Private Suite near NDSU and Fargodome

We have stayed at this property twice. The location is great for us. It's not fancy but it is clean and very affordable. I am sure we will stay here again.

Some of the place was nice then you turn around and I wouldn't rent it to my worst enemy. I don't know if it was to discourage cooking or why were the pots and pans so horrible? I would throw them all out before dies from them.

Clean property with easy check-in, good communication with host. Bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen usable. Other than the kitchen/dining area there is no group space. This worked great for us as we were out and about all day but if you are looking for a space with a family room just know this may not work.

We needed an affordable place to stay while visiting and this was just the ticket. Close to the airport and my late brother's home, but I put 300 miles on my rental car touring the area from this basement apartment. We stayed almost a week and while there were no comfortable couches or chairs, we were on the go a lot so it didn't matter and was just fine for our needs.

It did not have a living space so we had to hang out in the kitchen. It was very quiet and the beds were good but the pillows were not to our liking.
