Having stayed in many VRBO rentals, this property is in my top 3. The place was immaculate and had every amenity you needed and more. The owners were very helpful, especially in accommodating our late night arrival. Communication with them was so easy and they even checked in on us midweek to ask if we needed anything. We stayed in West Seattle rather than midtown to be near family and this place was perfect. We were within walking distance to the junction and California St and discovered many new eateries and shops. Will definitely be staying there again and would highly recommend this property.

This newer property was just the ticket. The laundry upstairs is a plus. Having the supplies to go with the appliances is also great so that there is no question what the owner prefers. The location was also nice since we were visiting our toddler grandson. We were able to enjoy the nearby playground and had use of the baby toys and high chair for a couple of dinners.

My husband and I rented this location while visiting our son and could not have been more pleased. The location was clean, well cared for and communication with renter was exceptional. Bonus for small perks like salt/pepper, toiletries and cleaning products to have on hand. Great location to walk to town - we enjoyed our early AM coffee walks! Will definitely stay again!

My husband and our daughter along with her 20 month old had a wonderful stay! Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very accommodating for our granddaughter providing a pack and play, high chair and safety gate. Instructions were well laid out and the location is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay at this West Seattle home. The stand out of this home is the owners have furnished it well and they keep it clean to a very high lever. But in additional to that, we enjoyed that the owners keep on hand all the things that you need to enjoy your time without a run to the grocery store for items you will need but only use for the short time you are there. Actual good Soap, Shampoo, Coffees, paper towels, waters, laundry detergent etc etc, they have provide a home ready for your stay.

we enjoyed our extended weekend here. the unit was extremely clean, functional, and well equipped. the washer/dryer combo was new and efficient.the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable as there are shopping areas nearby. street parking was not a problem and we never used the reserved space in the back alley.we strolled alki beach and looked for the troll in lincoln park. of note - the sofa in the photos has been replaced with a small loveeast.

We have had a wonderful stay in the house. Everything was as expected or better. The hosts have been amazing! So helpful and fast to respond to our questions. Beds were comfy and the house was perfect for us to end our trip in a great way. Location is perfect. No noise and calm street. Great with a dedicated parking space. If we ever come back to Seattle we will try and stay here again. Thank you!

This is easily the most accommodating and cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed at. Absolute 5/5 here with an excellent location to boot. If I ever needed a spot to stay in West Seattle again, I would be looking here first without a doubt. Thank you for a great experience!

Spotless home, comfy bed, and great communication with owners who were dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Easy ten minute walk, for these Seniors, to California Ave, where you'll find every kind of restaurant and shop. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was large and seemed to include anything you would need. Our only complaint, which I directed to the owner, is that their couch is broken and needs replacing. Even with this issue, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to friends.

This is a spotlessly clean, very comfortable rental in a great location. It's on a quiet and peaceful street but an easy walk to everything in the Alaska Junction, including the farmer's market, and an easy drive to anywhere in Seattle. Communication with the hosts was great, and this rental had everything we needed, including in the kitchen, where it was easy to prepare our meals. Great stay!

We have stayed in this townhouse twice now while visiting our son. It is a lovely home and only three blocks from our son. The hosts are gracious and communicate very well. The house has been impeccably clean both times. We hope to stay here again in the future.

I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was so clean and so thoughtfully appointed for the guest. Even though we didn't use all that was provided, everything we needed to stay and live was provided. Cleanliness of the entire townhouse was immaculate and the space was very mindful of modern life requirements like numerous outlets, USB plugins, work area, and a smart TV. Communication with the property manager was not really needed but I asked a couple questions that had little to do with the rental and they were quick to reply with a courteous response. Rules for the house were easy to follow and caused no inconvenience in our stay. Would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and quiet two bedroom in West Seattle.

Loved the neighborhood and the ease to access downtown attractions. Place was as listed and very clean. We all enjoyed the privacy of two on suites, perfect for couples traveling together. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Easy Street Record Store and Cafe was a hit!

This was the perfect home for my stepdaughter and I during our Seattle vacation. While we spent our days out in the city, it was quiet and comfortable at night and in a safe neighborhood. We each had our own bedroom and attached bathroom, such a nice convenience for us. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Seattle!

My family and I stayed here for a few days while we were moving out of our house in West Seattle. Great, super walkable location. My kids loved the park across the street. Quiet dead end street with low traffic. Awesome place. Will definitely stay again if we come back to west seattle to visit friends.

