As a woman staying alone with only my dogs I felt very safe here and I love that it’s off the busy streets so my car was safe as well. Just one less thing to worry about. Beautiful, very clean unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jeff was very nice and available if I needed him. He was great! Highly recommend staying here when in Seattle.

Comfortable space, quiet, clean with small refrigerator and electric hot water kettle among other amenities. Was visiting family in the neighborhood, so was quite convenient. Close to bus stop to downtown Seattle. Nice space, excellent visit!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was super clean and organized. We did have a little trouble finding it at first, but that could be because it was dark when we arrived and you have to go up a private drive to get there and finding it was just a little tricky. But after that we had no problem getting to and from the spot. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of beautiful vegetation surrounding the area. The space itself is a converted two car garage with polished concrete as the floor (which was a bit cold, I wish we had brought slippers as Jeff had suggested!). The garage doors are still there just as an FYI, you can kind of see them in the pictures but not completely. It doesn’t feel like you’re in a garage though at all (aside from the doors, but there are partitions covering them) as it’s completely renovated and has a really nice sea foamy green/teal color paint on the walls. The little kitchenette was perfect for our needs (we weren’t planning on doing any cooking, so a microwave, mini fridge, and electric kettle were just enough). The chairs in the living area were large and so comfy! I only wish they had arms on them or it was a couch instead as that would have made it even more relaxing. The space is also underneath their house so we heard some footsteps occasionally but it didn’t bother us much, but just to be aware of. Overall, a lovely place to stay for several days and would recommend.

The property and location was great. We loved the ease of getting on the new RapidRide to get to downtown Seattle. The mini kitchen area was great, thank you for the use of a toaster! Only comment we had was the early morning rumblings above us made it hard to sleep-in. Overall great place!

We loved our time in Seattle. This rental is a converted garage, which is pretty unique, but was a fun surprise. Pros: - Convenient location. Close to downtown, short walk to trains and bus lines. - Comfortable beds and pillows - Clean and well maintained - Plenty of space for two adults - Spacial heating with separate thermostats - Private drive in a quiet neighborhood. - Nice, comfortable shower and bathroom. - Host is responsible and accommodating. Cons: (only a couple and they are minor) - It is a bit of a fishbowl at night. There are privacy blinds that shut out a lot of light in the morning for those that want to sleep in, but when it is dark outside and light inside, they are a little see-through. - The kitchen isn’t really functional. It is much more like a hotel kitchen. Perfectly fine if you’re just there to sleep, but don’t plan on cooking at all. Overall we would give this 5 stars. The value was excellent and the location was awesome. Would rent this space again in the future.

Location is the big seller - you can walk to the bus and be downtown fast, OR drive 5min north to the harbor ferry which is a great option. West Seattle also has some great walks & eats too, don't miss out there. The rental unit is basic but, clean, reasonable, and properly appointed - everything it needed to be. Would stay again!

Nice remodel, very clean. Arriving after dark was confusing as dead end driveway serves 3 houses. The host family lives upstairs in main house.Location was close to our destination, many shops & restaurants nearby.

We were comfortable enough in this unit. All pictures of the property should include evidence that it is actually a street level two car garage that has been cleverly flipped into an short term rental. The garage doors are mostly windows. An attempt at privacy has been made by bamboo shades outside and a folding screen inside but neither covers adequately. It may be a security concern for some renters. There is a curtain provided to turn the bedroom/bathroom area into a room with a bit of privacy but the second bedroom curtains do not actually close over the space occupied by the bed. It is certainly not private should anyone want to look in. There is no coffee maker, only an electric kettle and instant. Dishes consisted of a children's set of small plates and mini bowls. The wet bar is actually the kitchen sink and the refrigerator a wine fridge so no ice can be stored.The bathroom is beautiful and very clean with a large step-in shower. The host was gracious but keep in mind that there was a lot of noise from their home which is directly above the unit. Our host also asked us if we could leave before our checkout as they had a tight turnaround on the day we were leaving.It is quite hidden and a bit of an issue for rideshare drivers so we met them at the intersection at the bottom if the long driveway.Heating in the unit was good. Air conditioning is a portable unit vented out a window.We didn't have any occasion to use it so can't comment on efficiency.

