This is such a delightful property. Everything was so neat and tidy. If you are someone who appreciates order, just look in the drawers and smile at the placement of the utensils. Everything that one would need was there. The beds were comfortable. There are box fans in case you need a little extra sound dampening or more of a breeze. The design choices were perfect for the area and pleasing to the boys in my family. They enjoyed playing horseshoes then settling in for a family movie after dinner. Flagstaff is an underrated town, for sure. It was just lovely. The owner was very responsive in giving recommendations. We really enjoyed our short time there and would definitely go back.

Me and my two friends enjoyed our time. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk downtown. Having a grocery store and gas station across the street is very helpful. The house is setup nicely and had everything we needed to cook a nice meal one night. Even though it is close to the road, we did not hear hardly any road noise the entire time. I had a side by side utv with me and the driveway was large enough for me to pull in and keep my trailer attached to my truck.I would definitely stay again.

We select VRBO properties based on the backyard and patio experience, and based on the photos, we selected this one. Unfortunately, it didn’t mention that the yard backs up to a busy two-lane road, and nearby intersection, Fort Valley Rd & Humphreys. Nice inside.

Very clean, great floor layout, and such a convenient location. We had everything we needed! We were out and about most days, but had an afternoon and evening to just lay around and play games and watch movies in the house and we were perfectly comfortable. Our boys loved going out to play horseshoes during downtime. Checking in and out was a breeze, plenty of parking in the driveway. If you’re headed to this area, this is a great place to stay!

This was a great location for us to travel around flagstaff and area. So many beautiful National parks! House was nice and a nicely stocked kitchen. Grocery store right across street and we found some amazing restaurants! Beds were comfortable as well. Only disappointment was the horseshoe pit has a tree in the way of throwing. Would recommend snd would stay again. Thank you for shari g your residents with us.

Great location was a great place to retreat to after our day trips. Enjoyed the outdoor area for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Was next to the street but not a lot of noice and you couldn't hear anything in the house. Angie was a great host, very helpful and responded to all my questions. My daughter left items behind and Angie shipped them to us. The house was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a home close to town or to snowbowl. Would rent again!

I and my two adult children attended the Pickin’ in the Pines Bluegrass Festival at Fort Tutthill Park! The lovely VRBO rental was just 5-6 miles from the festival! The unit was neat, clean and comfortable! There was a lovely outdoor patio with a table and grill! In addition, Angie’s rental was located across the street from a Bashas grocery! Everything was first class!!

I brought my Dad to Flagstaff to take him to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is in a great location and had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. My Dad loved the house and mentioned it often. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Would stay here again!

Everything was great! This was perhaps the cleanest home we have ever stayed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was amazing. Myself, my husband and 3 teens were comfortable preparing for our daily adventures, cooking and having a meal at the house and staying in for a movie night. Super accommodating in every way! I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice owner, clean house and fully stocked kitchen. House is on a corner and the 180 highway is right next to the house. Noisey outside at times. Inside is pretty quiet. If you do laundry, the detergent and softner they supply is very atrong fragrance. Some of us were allergic. We had to leave a day sooner. 😪

Pros: Angie was great to work with. She allowed us to check in early which was very helpful for us. We really appreciated it. The location was fine. You don’t get the exact address until a few days before but we were still able to walk to downtown. (About a mile so approx 20 min). We were there for homecoming weekend so we were not able to get an Uber late night. I loved that it was organized and there was not a lot of clutter. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The yard was cute and we enjoyed seeing all of the fall leaves. My only suggestion would be that this home is due for a deep cleaning. There were fingerprints on lamps and the coffee table, dust on nightstands, the carpet felt “crunchy” like it needed to be shampooed and there was something that looked like mold in the 2nd bathroom. The living room couch was a bit worn. All in all, I would recommend this VRBO. I’m a clean freak so I have attention to detail more than most but we had a great weekend and for the most part we were happy with our choice. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was so easy to work with and communications were A! On a main road (89A) that gets you straight up to the SnoBowl or Grand Canyon. We were surprised how quiet it was and street noise was not an issue. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and located at the back of the house away from the street. Wifi was quick and the host provided lots of local information. The kitchen/livingroom area is huge with lots of space for families. There's a great coffee shop around the corner. Fat Olives was amazing and worth the drive and wait! I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Flagstaff.

