This is a beautiful home and property. It perfectly served as our base camp for all of our Seattle activities as well as gave us several options to spend time together and reconnect as a family at the house. We used everything: basketball hoop out front, foosball table, air hockey table, drum set, ninja turtles arcade game, and a few of the card games. The place was clean and our host contacted me three times just to make sure we didn't need anything. We really didn't because this place had everything we needed.

Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights before leaving for an Alaskan cruise. House was very special with a lot of extras. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor patio area. We really enjoyed the piano and game room for our grandkids and young adults. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for everyone. Highly recommend! We wished we had plan to stay longer. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown and 5 minute ride to restaurants and grocery store at Ranier Beach.

This a great house for a big group, lots of space and a fun game room as well. Super clean and plenty of towels, paper products and a generous supply of Keurig coffee pods. Back patio is private and quite nice. Short walk to light rail and also plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again if in town with a group.

Our group was comprised of 12 teenagers plus adult chaperones. We were in Washington for the Mt Rainier half marathon. This spacious, clean home was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. They also loved the stereo that’s connected in the downstairs bathroom, allowing you to “party while you showe” as the kids said. Our stay went without a hitch.

My friends and I gathered here from across the country to vacation together in Seattle, and it was PERFECT for our us! The home is comfortable with plenty of amenities, we used the kitchen a bunch and the grill outside to make some home meals and even made smores on the fire pit outside. An absolutely lovely home and a fantastic trip!

The house was perfect for our 14 adults and 5 preschoolers! We made almost constant use of the gym, the game room, the movie room, the fireside room, the dining room and island, and the patio. We never ran out of coffee. Toiletries did not get depleted. The commute to all the places we wanted to go was easy - Seattle Center, stadiums, ferry, waterfront, Renton airport, Coulon Park, SeaTac. There were only good times, with plenty of quiet for naps. The music system throughout the house pleased everyone, and the TV was easy to operate. We highly recommend the Comfort and Luxury Tropical Villa for all multi-generational groups of any size! It’s perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, but I will try and keep it short and to the point. I had family from both ends of the country coming together to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UW and this home was a perfect place for us all to gather and share space. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and was just a short drive away from the airport. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. Lots of seating indoors and out. Beds were comfortable and my nephews loved the game room! My family had a very memorable time gathering here.

Hamy made the whole experience super easy from beginning to end. Our staff retreat found it to be an easy place to work with great internet access. The house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, especially for any kind of rental house. We all like to cook so have a good set of knives is a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful. Our group of 9 adults fit very nicely. The back yard is also incredibly inviting. Even in blustery October we took advantage of the fire pit for evening discussions. The one thing we didn't use much, but would under other circumstances is the game room in the converted garage. Flashing lights, music, pinball, air hockey and more. Super fun. We should work less. We went for a family Christmas trip. Seven adults, and three tweens, a two year old and almost one year old. The place was exceptionally clean, well appointed, everything you could want for a family get away. Plenty of nice comfy beds, plenty of room for all, even a large play room with an arcade, drums ( could of done without them but the kids loved them😂) ice hockey game as well as several board games. Large big screen tv with premium channels as well. The host was extremely helpful and checked in on us almost daily to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house was perfect. The location was not perfect. The neighborhood was ok, not great. The surrounding area was not great. I guest it depends on what you are use to. The property manager communication was amazing and the house was super clean and as advertised. The location did not feel safe, especially at night. I recommend that the alarm that is in the house be allowed to be used by the house guest. Although the house was perfect, I would not rent it again because of the location.

This is a great property with great amenities for a larger group. 4 batchrooms with each having a shower. Great communications with host. Great location - near airport and easy to get onto interstate to get into downtown Seattle. Was very clean and my wife commented how impressed she was with the abundance of towels.

Our extended family (10 adults, 2 children, 1 infant) spent three nights at Hamy's house. The six bedrooms and four bathrooms satisfied our needs. Beds were comfortable and linens / towels clean and plentiful. We spent the majority of our time in either the kitchen or outside on the patio. Kitchen had enough seating for our clan and the stainless steel appliances were modern. Plenty of counter space to store non-perishables, with ample plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery. Outside furnature was comfortable and the Barbeque was hot and grilled evenly at our first nights feast. Most attended an evening Mariners game and rather than drive, we took public transit. A short 10-minute walk brought us to the station (1-line) and we were at T Mobile field in 22-minutes. Hamy's house, locatated in the suburb of Dunlap, is a short 5-6 minute drive off I-5, very close to Boeing Field / museum of Flight. Our only slightly negative is the house location - it is at end of a cul-de-sac in a middle class neighbourhood, surround by bush / tall grasses.

We had a wonderful time at the property, It was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. I liked that there was no figuring out anything. The lighting was perfect, the temperature was perfect. So much room. We had ten people and everyone loved the beds and all the amenities. The host was super easy to work with!!!

Hamy made the whole experience super easy from beginning to end. Our staff retreat found it to be an easy place to work with great internet access. The house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, especially for any kind of rental house. We all like to cook so have a good set of knives is a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful. Our group of 9 adults fit very nicely. The back yard is also incredibly inviting. Even in blustery October we took advantage of the fire pit for evening discussions. The one thing we didn't use much, but would under other circumstances is the game room in the converted garage. Flashing lights, music, pinball, air hockey and more. Super fun. We should work less. This is a great property with great amenities for a larger group. 4 batchrooms with each having a shower. Great communications with host. Great location - near airport and easy to get onto interstate to get into downtown Seattle. Was very clean and my wife commented how impressed she was with the abundance of towels.