This place was clean, comfortable, we had a decent amount of privacy, and it was really close to everything we needed. Parking for our rental car was easy too. I loved little touches like the fridge filled with drinks and cookies on arrival, the games and puzzles, the dishes and glasses, dishwashing soap, the drying pad next to the sink, the kettle, and the hooks to hang our coats. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were plush. The shower had good heat and pressure. It was warm and cozy during a cold snap. Anything we asked for or needed, Jeff was on it for us. (We were even able to extend our stay). We were fairly high maintenance, with our preschooler, but I really do recommend this place especially if you have kids. They even shared their kid's toys with my daughter. It was really pretty too on the inside. The lighting was great too. It was easy to tuck in my daughter and still have lamps on to spend time with my husband. I felt safe, it was well lit, and tucked away, it had power outlets in all the right places and with the curtains, and the wall and bathroom divider we even had plenty of separation from our daughter's bed on the other side, so it felt more like a two bedroom. I can't say enough about this place and the hospitality we received. We would totally go back again if they'd have us. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Very clean, cute little place! Very happy with our stay here and we will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area! Just aa an FYI- Although there are two queen beds, it would probably be best for a couple with/without small children. Just be aware that if two couples come, they will be sharing a bathroom that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to.

A surprising little space. Pictures don’t do it justice. Easy to get into town but staying on the SW side affords you peace, quiet and incredible views. Was a wonderful spot to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the city. The beds were super comfy too! I’d recommend easily.

The place was very clean and the perfect size for two friends travelling together. Very easy to get to the bus stop, and it was a quick ride to get downtown and to Pike place market. Footsteps can get pretty loud from the upstairs unit, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and want to sleep in. Jeff was a great host, and responded to anything we needed extremely fast. We had a great time and would stay here again!

We loved our time in Seattle. This rental is a converted garage, which is pretty unique, but was a fun surprise. Pros: - Convenient location. Close to downtown, short walk to trains and bus lines. - Comfortable beds and pillows - Clean and well maintained - Plenty of space for two adults - Spacial heating with separate thermostats - Private drive in a quiet neighborhood. - Nice, comfortable shower and bathroom. - Host is responsible and accommodating. Cons: (only a couple and they are minor) - It is a bit of a fishbowl at night. There are privacy blinds that shut out a lot of light in the morning for those that want to sleep in, but when it is dark outside and light inside, they are a little see-through. - The kitchen isn’t really functional. It is much more like a hotel kitchen. Perfectly fine if you’re just there to sleep, but don’t plan on cooking at all. Overall we would give this 5 stars. The value was excellent and the location was awesome. Would rent this space again in the future.

We were comfortable enough in this unit. All pictures of the property should include evidence that it is actually a street level two car garage that has been cleverly flipped into an short term rental. The garage doors are mostly windows. An attempt at privacy has been made by bamboo shades outside and a folding screen inside but neither covers adequately. It may be a security concern for some renters. There is a curtain provided to turn the bedroom/bathroom area into a room with a bit of privacy but the second bedroom curtains do not actually close over the space occupied by the bed. It is certainly not private should anyone want to look in. There is no coffee maker, only an electric kettle and instant. Dishes consisted of a children's set of small plates and mini bowls. The wet bar is actually the kitchen sink and the refrigerator a wine fridge so no ice can be stored.The bathroom is beautiful and very clean with a large step-in shower. The host was gracious but keep in mind that there was a lot of noise from their home which is directly above the unit. Our host also asked us if we could leave before our checkout as they had a tight turnaround on the day we were leaving.It is quite hidden and a bit of an issue for rideshare drivers so we met them at the intersection at the bottom if the long driveway.Heating in the unit was good. Air conditioning is a portable unit vented out a window.We didn't have any occasion to use it so can't comment on efficiency.

I;ve asked my family for feedback. The bedside light isn;t working so that needs fixing. Also, the disposable dishes aren't up to the standard of the apartment and should be replaced by pottery (and if abused by a renter, charged to his bill!) Otherwise, very comfortable ad enjoyed, and perfect for our guests since only a few minutes from our house.aabbminutour house.

