing shops and bars and restaurants and everything a tourist could hope for, all within a 3-5 block walking distance. Never heard of Georgetown KY before (we were here for a Lexington concert), but it is quintessentially quaint and polite and effervescent. I have to point out the negatives tho. The cleaning crew was less-than-good from the prior renter, as there were dried up contact lenses left on the coffee table, as well as a dead cockroach inside the shower curtains. The shower curtain cockroach is one thing (let’s be honest, who searches and cleans between the shower curtain and the decorative shower liner in their own homes? Nobody.), but the dried lenses are another thing.Also, everyone should be aware that the town square is across the street, so starting at 6AM the bell tower chimes the hour. It is NOT super loud, but it is noticeable if you’re a lighter sleeper at 7AM.Having said all that, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. I would pack much less ( it’s a 3rd story walk up, and each flight of stairs is closer to 20 than 10), but that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s wonderful.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay in this beautiful Loft in downtown Georgetown. The Loft was very well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals (mainly dinners). There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the main open area, which we appreciated. There is a very nice Smart TV and WiFi, which worked great. Parking behind the building was very adequate and safe, as is the building. If you choose to stay here, you won’t be disappointed. There are plenty of cute shops, boutiques, and restaurants all within walking distance. Be aware that the Loft is on the 3rd floor of a 2-story walk up and if you have luggage to bring up to the Loft, it’s a bit of a challenge climbing the stairs. However, we viewed it as a daily workout! We really enjoyed the Loft and particularly the location as we spent a couple of days touring the beautiful horse farms, which were 20-30 minutes away. We will definitely be back. We loved Georgetown, KY!

Cute place! Very clean and had everything we needed! Bed was a little hard but both my husband and I have bad backs, so there’s that. We brought a noise machine to cut down on the noise from the street and it worked perfectly! Love the area! Fava’s was the best place to eat!

Great location in the middle of Main Street. The loft was cute and cozy, perfect size for our needs. The bakery on the first floor was great for morning coffee and breakfast. Will book again when in the area.

Never heard of Georgetown KY before (we were here for a Lexington concert), but it is quintessentially quaint and polite and effervescent. I have to point out the negatives tho. The cleaning crew was less-than-good from the prior renter, as there were dried up contact lenses left on the coffee table, as well as a dead cockroach inside the shower curtains. The shower curtain cockroach is one thing (let’s be honest, who searches and cleans between the shower curtain and the decorative shower liner in their own homes? Nobody.), but the dried lenses are another thing.Also, everyone should be aware that the town square is across the street, so starting at 6AM the bell tower chimes the hour. It is NOT super loud, but it is noticeable if you’re a lighter sleeper at 7AM.Having said all that, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. I would pack much less ( it’s a 3rd story walk up, and each flight of stairs is closer to 20 than 10), but that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s wonderful.
The loft was lovely. We spent 4 nights there, and 3 of them were spent falling asleep on the super deep and comfy L-shaped sofa. Perfect amount of space for a couple.The neighborhood is filled with intriguing shops and bars and restaurants and everything a tourist could hope for, all within a 3-5 block walking distance. This charming 3rd floor loft was more than we hoped for. We loved being secluded upstairs but also being able to observe the world in this quaint little town. Wonderful restaurants were within walking distance along with bakeries and candy stores. Yes, there were 2 flights of stairs, but even 3 months after knee replacement, it was worth it to get to that lovely respite. And did I mention that the bed was so comfortable with wonderful sheets? At 73 and 74, both my husband and I consider a comfortable bed to be one of our most important parts of our stay. You will not regret staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay in this beautiful Loft in downtown Georgetown. The Loft was very well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals (mainly dinners). There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the main open area, which we appreciated. There is a very nice Smart TV and WiFi, which worked great. Parking behind the building was very adequate and safe, as is the building. If you choose to stay here, you won’t be disappointed. There are plenty of cute shops, boutiques, and restaurants all within walking distance. Be aware that the Loft is on the 3rd floor of a 2-story walk up and if you have luggage to bring up to the Loft, it’s a bit of a challenge climbing the stairs. However, we viewed it as a daily workout! We really enjoyed the Loft and particularly the location as we spent a couple of days touring the beautiful horse farms, which were 20-30 minutes away. We will definitely be back. We loved Georgetown, KY!