This was a nice property. Not as close to, walking wise, as we were lead to believe to eating places. It sets on end of cul-di-sac area. The rooms were great, but you could hear every footstep from people walking around due to the entire place not having any carpet. We did enjoy the outside seating area. That was very nice.

House was excellent to accommodate 18 teachers. One master with bathroom had two queen & inside room with own door tiny room with twin. 2 full bathrooms additional upstairs with 4 other bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs full bathroom. Total 4 bathrooms all ladies great. Loved we were end of culdesac. Since only draw back not great area. But we were away most of the day anyway at conference. We would recommend staying especially large groups very great stay. Kathy

Had an Alaskan Cruise with family planned leaving out of Seattle. Came into town a couple of days early to enjoy the sites of downtown (especially Pike Place). Hamy was amazing! Always quick to answer any concerns or questions, gave great advice, and was always respectful and courteous. The house was impecable and perfect for our group of 12+. Spaceous, extremely clean, and very comfortable (and had 4 full baths!). We took the light rail from the airport to the house and from the house downtown to sightsee ($2-3 a person round trip each). House is only .4 of a mile walk from the station, but there was a pretty steep hill to get up with our roller bags, still... it was doable for all of us - to include my 67 yo mother - and much cheaper than a taxi or ride share. There is a grocery store half mile from the house as well, so we prefered to make our own meals rather than go out (although there are a few good restaurants in the area as well). Over all, it was a great experience and we will definitely book with Hamy again when any of us are in Seattle. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone going to Seattle!

Hamy was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities, like music in the bathroom and a bonfire that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the abundance of large cookware, which was perfect for our group. Out of all the places I’ve visited for large gatherings, this one tops the list. My friends and family absolutely loved it!

We went for a family Christmas trip. Seven adults, and three tweens, a two year old and almost one year old. The place was exceptionally clean, well appointed, everything you could want for a family get away. Plenty of nice comfy beds, plenty of room for all, even a large play room with an arcade, drums ( could of done without them but the kids loved them😂) ice hockey game as well as several board games. Large big screen tv with premium channels as well. The host was extremely helpful and checked in on us almost daily to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights before leaving for an Alaskan cruise. House was very special with a lot of extras. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor patio area. We really enjoyed the piano and game room for our grandkids and young adults. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for everyone. Highly recommend! We wished we had plan to stay longer. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown and 5 minute ride to restaurants and grocery store at Ranier Beach.

The house was perfect for our 14 adults and 5 preschoolers! We made almost constant use of the gym, the game room, the movie room, the fireside room, the dining room and island, and the patio. We never ran out of coffee. Toiletries did not get depleted. The commute to all the places we wanted to go was easy - Seattle Center, stadiums, ferry, waterfront, Renton airport, Coulon Park, SeaTac. There were only good times, with plenty of quiet for naps. The music system throughout the house pleased everyone, and the TV was easy to operate. We highly recommend the Comfort and Luxury Tropical Villa for all multi-generational groups of any size! It’s perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, but I will try and keep it short and to the point. I had family from both ends of the country coming together to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UW and this home was a perfect place for us all to gather and share space. The house was perfect. The location was not perfect. The neighborhood was ok, not great. The surrounding area was not great. I guest it depends on what you are use to. The property manager communication was amazing and the house was super clean and as advertised. The location did not feel safe, especially at night. I recommend that the alarm that is in the house be allowed to be used by the house guest. Although the house was perfect, I would not rent it again because of the location.

My friends and I gathered here from across the country to vacation together in Seattle, and it was PERFECT for our us! The home is comfortable with plenty of amenities, we used the kitchen a bunch and the grill outside to make some home meals and even made smores on the fire pit outside. An absolutely lovely home and a fantastic trip!

This is a wonderful home for gathering! We had a large family reunion and we each were able to have our own space, plus lots of nice gathering areas. It was such a fun surprise to show the kids the game room!! Impeccably clean and well stocked! Highly recommend!

Hamy made the whole experience super easy from beginning to end. Our staff retreat found it to be an easy place to work with great internet access. The house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, especially for any kind of rental house. We all like to cook so have a good set of knives is a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful. Our group of 9 adults fit very nicely. The back yard is also incredibly inviting. Even in blustery October we took advantage of the fire pit for evening discussions. Hamy was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities, like music in the bathroom and a bonfire that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the abundance of large cookware, which was perfect for our group. Out of all the places I’ve visited for large gatherings, this one tops the list. My friends and family absolutely loved it!

Price is Right!! We travelled in May for one week. Most of our family live in Seattle, others live on east coast. 11 of us stayed on this property, it will hold 18 comfortably. I am partial to AC, some Seattle homes don’t have air-conditioning, this home does and it was needed. We had a 50th B-Day party with 30 people, home is plenty of room. Utilized the light rail which is walking distance from the home to travel to ballgames and downtown Seattle. There is a steep hill to walk back up to the home from the light rail station, we ordered an uber for 5.00 to take us up the hill, very well worth it. I highly recommend this property, the contact person is so very kind, will assist in any way they can. So many amenities: Game room, fire pit on veranda, 4 full bathrooms, double washer/dryers. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This home was perfect for 8 women attending a red carpet event in Seattle. Spacious bedrooms, great space to hangout and talk all night. Super cute game room and outside area. The host was quick to respond to messages, and was very kind. Easy check in and check out. You won’t be disappointed.