As a woman staying alone with only my dogs I felt very safe here and I love that it’s off the busy streets so my car was safe as well. Just one less thing to worry about. Beautiful, very clean unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jeff was very nice and available if I needed him. He was great! Highly recommend staying here when in Seattle.

Jeff was so kind and accommodating. The location was perfect and the recommendations he left ended up being some of our favourite spots we visited. Space was beautiful and had tons of privacy! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We feel that the pictures in the listing for this property are misleading. It is a converted garage with 2 garage doors with working hardware making up an entire side of the unit. There was not a single towel provided. The hosts were unresponsive to several messages sent via the app, so we called the phone number provided and our call was sent to voicemail. After not receiving a response, we were forced to send a text and finally got a response. They said they would be right over with the towels, but were slow in delivering them. They promised to bring more the next day, but we had to text them again before they were provided. Their lack of concern to our issues was unacceptable.

The place was very clean and the perfect size for two friends travelling together. Very easy to get to the bus stop, and it was a quick ride to get downtown and to Pike place market. Footsteps can get pretty loud from the upstairs unit, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and want to sleep in. Jeff was a great host, and responded to anything we needed extremely fast. We had a great time and would stay here again!

The apartment is just as described. Cozy and clean with all the necessary amenities. It was all the accommodations we needed to spend a few days in Seattle. It is about 15-20 min from Pike Place Mkt, Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens and about the same to get to the sports stadiums. Jeff was very responsive from the beginning. He made it simple and easy. I highly recommend this VRBO.

My teenage son and I stayed for 9 days while we waited for our car to ship from Alaska. This is a perfect place to stay. Super comfortable beds with down comforter and LOTS of pillows. Super easy check In and safe location. We took advantage of our time in town and wemt sightseeing and beachcombing (even though it's January!) Hosts were available but gave us our privacy. Excellent remodel work with great water pressure and French Press for coffee! Thank you!

This property was the perfect spot for our 8 day trip to Seattle. We caught a Rams/Seahawks game and 4 Mariners games. The place was a two minute walk to the bus stop (H Bus) which dropped us off at Jackson Street, about a 10 minute walk to the stadiums. The converted garage was an excellent place as it had more room than the average hotel, a cozy neighborhood away from the hustle of the city, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. I made a habit of walking 15 minutes in the morning to Uptown Espresso Cafe down the street. Also, there are a couple of mini-markets (gas stations) a short walk to the south. We were able to DoorDash groceries making the property even more comfortable. The incredible September weather and the pleasant neighborhood made it a great way to start the day. The public transportation was inexpensive and took us to all the major attractions within 15 minutes. We could hear the footsteps of the family upstairs, but I’ve heard much worse in hotel rooms. A pair of earplugs may help if you’re a light sleeper as some of the footsteps at night can echo throughout the room. Jeff and his wonderful family were very accommodating and friendly. For the price, I would highly recommend this property.

This was a comfortable and quiet place to stay. It was further from downtown than expected. It would be ideal to have a car or at least be prepared for the distance to travel to downtown attractions and/or medical facilities.

Location is the big seller - you can walk to the bus and be downtown fast, OR drive 5min north to the harbor ferry which is a great option. West Seattle also has some great walks & eats too, don't miss out there. The rental unit is basic but, clean, reasonable, and properly appointed - everything it needed to be. Would stay again!

Comfortable space, quiet, clean with small refrigerator and electric hot water kettle among other amenities. Was visiting family in the neighborhood, so was quite convenient. Close to bus stop to downtown Seattle. Nice space, excellent visit!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was super clean and organized. We did have a little trouble finding it at first, but that could be because it was dark when we arrived and you have to go up a private drive to get there and finding it was just a little tricky. But after that we had no problem getting to and from the spot. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of beautiful vegetation surrounding the area. The space itself is a converted two car garage with polished concrete as the floor (which was a bit cold, I wish we had brought slippers as Jeff had suggested!). The garage doors are still there just as an FYI, you can kind of see them in the pictures but not completely. It doesn’t feel like you’re in a garage though at all (aside from the doors, but there are partitions covering them) as it’s completely renovated and has a really nice sea foamy green/teal color paint on the walls. The little kitchenette was perfect for our needs (we weren’t planning on doing any cooking, so a microwave, mini fridge, and electric kettle were just enough). The chairs in the living area were large and so comfy! I only wish they had arms on them or it was a couch instead as that would have made it even more relaxing. The space is also underneath their house so we heard some footsteps occasionally but it didn’t bother us much, but just to be aware of. Overall, a lovely place to stay for several days and would recommend.