Loved this cute place. My husband and I stayed there with one other couple and it was perfect. Each bedroom has its own full bath, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Even the towels were soft. Loved having the remote control hvac systems in our bedrooms. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a spa, and even to Alki beach. Took the water taxi across the bay to downtown Seattle one day which was super easy and very scenic. We were in town to visit friends who live in west Seattle. We will definitely be back and would love to rent this place again. Thank you!!

the property was just as described and very clean and comfortable. communication with the host was easy and they even gave us tips on local events happening. we loved the neighborhood and were easily able to walk to nearby farmers markets, coffee shops, ice cream, etc.

Spotless home, comfy bed, and great communication with owners who were dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Easy ten minute walk, for these Seniors, to California Ave, where you'll find every kind of restaurant and shop. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was large and seemed to include anything you would need. Our only complaint, which I directed to the owner, is that their couch is broken and needs replacing. Even with this issue, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful time of year to visit Seattle. Weather was great and the fall colors were gorgeous. This home in West Seattle is an ideal location. Easy (and beautiful) walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The home is very well maintained. The owners are quickly responsive to any questions. Home has a great neighborhood feel and we would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay at this rental and it was still perfect for all our needs. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. The location is perfect to get around anywhere in Seattle by car but we loved walking to California St to enjoy restaurants and shops. Thanks again for a great week!

We have stayed in this townhouse twice now while visiting our son. It is a lovely home and only three blocks from our son. The hosts are gracious and communicate very well. The house has been impeccably clean both times. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This home was a great stay for our family for a long weekend in Seattle. We have lots of friends in West Seattle and this home was a short walk or drive to all of the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed its proximity to lots of food and parks as well as the beach and it was easy to get to other parts of Seattle as well.

My family and I stayed here for a few days while we were moving out of our house in West Seattle. Great, super walkable location. My kids loved the park across the street. Quiet dead end street with low traffic. Awesome place. Will definitely stay again if we come back to west seattle to visit friends.

This is a spotlessly clean, very comfortable rental in a great location. It's on a quiet and peaceful street but an easy walk to everything in the Alaska Junction, including the farmer's market, and an easy drive to anywhere in Seattle. Communication with the hosts was great, and this rental had everything we needed, including in the kitchen, where it was easy to prepare our meals. Great stay!

Loved this cute place. My husband and I stayed there with one other couple and it was perfect. Each bedroom has its own full bath, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Even the towels were soft. Loved having the remote control hvac systems in our bedrooms. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a spa, and even to Alki beach. Took the water taxi across the bay to downtown Seattle one day which was super easy and very scenic. We were in town to visit friends who live in west Seattle. We will definitely be back and would love to rent this place again. Thank you!!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect - it’s on a quiet street, but just a few blocks away from a ton of coffee shops and restaurants. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. Great place to stay during a family vacation!

Having stayed in many VRBO rentals, this property is in my top 3. The place was immaculate and had every amenity you needed and more. The owners were very helpful, especially in accommodating our late night arrival. Communication with them was so easy and they even checked in on us midweek to ask if we needed anything. We stayed in West Seattle rather than midtown to be near family and this place was perfect. We were within walking distance to the junction and California St and discovered many new eateries and shops. Will definitely be staying there again and would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I rented this location while visiting our son and could not have been more pleased. The location was clean, well cared for and communication with renter was exceptional. Bonus for small perks like salt/pepper, toiletries and cleaning products to have on hand. Great location to walk to town - we enjoyed our early AM coffee walks! Will definitely stay again!

We had a good stay at this West Seattle home. The stand out of this home is the owners have furnished it well and they keep it clean to a very high lever. But in additional to that, we enjoyed that the owners keep on hand all the things that you need to enjoy your time without a run to the grocery store for items you will need but only use for the short time you are there. Actual good Soap, Shampoo, Coffees, paper towels, waters, laundry detergent etc etc, they have provide a home ready for your stay.

we enjoyed our extended weekend here. the unit was extremely clean, functional, and well equipped. the washer/dryer combo was new and efficient.the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable as there are shopping areas nearby. street parking was not a problem and we never used the reserved space in the back alley.we strolled alki beach and looked for the troll in lincoln park. of note - the sofa in the photos has been replaced with a small loveeast.

We have stayed here previously for a week but this time was for a month. As always, cleanliness and amenities are top notch. What really stands out are the responsiveness of the host ( arranged to have cleaners come mid stay) and the location of the property. It’s a safe, quiet area that is walkable to everything you need in West Seattle. It felt like home while we were there. We absolutely will be staying here when we return to Seattle and would highly recommend this property.