We stayed a couple nights with my two sons and husband. Surprisingly spacious- everyone had plenty of space. Plenty of warm water and heat during a snowy winter. Groceries, restaurants and coffee are walkable. Quiet location. Had everything we needed. Only one word of caution if you have light sleepers- the floor is squeaky which would have been a big problem if my kids were younger. It was not a problem for us!

4 adults and 1 teenager stayed in the house for a skiing/snowboarding weekend and it was great. Short drive to Arizona Snowbowl which was the most beneficial. The place had everything we needed with dishes and cookware and was close to downtown for restaurants. The only suggestion I would make would be that the primary bedroom bed was very comfortable whereas the other 2 bedrooms those beds were quite hard. A mattress pad might help soften it but other than that this place was exactly what we were looking for in order to have a great snow getaway.

We were there for two nights. Property was very clean. Kitchen and bedroom floors were uneven. Not enough washcloths. Property was advertised for 6 persons but were charged an additional 100.00 up charge for more than four persons. We feel this was excessive for a two night stay.

The property was clean and modern. Everything was great about my stay (7 Days).The front yard area was nicely put together and landscaped.The decor made it feel like a home and was very inviting, but not overboard.This house is about a stones throw away from downtown.One thing that sets this house apart from others is all the small things that the host thought about. Dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, full array of dishes and cooking utensils and paper towels to name a few.The host had the check in process dialed in well Any questions I had, the host had already thought about and put in the guest book.For what the property offered, the nightly price was extremely reasonable. To be able to stay here, have a good experience and not break the bank was fantastic.Next time I need a short term rental, this one is top on my list. 5 stars!

I have mobility issues, and the layout of home was perfect for getting around, especially the bath featuring walk-in shower. Perfect location for trips to Grand Canyon's South Rim, Sedona, and experiencing Flagstaff's Lowell Observatory and route 66.

This house is fantastic. All the bedrooms were comfy and clean. Both bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It also has plenty of space. Another great feature was that the master was separate from the other bedrooms, which is nice. The grill looked nice, however we didn't use it. The kitchen is also well stocked. The house is on the corner of a semi busy street in a quant neighborhood. But is has a nice fence and we didn't even notice the cars going by at all. Angie was super communicative and very friendly. We are planning a Grand Canyon trip in 2026 and will be staying here again hopefully. We highly recommend this house!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Was with my wife and 2 girls and it was the perfect size for our family. Beds and couch were comfy, kitchen was spacious, and it was nice having a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again

This is an outstanding property. It is located in a very convenient and safe location in Flagstaff. It was super comfortable and extraordinarily clean. A heavy snowfall fell the day before we arrived. By the time we rolled into town, our host had already shoveled the driveway for us. It snowed again two days later and our host shoveled the driveway again. This host cares aboout her guests! Will definitely stay again!
This is an outstanding property. It is located in a very convenient and safe location in Flagstaff. It was super comfortable and extraordinarily clean. A heavy snowfall fell the day before we arrived. By the time we rolled into town, our host had already shoveled the driveway for us. It snowed again two days later and our host shoveled the driveway again. This host cares aboout her guests! Will definitely stay again!

We so enjoyed our stay at Angie’s Flagstaff home! The house was very quiet and cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and plush bedding and towels. The location was super convenient, close to downtown and groceries while also being ideally situated on the route out of town to the Grand Canyon. Angie was a considerate host who communicated well. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was exactly as listed within walking distance to town. The layout was perfect for two couples. Angie responded quickly to all communication. We had a fabulous two night stay in Flagstaff and would definitely rent this house again.

This home is beautiful and comfortable. The location is also a great one. We were blessed with beautiful weather until our last day, but had a wonderful time in Flagstaff visiting the Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Angie our host was very nice. She communicated with us and provided information that was very helpful to us. She even made sure to tell us about a pair of headphones we forgot at the house and sent them to us. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you Angie for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was a great property was clean and well supplied and a great location. I did see reviews about the busy road and that wasn’t really and problem for us. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The host was nice and even turned lights and heater on for us prior to a later arrival. We when skiing at snowball and this was the perfect location and place to be.