It was really nice and clean, the beds were super comfortable, lots of hot water for showers, heaters worked really good! Plenty of little games to keep entertained on down time. Close to a couple of really good restaurants, and easy highway access to get to different parts of the city. Host was very friendly.

The property and location was great. We loved the ease of getting on the new RapidRide to get to downtown Seattle. The mini kitchen area was great, thank you for the use of a toaster! Only comment we had was the early morning rumblings above us made it hard to sleep-in. Overall great place!

There are privacy blinds that shut out a lot of light in the morning for those that want to sleep in, but when it is dark outside and light inside, they are a little see-through. - The kitchen isn’t really functional. It is much more like a hotel kitchen. Perfectly fine if you’re just there to sleep, but don’t plan on cooking at all. Overall we would give this 5 stars. The value was excellent and the location was awesome. Would rent this space again in the future.

Nice remodel, very clean. Arriving after dark was confusing as dead end driveway serves 3 houses. The host family lives upstairs in main house.Location was close to our destination, many shops & restaurants nearby.

This place was clean, comfortable, we had a decent amount of privacy, and it was really close to everything we needed. Parking for our rental car was easy too. I loved little touches like the fridge filled with drinks and cookies on arrival, the games and puzzles, the dishes and glasses, dishwashing soap, the drying pad next to the sink, the kettle, and the hooks to hang our coats. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were plush. The shower had good heat and pressure. It was warm and cozy during a cold snap. Anything we asked for or needed, Jeff was on it for us. (We were even able to extend our stay). We were fairly high maintenance, with our preschooler, but I really do recommend this place especially if you have kids. They even shared their kid's toys with my daughter. It was really pretty too on the inside. The lighting was great too. It was easy to tuck in my daughter and still have lamps on to spend time with my husband. I felt safe, it was well lit, and tucked away, it had power outlets in all the right places and with the curtains, and the wall and bathroom divider we even had plenty of separation from our daughter's bed on the other side, so it felt more like a two bedroom. I can't say enough about this place and the hospitality we received. We would totally go back again if they'd have us. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

I;ve asked my family for feedback. The bedside light isn;t working so that needs fixing. Also, the disposable dishes aren't up to the standard of the apartment and should be replaced by pottery (and if abused by a renter, charged to his bill!) Otherwise, very comfortable ad enjoyed, and perfect for our guests since only a few minutes from our house.aabbminutour house.

My teenage son and I stayed for 9 days while we waited for our car to ship from Alaska. This is a perfect place to stay. Super comfortable beds with down comforter and LOTS of pillows. Super easy check In and safe location. We took advantage of our time in town and wemt sightseeing and beachcombing (even though it's January!) Hosts were available but gave us our privacy. Excellent remodel work with great water pressure and French Press for coffee! Thank you!

Very cozy and nice place ..very close to downtown around 20 minutes by bus ..Jeff is very accommodating..he get back to me right away ..I requested the portable air condition ..a couple of minutes it was installed..In all very nice place to stay in Beautiful and clean

It is as pictured. It appeared clean when we checked in, but through out the evening I noticed just how many cob webs were EVERYWHERE. Corners, hanging from the ceiling, behind the couch, from the garage door track(I got a broom and knocked them down) so this makes me think that it actually is not all that clean, it just is surface clean. The hosts live upstairs and the noise from them walking around is very loud and horrible. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. I personally would not stay again because of the cob webs & the noise from above. I did not reach out to the host personally regarding these issues but after check in, Expedia asked how check in was and I mentioned the loud noise of walking above. I did not hear from the host regarding this nor did the noise lessen.

It was clean and even though it didn't appear to have kitchenette, everything you needed to cook was readily available. This location is really close to transit so no car is required to stay here!