We visited a few of the restaurants and bakeries that we were able to walk to. Great place would stay again. Only negative is the noise from sirens and cars from the street and you will hear the clock chime every hour from the courthouse, but a sound machine helps.Not very sound proof but that’s probably because it’s an older building.

Cute place! Very clean and had everything we needed! Bed was a little hard but both my husband and I have bad backs, so there’s that. We brought a noise machine to cut down on the noise from the street and it worked perfectly! Love the area! Fava’s was the best place to eat!

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, especially getting to sit at the windows, looking down on Main Street, and watching the Christmas parade without having to be in the crowd. Several reviews commented on noise from the courthouse bell tower and traffic. Only once during my three-night stay was I awakened by anything. That happened to be emergency vehicles from the fire station around the corner. I went right back to sleep in the comfortable bed, though. Other reviewers have commented on the creaky floorboards. I found them to be reminiscent of my grandmother’s old farmhouse; not bothersome at all. I also couldn’t have asked for any warmer welcome from the property host. The very minor critique of the property is not anything the property owner can control, which is parking at the door. Arrive before 7:30 PM and you’ll have to park behind the building, which means a further distance to carry your belongings in and up to the third floor (stairs, no elevator). This wasn’t a big deal for me but could be for others. I will definitely consider staying at this location again.

I felt like I was staying in a hallmark movie! The location, like the flat was charming. Everything was easy to figure out. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Roy let us stay an hour or so later than check out as I had gotten food poisoning and needed a place to rest.

My wife and I were able to get away for a few days to explore Georgetown, KY. This studio apartment was clean and just as advertised. When we exited out of the stairwell we were right in the middle of a beautiful, walkable downtown area. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and dessert places to choose from.

The listing described the apartment as “luxury” but the condition didn’t match that description. The rug was dirty with popcorn everywhere. The robot vacuum provided wasn’t able to handle it. Previous guests also complained about dirty rugs. The refrigerator was in rough shape inside and out. No extra linens or blankets were provided and the portable twin bed had no linens at all. Plenty of pillows but no pillow cases. The king bed was comfortable. Sheets were stained. The sofa needs a deep cleaning. Sofa pillows need to be cleaned or replaced. There was only one bedside table. The location is great but the apartment needs better cleaning and upkeep. The owner has a realty business in the same building- it would be nice if he stepped it up for his clientele. Enjoyed Milano’s Italian Restaurant, Rodney’s on Broadway, Local Feed and Fava’s. I have never left a negative review in VRBO before. I was very disappointed with the loft. It was not clean upon arrival. I had to message and received a number to contact the owner. He did answer when I called. He did send the cleaning person back the next day and let me know when they were done.It was extremely dusty and there was lots of hair on the rug. There was a stained, moldy, hand towel and no replacement given. I left a note asking for two more wash clothes because the owner told me they had plenty to leave. However, we only had two for our stay. No extras were left.The sheets were clean. The bed was comfortable.Parking was challenging but we made it work.The location in Georgetown was wonderful for all of our adventures while in Kentucky.
I have never left a negative review in VRBO before. I was very disappointed with the loft. It was not clean upon arrival. I had to message and received a number to contact the owner. He did answer when I called. He did send the cleaning person back the next day and let me know when they were done.It was extremely dusty and there was lots of hair on the rug. There was a stained, moldy, hand towel and no replacement given. I left a note asking for two more wash clothes because the owner told me they had plenty to leave. However, we only had two for our stay. No extras were left.The sheets were clean. The bed was comfortable.Parking was challenging but we made it work.The location in Georgetown was wonderful for all of our adventures while in Kentucky.