Pros: Angie was great to work with. She allowed us to check in early which was very helpful for us. We really appreciated it. The location was fine. You don’t get the exact address until a few days before but we were still able to walk to downtown. (About a mile so approx 20 min). We were there for homecoming weekend so we were not able to get an Uber late night. I loved that it was organized and there was not a lot of clutter. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The yard was cute and we enjoyed seeing all of the fall leaves. My only suggestion would be that this home is due for a deep cleaning. There were fingerprints on lamps and the coffee table, dust on nightstands, the carpet felt “crunchy” like it needed to be shampooed and there was something that looked like mold in the 2nd bathroom. The living room couch was a bit worn. All in all, I would recommend this VRBO. I’m a clean freak so I have attention to detail more than most but we had a great weekend and for the most part we were happy with our choice. Thank you!

Great location was a great place to retreat to after our day trips. Enjoyed the outdoor area for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Was next to the street but not a lot of noice and you couldn't hear anything in the house. Angie was a great host, very helpful and responded to all my questions. My daughter left items behind and Angie shipped them to us. The house was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a home close to town or to snowbowl. Would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was so easy to work with and communications were A! On a main road (89A) that gets you straight up to the SnoBowl or Grand Canyon. We were surprised how quiet it was and street noise was not an issue. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and located at the back of the house away from the street. Wifi was quick and the host provided lots of local information. The kitchen/livingroom area is huge with lots of space for families. There's a great coffee shop around the corner. Fat Olives was amazing and worth the drive and wait! I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Flagstaff.

Me and my two friends enjoyed our time. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk downtown. Having a grocery store and gas station across the street is very helpful. The house is setup nicely and had everything we needed to cook a nice meal one night. Even though it is close to the road, we did not hear hardly any road noise the entire time. I had a side by side utv with me and the driveway was large enough for me to pull in and keep my trailer attached to my truck.I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great about my stay (7 Days).The front yard area was nicely put together and landscaped.The decor made it feel like a home and was very inviting, but not overboard.This house is about a stones throw away from downtown.One thing that sets this house apart from others is all the small things that the host thought about. Dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, full array of dishes and cooking utensils and paper towels to name a few.The host had the check in process dialed in well Any questions I had, the host had already thought about and put in the guest book.For what the property offered, the nightly price was extremely reasonable. We select VRBO properties based on the backyard and patio experience, and based on the photos, we selected this one. Unfortunately, it didn’t mention that the yard backs up to a busy two-lane road, and nearby intersection, Fort Valley Rd & Humphreys. Nice inside.

Very clean, great floor layout, and such a convenient location. We had everything we needed! We were out and about most days, but had an afternoon and evening to just lay around and play games and watch movies in the house and we were perfectly comfortable. Our boys loved going out to play horseshoes during downtime. Checking in and out was a breeze, plenty of parking in the driveway. If you’re headed to this area, this is a great place to stay!

The kitchen had everything in good quantity (dishwasher soap, salt, oil, pans...). The beds were comfortable. They provided extra blankets if needed. It is close to the road to go skiing... but absolutely soundproof. The quietest house I have ever been. Easy to check in, easy to check out. We had a great family time over there. You can even walk to the grocery store! The owner really wants you to have a great time there. We were spoiled.

This house is fantastic. All the bedrooms were comfy and clean. Both bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It also has plenty of space. Another great feature was that the master was separate from the other bedrooms, which is nice. The grill looked nice, however we didn't use it. The kitchen is also well stocked. The house is on the corner of a semi busy street in a quant neighborhood. But is has a nice fence and we didn't even notice the cars going by at all. Angie was super communicative and very friendly. We are planning a Grand Canyon trip in 2026 and will be staying here again hopefully. We highly recommend this house!

Our host, Angie, gave us excellent instructions and was quickly responsive to any questions we had. The location is just perfect for visiting Flagstaff -- close to getting a road out of town and very close to the downtown area. We took advantage of both with a trip to the Grand Canyon and lots of shopping and enjoying the vibe downtown. We highly recommend this home!
