Lovable Loft w/AC, Large Balcony, King Beds, W/D, Garage, 3 Smart TVs, Fast WiFi

Great place for us and our pets. We had everything we needed, and Rich was very communicative and helpful. The location was a little away from the walkable part of Flagstaff but the listing had not promised that. It's got a cool retro vibe and we loved that about it.

The house is clean and pet friendly. Close to downtown. Lovely stay!

Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Terrific kitchen very well equipped. We appreciated it being dog friendly and so close to downtown. For us (seniors) the couches and dining table were not very comfortable but that is because we are old and prefer some cushie for our tushies. If you don’t mind being upstairs this is a great accommodation.

My daughter and I needed a place to stay for her hockey camp over the weekend. The loft fit the bill. A couple of things to take note of is that the garage does not fit a full size pickup truck due to the washer and dryer being at one end. The driveway is also a little too steep for my comfort so we parked in the street. This is not a big deal but there were a few homeless people wandering the streets at night so I wouldn't leave anything in your vehicle.Also, probably an anomoly but the last tenant prior to us decided to cook bacon in the oven and left quite a greasy mess. Not the owners fault but something his cleaning crew should be aware of.Finally the loft does not have a full size fridge so there is very limited freezer space. Just be aware of this if you are planning to get groceries for your stay.Despite these few minor things I would have no problem staying here again.

Great place. Quiet at night. Really comfy beds and plenty of room to stretch out
