Place was great but there were a couple hiccups. Went to use the grill which looked like it hasn't been used in awhile and there were no grilling utensils(went and bought some) so got started and gas ran out so had to cook inside and then found very limited kitchen items to cook with. We made it work but was a challenge. Also no blender for fun drinks. But will say all in all it was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely got 5 stars if not for the hiccups

My goal was to relax and spend time with my mom and kiddos which was easy to accomplish! We loved the house and used the pool a lot! I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub at least once a day. I have zero complaints and a ton of great memories! From mimosas at brunch to cooking up a tomahawk steak and watching my doggy have the time of her life with all the fun and attention we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much to VRBO and Son Wu!

Great property, a lot of space, patio area was not as clean as the inside of the house. Had to tidy it up a little bit to sit out there. But minor detail. Would stay there again for sure. Property owner was very nice

Beautiful and quiet subdivision located within 10 miles of tons of shopping centers and boutique restaurants. Neighbors were friendly. The pool was wonderful. The house was spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Grill with full propane tank. Lots of plates, drink ware and utensils. We cook when we travel so it was short of pots and pans for us but overall it was a great experience. Hostess was very accessible and quick to answer questions. We would definitely recommend checking out the property.

Home was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7. Kitchen was a great size, just lacking in a few items we needed for cooking etc. Pool was great. Convenient location in nice, quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

This property was in a good neighborhood and overall nice house. A few things to note and recommend the owner changing. The floors were extremely dirty and felt they have not been cleaned in some time! There were many dished we found in the cabinet that were not clean. The master bedroom was nice but the mattress was very firm. The other king bed needs to be replaced immediately. The mattress was like 4 inches thick on a low metal frame bed that was extremely uncomfortable! We would stay again but not until the bed was replaced. Thank You

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as promised, and the pictures are accurate. My grandchildren had a fantastic time enjoying the pool. The home was spacious and very clean, and it provided everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We had traveled from out of state to visit my husband's family, and the location made it easy to navigate to nearby locations. I highly recommend this property!

The house was clean and spacious . I love the kitchen layout and all the furniture was comfortable . The Pool was why we rented and it was absolutely refreshing to enjoy with my family. The owners were easy to text when I had questions.

This place was way better than I expected. The pictures don't do it justice. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, towels were super, LOTS of room and communication with the owner was excellent. We will be staying here again when we're back in the area.We didn't get to use the pool since the weather turned super cold however, the backyard was very, very nice.

I am looking to relocate to the area and chose this property to stay at while exploring the area/meeting with jobs etc. The neighborhood was very quiet, the home was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy after a long day of work. The only thing I would add is tv’s in all of the rooms. My kids argued over the living room tv all weekend. The host was very responsive.

Our stay had its ups and downs. The location was great, and the house itself had potential, but a few issues impacted our comfort and overall experience.The most significant problem was the air conditioning, which struggled to cool the entire house effectively, especially in the bedrooms. This made for some uncomfortable nights. We also found the kitchen to be poorly equipped. The knife drawer only had a paring knife, a bread knife, and a chef's knife. For cooking meals, we really missed having a more complete set.Additionally, we were only provided with one dishwasher pod for our entire stay, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi stopped working on our second night, which was frustrating. When we reached out to the host for assistance with these issues, we felt our concerns weren't fully addressed, and the response left us feeling a bit dismissed.With some attention to these details, this property could be a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house was nice and it was close to our family who lives in the Dallas area. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we came in for our grandson's graduation but it was nice. The property manager was very accommodating and even let us check in a few hours early which was nice since we all were traveling to get here.

The house is tucked away in a small neighborhood away from the big city but still close enough to just about everything.

We were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and near stores and shopping. Appliances are upgraded and it had the nice touches of soap in the bathroom/paper towels/laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again!

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It is centrally located, great neighborhood! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the pool! Owner responds quickly and is very accommodating. Would stay here again!

We all enjoyed our stay very much. It was a joy for our young children to wake up and immediately step outside into the pool. The house was conveniently located close to UNT, and we had no issues navigating to and from campus. For the experience, I felt like nothing was lacking - even the grocery store was close and easy to drive. The only thing we noticed that might be a problem for some is the mattress in the biggest bedroom is extremely firm. My husband's back and neck ached (the pool helped), but my back felt amazing as I am supposed to sleep on a firm mattress. If you are reading this and wondering how firm is extremely firm, we equated it to sleeping on a display mattress from a bedding store or even a box spring - there was no give in the springs. I ended up loving it; my husband did not. Just something to keep in mind. The other mattresses in the house were not this firm, and no one had any other concerns. We would stay again, firm mattress and all.

Everything was great..the host was awsome..we were in town for my granddaughters graduation..we really enjoyed the pool..the cousins (kids) had a blast..on a side note kitchen could use some kitchen towels..salt n pepperOther than that it was great!!!Thanks Song

The home was perfect, communication was easy. We were hoping to enjoy the pool more but the water was cold. I know it was the end of February, but the air temps were in the 70's. Maybe a solar cover? With 6 of us, we had a lot of trash. We had to keep the bags in the laundry room which thankfully was ok. Maybe a trash can outside? Otherwise, we really enjoyed the home.
